Terrible experience. I transferred to this CVS from the 200 location across from bayside because one of the old pharmacy techs could not do anything right. She could never find my medication and was always so rude to customers. Now I come to this location and she's working there again. I let her know I was looking to transfer my prescription to this location and she said my medication was out of stock but that she would reorder it and have it ready in 2 days. I just got back from this cvs and I was told "there is nothing ready for you here and we don't even have that medication in stock." Again, the very reason I transferred to a different cvs is now the absolute reason I will no longer be getting my medication sent to CVS. I told the pharmacy tech specifically that I was low on medication and she told me not to worry about. The lack of competence and care really shows. read more

I try to avoid to come to this place. The staff is rude in the front. There's an older lady that only speaks Spanish that will hand out free candy if you speak Spanish. Also they put a boot on your car, after shopping for a while I came out having one that wasn't removed after a long argument. I even had to contact cvs contact number. The cashier here Yohan charged the most expensive item I had twice. When I showed him the error, he pretended to refund me but did not complete it correctly. I called him out on it but he claimed it went through correctly and recommended that I wait for my credit card statement. I reviewed the receipts again and made him do it again. He reluctantly completed corrected to overcharge. Not only did he overcharge me, he did not issue me the refund and lied about doing it. Always check your receipt and beware of this store. read more

Second time I go to this pharmacy and they are unable to help. This time they rather not bill my insurance simply not to have to take the time to double check my policy that is active but said it wasn't, so I had to request to the pharmacist to please verify my information and just like the last time she had an attitude and rolled her eyes. I needed to use the restroom. I had already tried all 3 of the gas stations in the intersection and a of their restrooms were out of order. So I came into the CVS and tried using their restroom. The one restroom for customers had no toilet paper and it would not flush. There was already pee in the toilet when I walked in. I tried flushing it would not flush. Then a person came out of the next restroom. I asked if I could use that one, as it locked upon her exiting. She said that one was just for employees. I explained the one for customers was not working and had no toilet paper. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I then spoke to the pharmacists explaining the situation. They didn't care either. They're all employees there and it is the duty of the place to maintain their toilets. Customers are people too and we also have to pee. Shame on them for not maintaining basic devices and not treating customers are people. Stay away from this crappy place. read more

There's not really much you can say about a CVS that hasn't already been said before but I have to report the Pharmacy staff here are very nice and extremely professional. Having just moved to Miami the staff help my wife and I set up all of our prescriptions on auto refill and then the set us up for text alerts. Now every month we just get a simple text and just walk over and pick up our prescriptions. Its simple, its easy and we like it. read more

This is a perfectly serviceable CVS location in Brickell. The customer service is decent enough and there's free parking - something difficult to find in the area. It's drawbacks are that that free parking is often difficult to obtain because of all the businesses in this small strip mall and the frequent encounters with the homeless requesting money specifically at the entrance to CVS. read more

Although a bit dated and in somewhat of a sketchy area- the staff here were all very friendly and they spent 20 minutes on the phone getting my refill transferred from out of state. I'm sure with this location it gets swamped at rush hour and bathrooms, etc get torn apart. Plenty of everything you need here though from earplugs and bugspray to chocolate and giftcards. Maybe the people who left snobby reviews here need a reality check- this is a CVS with a public restroom in Brickell- it's not the ritz! read more

Today I needed to fill a prescription as soon as possible, didn't feel well enough to drive and deal with the Brickell traffic. I walked to this CVS based on the Yelp reviews and I had a pleasant experience ! The pharmacist said my meds would be ready in ten minutes and they were! I walked home thrilled that there was no hassle and I was able to take the meds right away. The staff was friendly and helpful and an added bonus is that this CVS is open 24 hours. The store was well organized, big and clean. I give this CVS five stars for a city store. read more

I have noticed a very positive change to this location, at least when Mgr Leandro is there, he is professional, very courteous and helpful. I had been avoiding this store like the plague due to very bad customer service, but when I went in last week and came across this Mgr that went above and beyond to find me what I was looking for, gave me hope that at least when he is there I can visit and know that someone cares. My experience at this CVS was very disappointing in terms of the customer service. They were grossly understaffed with only two associates visible in the storefront which resulted in long lines at the checkout and at the photocenter. What should have been a 5 minute visit to pick up a photo order turned into a 20 minute wait with rude service. read more

HARVEY HURRICANE: THE PHARMACY PEOPLE AUGUST 29 WERE AMAZING. About 50+ people from a Royal Caribbean cruise ship that has been diverted from Galveston to Miami because of the biblical floods and tornadoes and hurricane that tore through Houston called HARVEY. We were on a 7 day cruise that has turned into 14+. Many many of us needed medicine and toiletries BC we have been onboard for much longer than expected and have along trip ahead and will have to traverse the Houston roads. They are not bad at all. Super fast filling prescriptions. Only prob is parking during week lunch hours but there is hidden parking on the back by the homeless ppl and dumpsters too. Bit scary tho. Best of all from this specific location is that they have NO automated self serve/pay register which makes it way easier to pay and get out of there faster since those stupid machines are always messing up and you always end up needing an employee from cvs to help to submitting a coupon and other similar stuff anyway. 3.13.17 @ 1:40am By far the worst experience I have had thus far, I get better service from the self check out registers than what this individual at the register provided us. First and foremost his attire was completely unprofessional shirt untucked, tie loosened screaming solely based on body language that he clearly gave no interest in providing an experience for the customer. He did not greet us, he didn't care to ask for our rewards card nor did he acknowledge if we had coupons or not in fact it was almost like I had to force him to speak and was completely unhappy with it. For the second consecutive month I have had to wait more than an hour on hold with this pharmacy. The first time no one answered and I came in person. The second time, today (2/3/16), I once again gave up, came to the store in person and was second in line when they answered my call. While in line I only saw two employees working - one in the back filling prescriptions and one at the drop off counter. After five minutes another employee emerged and very slowly began helping customers. I understand high call volume on occasion, but two months in a row when I called to speak with a pharmacist is unreasonable. The pharmacy manager (Brooke Timberlake) needs to address this serious staffing issue. I will absolutely be switching to a different pharmacy and highly suggest not using this cvs location. Went with my mother to pick up her medicines. Staff in the pharmacy lack any professionalism, customer skills and knowledge. In particular pharmacist Lara was rude and unhelpful. Mom has Medicare and is visiting from out of state- the pharmacist didn't even know if Florida accepts Medicare!!! I told her it's a national program and its accepted in every state. She told us to just go to another pharmacy. I insisted she look up the information on her prescription card that was clearly there in print. The doctor called in the prescription several hours before pick up and it was still not ready! They were even given a prior Rx# for the same medicine she had gotten at CVS before and they still could not find it. Completely unapologetic and apathetic to senior citizens. SMH read more

Experienced lack of pharmacy education by a manager in pharmacy she didn't want to except Medicare or Medicaid from customers cause she said that CVS doesn't expect Medicare or Medicaid nor any CVS for that matter in Florida, that people have to pay in full or use another insurance, she told someone to go to another pharmacy or leave cause the customer kept telling and trying to tell her Medicaid and Medicare is excepted nationally she seemed nervous and looked like she didn't fully know what she was doing. read more

I use to only shop at Walgreens for medical products and prescriptions however after having issues with them regarding matching their online price with the store price I decided to save myself the frustration and take my business elsewhere. I was given many poor excuses why the prices were different and why they couldn't match their online price which was almost always cheaper than the store prices. The manager at Walgreens told me the reason the online price is cheaper is because of the shipping costs. This to me is a poor excuse and really not a good reason . It's the same company! Since changing my pharmacy and buying other medical products from cvs I have no regrets. In fact, with the cvs care card/discount card the prices are cheaper and more affordable than Walgreens. If you sign up to receive offers via email you also get additional discounts on top of what the store is offering...woohoo. Their online prices are also constant with the store prices. Today upon checking out, I started conversing with the store manager. I asked her what was their policy regarding price matching online to the store and she said they price match and will give the cheaper price. The store associates are always very helpful and friendly in this store. The items are also well organized and displayed. The store is also clean! read more

Dont bother using the drive through.... I filled my prescription online the night before and waited in the drive through for 20 minutes before someone helped me. Also when i have gone inside they are very slow. Average time to pick up a prescription or drop one off ( not even talking about both ) is 20-30 minutes even if you are the only person in line. Avoid this CVS, they are so slow and unfriendly. read more
