Star staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They may be busy with someone ahead of me but I never feel rushed when discussing my medications. The staff is caring and makes me feel valued. They're also great problem solvers and don't mind to call your doc for a refill. I've not noticed an increase in prescription price but if there is one I'd happily pay it to be treated well! Highly recommend! Bad service is Walgreens and CVS in South Huntsville. Star is like a spa experience compared to the others. Thank you Star pharmacy BC! You guys rock! My wife takes a few vitamins and supplements that Sure Save always has on the shelf. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. This pharmacy also has a good selection of local gifts and seasonal items. I come here, at least once a month, and I'm never disappointed. This Sure Save has earned five stars in my opinion.

That's was great, but wait there's more! After confirming it in stock, I told the pharmacist that I had to call my pharmacy and transfer it to sure save. He said "I can take care of that for you so you don't have to worry about it." So here's the thing. He didn't have to do that. He took it the extra step and completely exceeded my expectations. Given the fact that I'm in a lot of pain from my ER visit last night, I really REALLY appreciated that.
