It was easy to navigate and the red box at the front was easy to use to check what the sale is on my items! Gio, the shift supervisor, assisted us at checkout and took care of everything smoothly. Liars, too--they promised delivery of a medication I needed right away, and deliberately left it behind--it was never delivered--because I dared to bother the pharmacy by actually holding 40 minutes on the phone until they picked up. I was calling from an office and ringing the pharmacy on four lines. They ignored them all. There are a half-dozen other CVS stores nearby. This location would be better off bulldozed and turned into a community garden. Without a doubt, the single worst pharmacy I have ever encountered--their understaffing (CVS policy is to understaff, and was even pre-COVID) leads to mistakes--a public health problem when the pharmacy is underequipped to safely and adequately serve its community.

All 4 people in the pharmacy looked at us and did nothing. The woman in the front waited over 25 minutes while the whole pharmacy ignored the drive thru and the line. After 35 minutes it was my turn. I asked for a flu shot, and they said they were going to lunch at 1:30. I advised it was only 1:05 and my conversation the day prior. She said the pharmacist doesn't want to do it today and to reschedule. I asked where. She said online. I went to Stop and a shop and got right in. Wife went later in day. Woman in front of her waited for an hour after her appointment to be seen. Pharmacist said they were "really busy". It was just the two of them with no one in drive thru. Wife waited 50 minutes for a vaccination. New pharmacist is slow and unwilling to factor bedside manner in with patients. Staff cares only about lunchtime.
