I wish I could give you a zero. I went in on Monday to have my prescriptions transferred from Walgreens. The lady told me I would receive a text in 24 hours. Five days later, still nothing. I called and left a message requesting a call back. This was several days ago. I need my prescriptions! Something like this has never happened to me with a pharmacy. Worst pharmacy company on the planet. My cheap employer makes us use CVS so I was very sad when I had to let Walgreens go. I hate CVS. they are always out of meds and the lines are always a mile long. Online it say pharmacy and store closes at Midnight but when I get to the store at 8pm I find the pharmacy closed. Smh. What a waste of my time. I ABSOLUTELY HATE CVS. I'm forced to use this crappy pharmacy. I wish they would go out of business so I can use Walgreens again. I wish I could give 0 star ratings also. Waited 38 minutes in the drive thru line today just for my prescription to not be filled. Staff just sat there and were not working to fill my prescription due to me refusing to wait in line again after they had not billed my insurance properly. They said it would take a couple of minutes, and I never received my prescription! I have been getting this medication from this location for 3 years! I am not understanding why my information was not in the system and why no one checked on that after I received numerous texts to come and pick up the medicine. Thankfully, it was not life saving medicine. I will not be returning and I filed a formal complaint. read more

I would like to give 0 stars for this location's handling of Covid-19 testing. I only came to this location because nowhere else had any appointments left for the day and I get my prescriptions from this location. I was tested on 5/27 and today 6/6 still have no results. There is only a recording when you are transferred to Minute Clinic and there is no one to speak with as to why the results are taking so long. I have family members that were tested elsewhere at the same time and got their results in 2 days or less. I called and actually finally got a pharmacy rep on the phone today and nothing. She was not caring and not helping at all. She basically said they have nothing to do with it and there is no one I can talk to. So just wait?? Quarantine a year?? Unacceptable. I only even get my prescriptions from CVS because I was forced to by my insurance company. I will be contacting them to not pay for this test as I have not received my results. And we wonder how Covid is so bad. You can not let a person know their results and if they are asymptomatic they will continue to spread it because they don't know they have it. read more

Pharmacy technicians here are worse than the Walgreens at Poplar and Massey. Series of bungled prescriptions (my doctor can't stand to call in prescriptions here) and just rude behavior makes us wonder why consumers use this store. read more

They closed earlier than it says online. Very unprofessional! No wonder the rating is this low. I should have gone to another location.

Took a friend here for a chronic cough and the clinic prescribed him some useless Tessalon pearls and told him it was mild bronchitis and to use cough drops. This was not an appropriate treatment and a lackluster sense of immediacy. The medication did nothing. Took them to a different clinic after several days of not getting better, and they had a much harsher form of bronchitis than the caregiver at CVS stated. After a shot, and 3 prescriptions they started today, it's beginning to subside. The pharmacy is good but I do not recommend the clinic here. They took payment with very little healthcare. This could have been very dangerous health wise as it could have blown up into full blown pneumonia had any more time went by before visiting the other clinic. Lots of anxiety over this and of course out the fee. Not going here or suggesting this clinic to anyone unless it's for a Covid test or booster. read more

overall the store on quince is a 2 but its gets a 1 due to the fact that the manager is a jerk if i had to rate as a manager and a human he would get a big zero. from bad attitudes from some of the workers to surpar equipment. i'll never go to that store again. if cvs is closing 900 stores i hope this 1 is 1st to go that is all from a former customer. read more
