We have continually had issues with this pharmacy's setup. Late fillings of medicines, times where our items have been cancelled but covered and prescriber approved, incorrect automated calls on fills being done. When I worked at the Brookshires 2/3 years ago, I only heard negative stories about the crew in there. I pray the new hires don't learn these bad habits and put care and pride into their work, rather than float along dead eyed and saying "i dunno what the problem is?" The problem today was my 30 week pregnant wife has been getting the above issues for the past 3 weeks for her nausea medicine. Thankfully instead of dying without the medication, she just throws up constantly throughout the day and feels like death warmed over. Her doctors are concerned with her caloric and nutrient intake, for her health and the baby's. I wonder if these folks have these same issues for those on epilepsy or cardiac medications. Are people dying due to their lack of empathy or incompetence? I even was respectful coming in saying there's something wrong with the system, can y'all do better to resolve this? And without taking ownership, home dude passed the buck, idk man. So here's my honest review of the wonderful experience that the pharmacist at Walgreens in Mineola Brookshires has given me.
