I've only used the flash foods here but what I have seen the stroke is really clean. The employees are friendly enough.

Great variety of food. Downfall is their prices are a little higher than other stores. Positive is they carry some things you can't find at other stores Make sure you take reusable bags with you. Some have paper and some have cloth bags to use. read more

This store had a different layout than others I've been in, and I had the time to go up and down the aisles. The store has all the conveniences. The flower shop is in the middle of the store. Produce, bakery and wine are on the right. The deli is in the far back right. Cleansers are on the left. Pharmacy is far left. Dry goods are in the middle of the floor. I liked looking at the clearance baskets located behind the floral shop. This store is friendly. Bathrooms were clean. read more

I always come to this giant eagle. I normally don't have a problem. Today I didn't have a problem. I just felt they need to clean the self serve registers. The staff is pleasant to deal with. The product is easy to find. All in all a very good location. I recommend this place if you need to get in and out quickly. read more

the selection is not good. they seem to be out of their sale items very quickly. they need to order more of those items. they are expensive. the checkout service have rude cashiers except for one who had a name tag on named Samir. He is very friendly and takes the time to explain things. I suggest you go and see him at the Brookpark store read more

Drive up for order pick up is always super fast and my order is always correct. Gone inside for flash foods a few times when I see a great deal and always had great service. read more

I went grocery shopping here today. The place is really clean and there are lots of choices. The prices are about what I expected and the checkout guy was really friendly. The parking lot was well kept and I'll shop there again when in town. read more

High prices and no plastic bags. At least it's a big size store and close parking. But that's about it.

My mother's favorite Grocery Store! I think she send me 10 times in two days to get things. It's tough getting older...... I enjoyed every minute of it! We spent quality time with the family and friends. Huge store, Huge selection. Easy checkout. Parking lot has a few pot holes but after the winter they had, its no surprise. read more

As soon as you walk in you smell old people and Bengay. Never anyone around to ask for help to find something. Very boring compared to the location at Southland. The restrooms in the front of the store are very outdated and disgusting. Looks like they only clean up once a week. The only plus is that the cashiers are usually pretty friendly, as well as customer service. Although I was in line once at CS once and told the lady, "a woman just walked over to the newspaper stand, took out the sale ads and put the newspaper back and walked out the door!" She didn't seem to care very much, they must not have store security. So, she figured out somebody to call for help over the speaker system, but of course the woman was in her car by that time. read more

Probably the most randomly laid out store I have ever been in. And gigantic. Over-priced, but all stores in this chain are. Staff is non-existent, aside from the cash registers and deli. Have yet to ever see more than one actual register open, as opposed to self checkout. Store is clean and has a nice selection of international foods. read more

Should be closed. These are the laziest, disinterested employees around. I am severely disabled but try to follow all the rules. Wheare a mask, download coupons etc. That is where the effort stops. I had to hunt for a power wheelchair-on the exit side of the store so I am sure it was not cleaned. Had to wait for a line with a cashier because they are the only ones that can process snap cards-not even pick up or delivery at this GROCERY STORE will do that. Had downloaded a coupon for laundry detergent but it did not register. Cashier said I would have to go to customer service-she made no effort to do anything. I told her to keep it and got my other few items-was going to go out-but 2 shopping carts were blocking the aisle. I mentioned it to the cashier-she just said someone would probably move them soon. She again made no effort-there was a line behind me so I barreled int them to move them. She continued to care less. G.E. must go out of there way to hire the most useless beings around and they really discriminate against the disabled-this is company-wide-pathetic. They should be helping people-instead put their efforts into the opposite. This whole disgraceful group of stores should be closed and I hope they all contract an affliction and get treated as horribly as they are treating people now! What goes around comes around and I certainly hope I am around to see it. Spread the word-go to stores that treat you right. Giant Eagle never will. read more

This giant eagle is by far the worst. It is consistently under staffed and never has more than one human working at the checkout. The self checkouts are absolutely horrible and ALWAYS require someone to come and help anyway. Literally any other store is better. If you need groceries you are better off going to Marc's or driving to Heinen's in middleburg. Definitely don't stop here if you are in a hurry because checkout alone will take forever. read more

As of late the meat area smells of rotten meat. Picked up a 3 pack of steaks and under it was a completely open 3 pack and brownish color.

This store is located close to my house, so if I need to hit up a Giant Eagle, this is usually the one I go to, but price-wise, I usually go to Aldi or Marc's because you definitely get more bang for your buck. I do agree that Giant Eagle's prices are ridiculous and their "sale prices" aren't all that great. I will say this particular store is laid out well and items can be easily located, compared to some of the other stores in the area that you can't find anything quickly. This store loses stars because it is not open 24 hrs, has no state liquor store, and there is a complete lack of staff for the registers. The few registers that are open, have long lines and the woman who is usually supposed to oversee them is always distracted by others. Beware, because she has all the customer service skills of a wet towel and is not friendly nor helpful. She always looks like she would rather be anywhere but here. I always say, if you don't like helping people, then PLEASE DO NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! There are two cashiers in particular (wish I could remember their names so I could give them a shout out) who are always very friendly and helpful. For the prices they charge, they really need to step their game up in the future. read more

I used to love shopping at Giant eagle,but now the prices are way too high and it is now even harder to get fuel perks. And now they have more express lanes then the regular checkout. And when they are busy they never have enough checkout lanes open, you have to stand in line for over 20 minutes. read more
