After mistakes were made for months on end, I asked to speak to a higher up and was informed, and I QUOTE, "he's in a bad mood right now, you don't want to speak to him", as well as insinuating he won't care anyways and won't work any faster even if I do speak to him. I was informed they'd let him know anyways and he never gave me a call. When we can't produce enough milk to feed our baby and this is our babies form of nutrition it should be placed in the hands of someone who understands how important it is and cares. This is not it.

They always go the extra mile for their patients and treat them like family. Hancock's excels at advocating/communicating with doctors offices to ensure their patients get the correct medication. They also deliver prescriptions to your home free of charge! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that service! Especially when I was recovering from major surgery and unable to get out of my house. I made one call, and within hours all of my medications were delivered right to my door! The store has not been enlarged in my memory. Another excellent thing is that you can leave messages for them on the app and they will call or message you back. They do give good coupons, however, you must use them wisely as 20% off is not enough on its own to give you the deal you'd get elsewhere. Also, they often have an aisle with crazy stuff on sale. It was easy to navigate and the red box at the front was easy to use to check what the sale is on my items! Gio, the shift supervisor, assisted us at checkout and took care of everything smoothly. Our checkout was lengthy so he was able to assist other guests at self checkout and coordinated other associates to help guests in line.
