Attitude of the people at the pharmacy instead of trying to help you they give you a attitude

Extremely rude nurse practioner here working Monday morning July 8, 2024 named Ashley at the minute clinic - scheduled an earwax removal for my father and was denied service- our insurance is billed for this - extremely rude about him needing hearing aides over not wanting to be sensible in explaining an ear cleaning procedure - will not return even to shop here. She's just lazy. We do not trust our health care needs being met or even discussed at cvs middleburg heights pearl road minute clinic ! We went to the minute clinic on ridge and explained what happened- Ashley claimed we yelled at her when we were shocked by how rude and unprofessional she was the exact opposite of the truth of how she explained how cleaning our ears can cause an ear infection she makes it sound like an ear cleaning is very dangerous and risky. She does not trust her patients is extremely dishonest and fake - the other minute clinic was very understanding - I have had my ears cleaned in another state by a minute clinic while I had an ear infection to cure my otitis media - I never got a fever or infection by them helping me that way ... Ashely does not have any professional medical clue what she's talking about very disappointed we even stopped at this location ! we did not file a complaint about her over the phone the to corporate we don't have the time to waste people have very busy lives - we had to schedule minute clinic online and had to drive there just to be sassed harassed and listen to ignorance ! but if you're looking for unprofessional health care workers and want to have a hard time getting your health care needs met this is the cvs to go to ! We honestly thought after this experience with Ashley that wasted our time and affected our morning start to the week - that every minute clinic doctor was very hard to deal with and they would not respect the service we are to be billed for ! We will only go to cvs in ridge Parma for minute clinic needs ! Ashley does not explain health appropriately ! She is very incorrect and gives bad advice and Ashley obviously doesn't get paid enough to call people deaf .... The worst CVS I ever been. Non cooperative staff who got caught in the wrong job I guess. Not helpful at all. And they seem least interested in their customers. Strictly avoid this CVS and go to some other location. read more

I had a bad head cold recently so I told my buddies that I was headed to an Urgi-Care to see a doctor and hopefully obtain an antibiotic to help me get better. My buddies recommended that I visit a CVS Minute Clinic. I had never heard of Minute Clinic, so I was intrigued. They said I'd probably get in and out faster plus save a few bucks. So off I went. When I arrived, I saw the clinic in the back of the store. I walked up, noticed a kiosk with a computer, I signed in, and 30 minutes later, a cute young doctor was checking my ears. It turned out to be a sinus infection, for which I was prescribed an antibiotic. They asked me where I wanted them to send the prescription and I promptly replied, 'over there', pointing to the pharmacy that was just feet away. After fifteen more minutes, I had my prescription and was on my way home. I was in and out in under and hour. I hear that CVS is planning to build a new store a couple blocks from my house. I hope they build a Minute Clinic in it as this will be my go-to clinic for cold remedies. Recommend! read more

Pharmacist stands in the same spot ALL day; never acknowledged me at the drive through. He waited for the pharmacy tech to assist me!!

Slowest and most incompetent pharmacy. The Brook Park or North Royalton on Sprague is so much better.

Horrible customer service rude pharmacist on 02/05/21 in AM. No regards for people in line. Waited 40 minutes. Still waiting....‍

Unfreaking incredible and I say this with a great deal of sarcasm. Can they get prescriptions right? No!! I wouldn't be writing this if it hadn't already happened twice so I'm not going back a third time. My doctor called in a prescription on a Friday at noon --I didn't go to pick it up until 6 o'clock--couldn't find it, then it wasn't ready and they didn't ask for insurance so if was rebilled twice . I had to wait, not happy. I went back to get that same prescription refill today. Last Friday doctor called and talk specifically with the pharmacist because I got seven phone calls about pick it up -don't pick it up -too early to order -come pick it up -don't pick it up and they said it would be ready Saturday. I didn't go Saturday, nor Sunday giving them plenty of time. I called today Monday at noon to avoid any more angst and wait for it ......wasn't ready. Was to be Saturday and now it's Monday.....need I say more?? I picked it up an hour or two ago and when I got home I looked at the package in the package precisely said ""promised 12-7 11AM"". This Pharmacy doesn't know what they're doing and I will go to any other CVS ,Rite Aid,Walmart,Walgreens before I darken this drugstore again. I just moved to this town : what a great impression! So much for going to your closest store and can someone tell me why we still need one on every corner like in the 50's???? This is relatively new real estate by the design noted--can't stay in business with this treatment and I am hopeful Walgreens across the street assumes all their business. Never ever bother trying to go to a minute clinic. It's seriously such a waste of time, they are unorganized and it's too hard to predict what the wait will be. I hate cvs so much because of minute clinic. read more
