I desperately needed to get a few posters printed 7pm on 9/17. Colleen who was already busy checking other customers out did a great job handling them while also being attentive to me. After I screwed up my first print Colleen called Faith (manager on duty i assume) up to the front. Faith not only helped me through my little debacle but several customers just walking through waved and said hi to her like they were life long freinds. And she took the time to smile back and say hi as well. She helped Colleen through something with a customer check out, changed out to the right paper on the printer, then fixed the printer, all while being kind and personable to all the customers. CVS you got a good one here. It's refreshing to see someone who knows how to handle people and get things done at the same time. Not something this world has much to offer anymore. Pharmacist technician 'Angel' was so incredibly rude it was disgusting. Not even sure why they have her working customer service with her attitude. My father had a heart attack & needed his medicine asap but they're computers I guess we're down & when I tell you she was saying it in the most ridiculously nasty tone over & over. I've worked in customer service many years, I would've NEVER. Turkey neck needs a permanent break. read more

These corporate national stores are sinking quickly. Walgreens included. America will long for small private drug stores in the future. Corporations have become as inefficient and lost as old Soviet model. Same overpriced items sea to shining sea and one supply chain so pharmacy shortages are national. Corporations killed free enterprise. read more

The Minute Clinic here is wonderful, especially Dr. Beth. I've had her 3 times and each time she is prompt, thorough, and caring.

Great pharmacy staff that goes the extra mile to help!! This is the only pharmacy my family will use in the area!!

Very few workers actually ask if you want help. Don't know if one of the workers was having a bad day or something but he was very rude to me and my mother while checking out?! read more

Don't bother going to the minute clinic unless you make an appointment a week in advance. They definitely don't take walk ins even though both nurses or whatever are usually just sitting around most of the time. Even when you make an appointment you'll still be waiting an hour to get seen by a nurse who basically does nothing. read more

I purchased CVS vitamin and mineral like I had been taking. What came was vitamins only (evidently they deleted the minerals). I took back the six bottles to the CVS store on Saturday. The lady clerk was very helpful but she was not sure how to ring it up. She asked a fellow to assist and he eventually got a refund instead of purchase initially as a sale. I told him if he wanted to give me back $60. that would be OK but I had only paid $30 for the vitamins. I brought in with me the order form, packing list showing the amounts paid for the vitamins, and my credit card bill which shows the total purchase on it. After maybe 20 minutes he told me he would give me a gift card for the amount. I THINK THAT STINKS as I paid for them and had my receipts. Call me not thrilled. read more

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. After prescription got sent they texted me saying the prescription was filled and a link to put my insurance information. The link didn't work. I went to the store and brought my insurance card. They said they haven't actually processed the order yet and they needed to process my insurance. After five minutes the tech came back and said it would be about twenty minutes and he needed to keep my insurance card. I asked if they could make a copy of the insurance card instead because I didn't feel comfortable with them holding onto such an important item. They said sure. Not even five minutes passed, and I had left to run another errand since they said it would be a little while. They informed me I had to come back to the store and come inside to figure out a discrepancy with my birthdate. I asked what the issue was six times after the lady on the phone kept repeating that they keep the insurance card for this reason and it would be about an hour to figure it out. Low and behold, the tech working only wrote down my card information and did so incorrectly. She continued to be rude once processing information, didn't apologize, and said two words when I came to pick up my prescription. Never liked CVS and now I definitely do not like it. Poor management, poor pharmacists, poor techs, and poor customer service. read more

Horrible pharmacy experience. Tried to refill a prescription. Staff invented prescription laws and lied about insurance issues to avoid having to fill it. Drove to another CVS & got my refill no problem... The staff here are incompetent, rude and a little sketchy. WILL NOT BE BACK. read more

I go here, all the time...the pharmacy, mostly. They are always helpful and ready to explain anything that needs explaining. They're also very good about contacting me when it's time to renew a prescription, or FAX my doctor, and get that done, for me. Actually, the whole store--all departments--are pretty helpful. I have to pass through the snack section on my way to the pharmacy, It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it. LOL. So I'll check the bargains, there; they usually find something on sale, to tide me over, as I complete my shopping. read more

I took my son to the minute clinic because the Dr.'s office was not open. The female physician there checked him out for all of 2 minutes, prescribed me antibiotics for an ear infection and I paid $128.00 for her two minutes of her time. During these two minutes she swabbed him for strep throat, and told me she would send it out and if it came back positive I would get a phone call. Well, no phone call but I did get a bill from an outside laboratory for $70.00 a few days ago for his strep test. She didn't tell me that there was an additional fee, or that it went somewhere else. So for a two minute visit it cost me over $200 for a simple ear infection. I tried calling CVS, the minute clinic and the lab but no one ever answered the phone. I kept getting rerouted and put on hold. I tried contacting the CVS pharmacy itself, and they were so rude to me and told me they have nothing to do with the minute clinic even though it is in there store. I will never shop there again and I am disgusted that they would scam customers like that. read more

From day one, the staff at this CVS have been awesome to deal with. I've used all 3 parts of the store (the general merchandise area, the Minute Clinic, and the pharmacy) and have no complaints about anything. Many times I've asked if there was additional stock in the back, and they had no problem checking for me (and delivering!) I'm a regular customer now. read more
