This has been my pharmacy now for a few years. During Covid-19 it was also my go-to place for testing. The whole store is very clean and nice. All of the employees have always been helpful....especially the pharmacy techs. They always make sure I get the beat price, are willing to advise on OTC medication and answer any pharmaceutical questions I may have. Unsafe! The two pharmacists dealing with my prescription kept pulling their masks down while talking on the phone and to each other while my package was on the counter between them. They were potentially contaminating their hands and my package. Plus there were at least two customers in the store not wearing masks. This was my second attempt to pick up this prescription. The first time the specialty service had told me I had paid online. The store said not. I went home and called the specialty outfit. They said that I had only updated the payment method even though I had a screen shot saying I had paid. They processed the payment and gave me a confirmation number. The pharmacy still said the system showed I had not paid, and made me sign a handwritten form they had been breathing on before they would give me the medication. I am going back to Costco. I figured a smaller place would be safer. Wrong! read more

July 2018 (Yelp) This CVS is Awful... yes, with a capital A! If you're thinking about using this location, don't. The pharmacists look tired and the staff has zero clue about how to adequately or efficiently run a pharmacy the way that it should be. I've had my scripts miscounted. I've gotten other people's medicines due to worker error. At this rate, in just waiting for then to kill me or someone else die to negligence! What irks me most about CVS? The way they look at me when I pick up my medications. As a patient with debilitating, terminal chronic medical issues, I don't deserve to be looked at like I'm a cripple, physically nor mentally. I don't deserve to be spoken to with a condescending tone because I take certain medicines (or for any other biases the pharmacy associates, techs and pharmacists bring along with them to work). Be courteous. Be helpful. Be proactive. Treat all people with dignity and respect. I'll be frank, if I had ANY option other than using CVS, I'd use it. I've had nothing but problems since mid 2017 thru present date (July 2018). The only person that used to shine bright was Junior, one of the pharmacists, but now he even looks unhappy and exhausted. Give him a motivated, capable staff because what he has to work with today, is painfully unacceptable. Dear CVS management, please take some time to retrain your pharmacy staff on patient sensitivity, how they should be happy to answer questions and especially how patients, like me, could do without their attitudes & judgments. That would be most appreciated. The CVS brand is taking a beating right now on the national stage and you have collectively earned every single piece of negative feedback that they've gotten. So what's next? Fix it or lose customers until the hemorrhaging is no longer able to be contained? I hope you pick the former bc if you guys don't, I'll be leaving and taking my business to Walgreens, Walmart, Rite Aid or even a mom and pop shop. Consider this feedback a gift. You received one star but that's only because the option to give zero stats doesn't exist. I'd like tooooooi see you do better. So I invite CVS to do better than better. Be amazing! I pulled up to the pharmacy drive-through window after hours unbeknownst to me because the hours were wrong online. The pharmacist still opened the pull down curtain and filled my order. I have frequented this pharmacy for years since it is right next to my house and has a drive-thru, but it has become increasingly frustrating to get my prescriptions here. They never have anything in stock - not even anything as simple as birth control. And when they tell you they're "ordering it" and it will come in one day, it never actually comes. On multiple occasions they have tried to sell me other peoples' medications even after I have told them that they are NOT my medications. Half of the staff is completely incapable of doing anything correctly. You're better off driving over to the target across the street and just walking in to their CVS. read more

I switched my prescriptions over to this CVS about a year ago and it has been a nightmare. They keep screwing up my meds time after time after time. I called and talked to a female after work today in reference to a text CVS sent in ref to one of my prescriptions and she went through my meds even questioning the meds my Dr prescribed (not sure who she thought she was) and she said none of my meds need to be filled. So why did I get a text from CVS. I asked her to check on all my meds to make sure and she said Nope nothing needs to be filled. About an hr later I get a text saying my prescription is ready! WTH?? So I call up there and speak to "John " who could careless what the issue was. He just said well your prescription is here whenever you want to pick it up. I asked him to look on my records to see who the dumb female was and he said the system would not show unless she made any changes in my account. She DID make changes. So beware "Junior" I will be stopping by once again to complain one again about the awful service and screw up you staff made once again. I'm done with this pharmacy. A years worth of screw ups is way more than anyone should deal with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY!! read more

Like other reviewers I've struggled to get prescriptions refilled here. My doctor refilled a prescription, I'd get IVR voicemail from this CVS telling me it was ready for pickup. I went there three times and they couldn't find it "in the system". They wouldn't even look in the rack - never looked beyond their screens. Long story short - switched to Walgreens - no issues since. read more

I frequent this particular location almost every other week to use my 20 or 25% off coupons. I normally troll the makeup aisles to find a good deal. I feel like I've totally scored when I can combine a manufactured coupon with a store coupon that has printed on my receipt from a previous visit and a 20% discount! I'm only giving this location 3 stars because some of the items that I hope to find here never are there or either the shelves are not restocked...When that's the case, I'll just head to another CVS... read more

I would not recommend this location. I went in to purchase a few items and supposedly the manager was not friendly in the slightest manner. It was as if she did not want me to be there or even herself and she gave me an attitude the entire time we made contact. Other times I have been there I was greeted with a smile by the employees and cashiers there but after this altercation I would not want to go again or for anyone else to experience the same thing. If I could remember her name I would possibly report her. If you see a woman with glasses and darker hair, steer clear of conversation. I am not going there again. read more
