Even though was none of her business and I only had one filled that day, I told her "for a while now" and she said that she couldn't believe I was taking the meds I was on and she preceded to ask what the intentions of my Dr was, and was he planning keeping me on these meds and if so, for how long. She was very condescending and seemed more put out and nosey rather than genuinely concerned. She was belittling and made me feel like a little child. What I take is between me and my Dr and for her to question and belittle a customer like that is unacceptable in my opinion.

I was surprised to get a phone call in the morning around 7:30ish saying they were ready. An employee had stopped at another Walgreens on his way to work and grabbed some frames. He gave me a copy of the order. I had a cat scratch on my left ear. Ouch! Once I arrived at CVS I was greeted by the front clerk at the register. ( I'm sorry I did not get his name. He was busy). He was very friendly. I walked over to the pharmacy and spoke with the pharmacist Joe M. He was so kind and very helpful. He reviewed the order. Called my doctor as they had a little different tetanus shot on hand. Doctor agreed with what they hand on hand. I only had to fill out a checklist related to reactions and allergies. Joe took me into the consult room and had everything all ready. I sat and Joe explained everything he was going to do. I was not anxious. His touch with the needle was so light I barely felt it. Soon enough I was all done. I was given a sheet of information to put with my medical records. His professionalism and friendliness were greatly appreciated. Joe M gave me a bag of popcorn because I was a great patient. On the way out I let the clerk know I was given the treat by Joe. He smiled and said fine. Thank you Joe M. The front clerk, and CVS for taking great care of me.

I can take my time and walk around to see the many gifts available to purchase. While I'm waiting I sometimes enjoy an ice cream cone or lunch at the old fashioned soda fountain located in the shop. I'm always greeted by name and have a short visit finding out what's going on around town. I love come here. Come on over and pop in yourself.
