In the past several years, I have shopped here a few times. The store had the usual departments: clothing, shoes, accessories, home decor, home improvement, electronics, toys, health products, beauty products, hygiene products, pet supplies, office supplies, and more. Prices were fairly low. Each time that I shop here, I think that the store offers a decently wide selection of merchandise. For my most recent visit, I selected several items to purchase--hygiene products, greeting cards, and snack foods. The cashier did an OK job with ringing up my purchase. Overall, Walmart is not a store where I frequently shop, but I like to stop here occasionally to see what they offer.

I appreciated their home delivery service the single and the elderly, however how they treat their customers is shameful. They yell and shout at their clients, especially the elderly who have their own special sets of problems. Their continual lack of professionalism makes me wonder why they are still in business. Their spoiled (his word) grandchild takes precedence over the paying customers with her incessant whining and demands. They will drop the customers to placate her needs. I have seen they shout at the elderly when they ask questions. Isn't that part of their job in supporting their customers? Their prescription labels do not carry essential information like lots. We discovered this in a recent drug recall. He just told they customer, not his vendor without looking at the prescription and dismissing them rudely. Perhaps moving to Walgreens is a better idea.

The pharmacist is qualified, knowledgeable, easy to reach and extremely reliable. She and her staff make sure to answer any question. They are quite careful to admit when they do not know the answer to a question and are prompt to research the answer, then get back to the customer quickly with an answer. The staff at this pharmacy is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They have a way of putting the customer at ease right away. Prices sometimes vary because this pharmacist makes every effort to obtain medications at the lowest possible cost to the benefit of the customer. When I first transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy, the pharmacist took the time to make sure that I was paying the lowest price possible for my medications by comparing insurance co-pays with the out-of-pocket cost of medication and found that I would save money if I paid for some generics out-of-pocket rather than using insurance co-pays. The staff here puts unbelievable effort to provide the best customer service possible. I never cease to be amazed with their kindness, courtesy, compassion, and professionalism.
