My Orthopedic office is in Naperville and are not open on Saturday. My Agent Nicholas Umek realized that my script was wrong so of course I got the correct one without waiting until Monday. I have very good medical coverage with Medicare and BC/BS so let's see if having the wrong code works. Nicholas was so kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions without trying to rush me. He demonstrated the walker so I understood the workings. I was hesitant with the brakes but Nicholas assured me I wouldn't harm them it was because they are new. JD Brown was recommended by my pharmacy and I in turn would recommend them to anyone in need of medical supplies. Nicholas is my person to recommend asking for to feel understood and never rushed. There was a bit of paperwork involved but again he was tolerant and didn't rush me. Kudos to JD Brown and their awesome Agent Nicholas Umek.

She is truly a gift from God…read more The other workers at the pharmacy were incompetent & kept refusing to use the coupon I had for my father's medicine & kept trying to send me off without it. This medicine was CRITICAL for my father & without it he would have died. They did not care not one bit & would not put in the work to help me get it otherwise it would have cost me 5 thousand dollars that we did not have. He had a major heart attack in his main artery which was a miracle he survived it at all so for them to give me such a hard time & want to be lazy to do their job was incredibly disgusting. Rana however saw the pain in our eyes while trying to figure it out & she FORCED the other pharmacist to do it correctly as she noticed he kept putting in the wrong numbers, her shift was actually over for the day but she did not leave until she watched him do it successfully. She is honestly the most wonderful human I've witnessed in a while. She deserves the world, a raise, a promotion etc. May God bless her for eternity. They do not return the negatives,which is fine, but not if they developed photos are ruined. Then, they would only refund the photos that were completely dark vs just slightly over exposed. Regardless, all my photos were ruined and they only refunded me about 30%.

Three different customers within my house…read morehold two different medications. one they refused to administer the drug the other was held for review, now what's interesting the first medication was for dental pain management the doctor gave a physical prescription sent with my wife and they said it was invalid, yet when I brought it to another pharmacy they filled it with out any issues. The second medication was for anti-anxiety medication given the experience my wife had I ensured to avoid any of the issues that happened prior wouldn't happen with those meds I had the doctor submit the prescription from the office they still with held the medication and when I first contacted them they told me it was being held for insurance purposes then it was for instruction purposes then it was because they needed to physically speak with someone from the doctors office in order to release the medication. This Walgreens 1000% racially profile its customers when it comes to medication release. How I know this to be a fact aside from the attitudes they give you, here's where the third person in my household comes in my white brother in law who also had a physical prescription for a controlled drug walked in with a script as a test they refilled it without questioning it yet myself black American and my Latino American wife were screened. This is in 2026. Let me not get started on the long lines the weird lunch shutdowns where they rush customers out. They never have enough staff and the service is terrible. Now I'm sure there will be tons who will say it's a misunderstanding but I was born during the day not yesterday. I am however interested in getting in contact with anyone else who has had similar experiences with this particular pharmacy within the last six months.
