At least once every month, my delivery order is canceled, often at the last minute, leaving me scrambling to make other arrangements. As a paying Walmart+ customer, I specifically pay for the convenience and reliability of delivery, yet Walmart consistently fails to provide either. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of meaningful resolution. Every time this happens, customer service offers the same generic apology and a small $10 credit, as if that somehow compensates for the inconvenience, wasted time, and disruption caused by a canceled grocery order. It doesn't. I have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars with Walmart, yet I am treated as though my time has no value. If Walmart knows there are staffing shortages, driver shortages, or fulfillment issues in certain markets, then stop overpromising delivery windows that cannot be met. I should not have to wonder every month whether my order will actually arrive. A service that fails this frequently is not a premium membership service. Walmart needs to address the root cause of these cancellations, improve accountability, and provide better solutions for loyal customers who are repeatedly affected. At this point, I am seriously questioning why I continue paying for Walmart+ when the service I am paying for cannot be delivered consistently. Do better.

We shop here frequently as we are Care Pass members. They have great sales and by utilizing the monthly $10.00 Care Pass, their coupons, and bonus books, we get exceptional values for our money. We have also received two vaccinations here and they did a great job. The staff and manager are extremely friendly and helpful. I can't say that enough.

The employees here were very helpful and everything was in stock. I was soooo impressed! The Isles and stock was very nice and neat. I could not believe the difference between this place and the regular Wal-Mart! I can say I will be back! Its worth the extra drive from the Getwell area to Horn Lake. Just look at the photos I took. It looked like that in every section of the store. The checkout stations were all open and worked well.

I came home two and a half hours later Walgreens text ready for pickup. I don't like their service. I've heard Kroger's pharmacy and Sam's are good we still haven't heard anything on the fourth script.

Manager Tina, an illiterate sorry excuse for a manager who proudly tells me she has no way of knowing if staff even came to work, no way to page an associate to determine who has the "keys" to the paint, and no way to unlock products that customers are literally trying to buy. And when I pressed further? At 9:14 PM, while the store is OPEN and the paint is sitting right there for purchase, her response was: "Oh, buying paint at this time?" I can't help and walked off. Excuse me? The store is open, the products are here, and that's your answer? Ignorance at its best. How many customers have NOT been able to purchase products, because the associates with the keys is invisible? Sadly, this is what consumers are forced to deal with until we start taking a stand when spending our money. Walmart this level of incompetence is shameful. Is this really the "leadership" representing your brand? Leadership is led by example.
