CVS has become the worst pharmacy I've dealt with. Their service has nose dived. Talking to a live person is impossible now. If you're having an issue with a an essential refill you're out of luck speaking with someone unless you drive to the pharmacy and wait in line. This happened to me Last week. I called today to refill a prescription and I couldn't get the self service to recognize voice commands or key entry's. The best part of it is instead of transferring me it hangs up. They don't care about the personal service. I'll find a small pharmacy where the people care about you. Now we are just meat in a grinder for these Large corporations. They don't care if you go days without your meds almost like they're saving money. read more

CVS is one of two pharmacies in North Attleborough. This is the busier, larger, and more popular of the two. And the only store open 24 hours as well... another benefit. Full parking lot at the busy intersection of Routes 1, 1A, and 120 (convenient location too!). Staff are friendly and store was just renovated completely to follow suit of the new, modern CVS locations. It's very spacious and fully stocked regularly. For reference, this store has had everything in stock I was in search of on both occasions I visited. Decent staff and enough registers open even when it's busy (which is regularly). Cannot comment on service from the pharmacy since I don't use it. Seems decent overall... nothing terribly disappointing by any means. 4 stars. read more

i brought a disposable camera in last month to get the pictures developed, as I have done many times in the past--although not for a few years. I went in today to pick the pictures up. They only gave me a few pictures and a disk??? they said that's what I had ordered when I filled out, but they filled out the form--not me. The lady at the register was very nice, and would have taken the time to show me how to do it--but I just wanted my pictures. Not a happy camper. I'll just have a friend who is familiar with this "new" way of doing things. Just warned to warn you, in case someone is stopping to pick up their pictures, and don't want to do the work of a store that's suppose to be working for you. Probably no longer a good idea for weddings and baby showers. Yes--I do have a phone--but they don't work everywhere.. read more

This Minute Clinic is unreliable. Had a confirmed appointment, arrived early only to find out that they were closed for the day. No notice of cancellation. Would recommend that patients seek out an urgent care over this location. read more

So my son and I went in to return the unused Halloween Candy and I had my receipt and the cashier tells me that I used a card ending in a number I never even recognized and it was not my debit card number either? I requested to have the manager come up and he claimed that he doesn't understand why my receipt has a different card number. I proceeded to explain that I use my debt card for all of my purchases and even offered to show him the exact amount of the receipt that was taken out of my debit card banking account. He finally agreed to "credit" the card and was not able to provide me with any sort of receipt confirming that I had a credit due. Almost a week later and I still have not seen the credit show up on my account! My advice, don't return anything if you don't have to! I'm very disappointed because I have good experiences otherwise. I am changing my rating due to the fact that I received the refund on my debt card yesterday. read more

Super friendly staff when I arrive to pick up prescriptions, I love the easy access to the employee with the sliding doors, the app makes it even faster to pick up and pay and I always get a text as soon as my prescription is ready. They always make sure they have my prescription before they continue and if it is not available they look up another CVS for me to go to close by. (Walgreens has a closed big window, a phone to communicate, employee who didn't seem like she wanted to be there and worst of all they put your card and ID in the bag and give it back. My elderly parents made a Trip to Walgreens and ended up throwing away my fathers cards because they were left in the bag. Pharmacy is open 24/7, but the drive-thru is always backed up in the afternoon and the line on the inside isn't much better (they have three registers, but only one is open at a time and those folks are usually pretty impatient). When I asked for a consult (you know, the really private one right next to where someone else is paying for their Rx), the young woman was in such a rush that she didn't say five words to me - just pointed at an aisle, stated "on the right", smiled and turned away. [ok...soooo I asked for your opinion and I'm actually just going to have to figure it out on my own?....mmmmmk). Photo orders (via online) are generally ready within an hour. The quality is relatively good (better than Rite Aid), the cost for 4x6 shots is about $0.19 (8x10 = $3.99), but they hit you with a "processing" charge of about $2. Staff is a little grumpy (confused as to why you're asking for assistance), but one time a very friendly young woman DID assist me and I was so astonished that I forgot to get her name. A decent array of general health aids, small grocery aisle (soda, milk, peanuts, cereal, tissues), the typical greeting card aisle, and always loaddds of candy on sale. ARRIVING AND DEPARTING FROM THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE. You either have to loop around near the drive-thru, or you have to chance crossing two lanes of traffic to enter the parking lot (which isn't especially generous in the parking spot department). I went to this CVS Minute Clinic on Saturday because I've been sick for a few weeks now and I developed an ear ache, night chills and dry heaves. When I saw the doctor I told them about these new symptoms plus the constant cough, shortness of breath, body aches, mucus and all the lovely things with being sick. He told me I had fluid in my inner ear and lungs. He then told me he was putting me on amoxicillin and Flonase. (500mg of amoxicillin at that. I'm 6'5" and 300lb that dose not going to work on someone my size) Two days later I'm still not feeling better so I go to Urgent Care in North Attleboro and tell them the same history but don't mention that I went to CVS. After the exam they said that I really should have an x-ray because my lungs don't sound right. They discovered I have pneumonia AND they found something that they can't identify on the x-ray so they're ordering an CT scan. I am so disappointed with the care I got at this minute clinic. I have pneumonia - that sh!t kills people. Them missing this and not recommending an x-ray could have killed me. read more

The pharmacy is always busy so I've switched my pickup location but the store itself is the best I've been to. I've never seen a store have so much selection and be so clean. I've used their self service photo lab without issue and their one minute clinic makes it super easy to get all of your shots! I always look forward to coming here when I'm in the area. read more

I'm very disappointed with the Minute Clinic. Waited for 2.5 hours. The APRN spent more time futzing with the computer than examining me. She didn't know how to listen to heart and lungs, didn't know where my lymph nodes were, couldn't get the Otoscope turned on and completely misdiagnosed my condition. This place is a complete waste of time. Avoid this clinic. Another medical mess in South Central Massachusetts. Might as well be rural Mississippi. Why isn't my PCP open weekends? read more

I got a dozen roses today an got home 5mins later from getting them an they were dead by 6pm I got them at 7:34am for my anniversary for my wife with 2 cards one for her an one for my dad for farthers day I called the store to tell them that the flowers were dear an I had the reseat they said we need the barcode so I got the barcode an went to the store when I get there the lady said I need the flowers to but did not say that to me just the barcode I'm not happy an will never shop there again..... read more

I have never had a good experience with this CVS. It's the closest location to our house no matter how many times we have check to make sure that a prescription is ready we have had numerous times where my husband or I have gone where it has not been. The only reason we have kept prescriptions there is because it's 24 hours and I'm a type one diabetic. Well today when I went to pick up my prescriptions after confirming they were there I arrived and they had one but not two and it turns out they LOST one of my prescriptions. They told me they would call me when they found it. that was at 1:45pm and it's now 8pm. Thanks I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow. Worst pharmacy. read more

Store is well stocked and staff generally helpful. However the pharmacy line is always a mile long and slow moving. Also, I had a very bad experience at the Miute Clinic. They close at EXACTLY closing time, even with customers waiting to be seen. So if you have waited an hour to be seen but the clock strikes, tough. You are going home. Also, I was seen one day by a very rude and condescending nurse. It's hard enough to be sick without horrible , demeaning treatment. read more

I appreciate having the minute clinic, so that's a positive, but this location is a little dated, and not quite up to par with the appearance and "modern" look of the newer ones. The pharmacy staff are very good, but the drive thru is usually backed up and a bit slow. I get around that by calling in my prescription, so it's not a big deal. read more

The pharmacy is under staffed and always insanely busy. The staff does the best they can but when customers see a long line waiting for Rx pick up and they want to cash out with all there shopping from other departments it slows this GSM down even more. Better management is needed here read more

The poor employees that work in the pharmacy are taking it on the chin from the wrath of irate customers - prescriptions are never ready, haven't been started when called in days before, lines stretching out the door (practically). CVS Corporate absolutely needs to get more skilled employees in the pharmacy department. This is hurting everyone - low employee morale, furious customers and people are taking their business elsewhere. CVS Corporate, are you listening? Hire more people for the pharmacy! Absolute waste of time at the Minute Clinic. Waited almost 2 hours just to be told that one yes on my medical history precluded me from being cleared for a physical. Would have been nice to know BEFORE I wasted my entire afternoon sitting around. And we're not talking something that would deny me clearance anywhere else, but for something that happened over a decade ago. Don't waste your time! read more
