    Since the pharmacy system changed, it got really bad. I don't get notifications although the staff…read morekeep fixing it every visit, and I do get a confirmation that I'm enrolled, it just doesn't work anyway. Automatic refill doesn't work either, although I keep enrolling each time. When I call for a refill, and I have to talk to automated system for some reason instead of pressing numbers (who likes that?!) it tells me that the prescription will be ready in 3 days even when I'll clearly run out of my meds a day before that. It gives me no other option but to call a human pharmacist. I guess the staff are doing whatever they can, and usually are very helpful. However, when I asked pharmacist if it's ok to take estrogen pills with having a high BP, she said it has nothing to do with blood pressure! Wrong. There's so many warning signs on the prescription info, books etc. Have to do own research not to die. Sometimes I get a giant plastic bottle with 4 pills on the bottom. Is WG pharmacy controlled by AI who doesn't care about the planet or the people?

    Not a great pharmacy experience. Only chose the location for…read morea one-time prescription fill, due to it's proximity to my workplace. Two prescriptions sent in at 3:30pm yesterday. Prompted by phone to confirm they should be filled immediately. Arrived at drive-thru at 5:30pm yesterday to learn only one prescription had been filled, the other could be filled in ten or fifteen minutes, & that I can "drive around and come back when it's ready." Two hours, fully staffed, still not enough time. I couldn't wait, had an appointment and chose to pick it up this morning. Believe it or not, the prescription was still not filled at 10:00am, claimed by the pharmacy to be marked for today not yesterday , so I waited around 20-25 minutes in-store only after being told it would only take "A few minutes." I feel this pharmacy is disorganized. They're not short-staffed. It's a disconnect of some sort. Because of their broken process, I was delayed for well over half a day in receiving a pretty important medication needed for a recovery, one that was supposed to be taken simultaneously with the one that had no issues being filled on time. I'm gonna stick to my pharmacy, going forward.

    I'm on a roll today doing quite a few reviews of the grocery stores that I regularly frequent…read more I have been coming to the Sam's for over a decade and I'm finally doing a review really based on the curbside pick up order and capability. Let's start with the fact that the application that you use to put in an order is very rudimentary in functionality. You cannot reschedule you cannot cancel. You cannot edit your order. Sam's Club or better yet the Walmart corporation needs to invest some money in order to fix this particular app Further, once you check in at the club that you have parked and you indicate your parking spot I have never waited less than eight minutes for someone to come out with my order. This is absurd because I wait less time to get gas at Sam's. What's even more annoying is that my phone will indicate that I've already picked up my order and yet the Sam's Club employee still has not exited the building with my order so someone is gaming the system to show that they in fact, moving faster than they really are. So the three stars are quite simply because of the horrible wait time the horrible app the inability for the Walmart corporation to actually improve this let alone the Walmart corporation interest in improving it does not exist. Also, whoever set up the parking spots for pick up was not thinking because all the parking spots are right on top of each other, which does not allow the Sam's Club employee to maneuver or get around with those huge carts that they are pushing. Someone clearly was not thinking again.

    This Sam's Club location is always a great experience. This is my local Sam's Club, I have gone to…read moreothers and this one is fantastic compared to others in the area. The store is clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which makes shopping quick and efficient even when it's busy. The staff have always been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. One thing I really appreciate is how well stocked everything usually is, especially the everyday essentials and bulk items. The checkout process is also smooth, and the Scan & Go option makes it even faster. This trumps Costco for me and I love Costco! Also curbside is the best! Lots of pick up options, often same day! Overall, this location does a great job maintaining a positive shopping experience. I always leave feeling like it was worth the trip. Definitely a reliable Sam's Club! Yes they do scan the receipt I have had a full cart, receipt scanned, or two items receipt scanned I guess it just depends and doesn't bother me.

    on this same last week a few of they employees was very rude to me and one had refused to help me…read morewith some items self check out .After a supervisor had requested that I go over there to self checkout for the employee that the supervisor ask to help me she refused then another lady come over and was very rude and stated some racist comments. I was called names and one of them was being called "you peoples " I replied that seem a little racist. I asked for the help with some items I was purchasing that the manager here request that I can help with . the employee refused to help stating she didn't know how to do the adjustments after I reminded her that I have been coming here for three years and she had to get adjustments for me before she told me to wait for the manager. The manager came over and told her to do the adjustments again, and she refused after the manager left again. after 15 minutes of standing there waiting for the same employee that helping others with the same situation as me. she helped them and told me to read how to do it and walked away. still waiting on a supervisor and not getting the help that I requested. other lady walk over and start whispering to the other employee, then start helping the other customers while I'm still standing there waiting on Help. the lady that told me to read how to work the cash register had walked off and started helping everyone but me and which was about 16-18 peoples in line behind me. which all got help out but me. My food got cold, and did not get help for about another 10 mins of standing while the employees helped everyone but me in line. I walked over to the customer service desk and ask for a supervisor cause some of my items was still not finished getting processed because I needed assistance it was not able to get assistance .Another employee came and help me finally after waiting almost 30 minutes for help. I called corporate support to file a complaint and was told I would be getting a callback within 48 hours and it is a week later and still hasn't received a call.

Sadly, I probably wouldn't be congratulating him if the rest of the employees I was and dealt with hadn't been dismissive, bothered or just plain rude. Promote Kobie and have him lead a customer service class!
