this place is so horrible idk why they are even open anymore. There is always only one worker either a male or female who work so slow like they have all day, so slow that i was able to run to my car and when i got back inside the line hadnt moved. Who ever these pharmacy techs are need to be fired. I have completely lost my patience after months of going to them. They either dont have my prescription even tho my doctor sends it usually 3x in a row, they take forever and a day to fill it, and im absolutley tired of it. I will escalate this as soon as possible. they should either get another worker or close completely. This is completely unacceptable. With my managerial experience, I would have immediately gotten two workers so one person wouldnt have to work both areas, considering theyre slow as a turtle, or i would have fired them. yesterday, the kid was literally walking around looking at the ceiling instead of tending to customers. read more

UPDATE: My autofill prescription was ordered on Friday, 4/26/24. I called on Monday to inquire when I could pick it up. I was told they are 4 days behind in filling prescriptions because they only have 2 people working. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!! I cannot go a day without taking my pills. So now because I cannot pick them up in a timely manner, I have to wait one week to start the prescription again. In the meantime, my days are not good because I experience migraines. Imagine someone who takes blood thinners or heart medication. This is so unacceptable from CVS and continues to happen at this particular location. I have since moved all my prescriptions to another CVS location. I refuse to go to the Santa Barbara location anymore. They continue to fail the people; their customers who rely on them. read more

We are here on short vacation with my 91 yo Mom who needed script refill. We called and they said it was being prepared. We went at 11am two days later to pick up.We were told it was not ready and to back in an hour. We came back 3 hours later and were again told "I don't know what happened. Come back in an hour and it will be ready." We came back 2 hours later and were made to wait 20 min in drive thru with 5 cars waiting behind us. When she came back she said "we are out of that med". I explained that we were flying out at 6am the next day and my mom needed it. She then disappeared for another 20 minutes. When she came back, she said "we found some". After a few more minutes she gave the bag to us. when we got home, they were only three tablets in the bottle when there should've been 90. They did not warn us about this. This store is an absolute disaster. Nobody knows what they are doing. Theh lie to the customer and hope they won't come back. It's insane. read more

This CVS on golden gate and Santa Barbara here in Naples is a disaster, Dr sent prescription first thing in the morning! 7, 8 hours later CVS saids don't have the prescription from The Doctors. Which is a lie for them to buy time. Every time they're under staff so they said! Bad customer Service not fully attentive and not greet theirs clients. They said your prescription is ready and still gotta wait in there till they make it. read more

I cannot effing believe this effing store today. Not only did they make me wait in the drive-through for over 44 minutes when there was only three cars left. This MF either the pharmacist or the employee saw and was towed by the car in front of me. There's one more car left. That's been waiting here as long as I have. And they close the effing gate. I can give them a negative I will. This is by far the worst effing pharmacy CVS has ever ever made. I'm going to find the corporate information and I'm gonna burn the shit out of the pharmacist an employee. And they saw me on the camera, and he saw me that the old man in the black Mercedes sedan pointed and I had the window down, and specifically said there's another car left that's been waiting as long as I have. And not only did they close the gate but they push the button and ran so I wouldn't take a picture of them. I hope the CVS goes bankrupt just because of their employees. The store called me to say my prescription was ready for pick up. I got in my car right away and drove up. I go into the back of the store where pick-ups are and a woman takes my information and insurance card. She says ok we have it here, but we are now closing for lunch you will have to come back in one hour. I said you just called me - just hand me my bag and I'll be on my way. She says no come back after 2:30 and pulls down the screen. This place is run by an idiot- this is the worst customer service ever. read more

Went there to for my ups pick up. the guy with dreadlocks wasn't helping at all, he touch few boxes and said your package is not here. I called ups, they said my package is there and I have to pick up by Thursday 25th. The staff told me I have to come back at 25th!!!. That's ridiculous. read more

Worst, most incompetent, rudest and nastiest CVS Pharmacy in Florida. The pharmacist, Anthony Sanchez is extremely unprofessional, offensive, incompetent and is definitely not mentally well. My mother took the time and called her pharmacy of 15 years and canceled her opiod prescription after a tooth extraction. I went to pick up her other medicine and they dispersed the opioid to me. She had me return the medicine and get a refund. The Pharmacist lectured me forever and said that it was my fault for picking it up and he was doing me a favor by giving me a gift card. I said that how is this our fault when she canceled the order and you dispersed her opiods anyways? He lost his mind and started screaming and threw me out of the store, told me that my mother and I were banned from going to "his" pharmacy, and that I needed to leave immediately because I was trespassing and he was calling Security. I left immediately he was still yelling at me as I was walking down the aisle to the exit. No one this rude and unhinged should be dispensing medicine. He is a total embarrassment to CVS brand. read more

I scheduled 2 appointments for my sons for the COVID vaccine, back to back on the same day. I received a text and email confirmation for appointments for the 1st and second does the day I made the appointment. I received reminder text and email 2 days prior to our appointments. The day of the appointments just 5 days later, I receive a text that one of my son's had their appointment canceled. When I called to verify I was told that the appointment was never available. I was also told no appointment excited for my second son at all. I said I had text and email confirmation and was told well we don't see it here. No effort to fix it or help, just "sorry for your luck" after I had taken time of of work to bring them and had the DoH call to ask me if I wanted to schedule with them and I turned it down because I was scheduled with CVS. I will never trust CVS with my kids' health again. BIG mistake. Luckily, Walgreens got them scheduled for the very next day. read more

I usually don't have problems at cvs and usually enjoy the service but when my grandmother came from up state and I tried to get her medication refills they said it would take 24 hrs and I went back and forth for one week and it still wasn't ready. Since my grandmother was on blood thinners and couldn't take her medicine her blood clotted and she had a heart attack. Thank god she got anju surgery and is better now. read more
