She then billed my insurance company 4 days late just to make sure that I would have a problem at another pharmacy. The NEW pharmacy confirmed my suspicions saying that it was obvious that CVS had purposely screwed with my medication. The added stress filling my prescriptions at this CVS has forced my to move my medications to another pharmacy that's farther away. THANKS CVS!!! Won't EVER BE BACK!

I called today to refill a prescription and I couldn't get the self service to recognize voice commands or key entry's. The best part of it is instead of transferring me it hangs up. They don't care about the personal service. I'll find a small pharmacy where the people care about you. Now we are just meat in a grinder for these Large corporations. They don't care if you go days without your meds almost like they're saving money.

For reference, this store has had everything in stock I was in search of on both occasions I visited. Decent staff and enough registers open even when it's busy (which is regularly). Cannot comment on service from the pharmacy since I don't use it. Seems decent overall... nothing terribly disappointing by any means. 4 stars.

I know this because I have a client who gets her medicine delivered from them and she lives in assisted-living by Lassale trine. They also have cards as well as other types of toiletries and pharmacy items you need like powder or cream more that type of stuff. I went in yesterday and they have now put in a eyeglass store so you can bring your prescriptions in and pick up the eyeglasses and stuff and have them filled so it's kind like one stop shopping type of thing. The walk up tidy. The objective was for a poster board and talk with the pharmacist. Upon entering I noticed the carpet was disgustingly dirty and stained in front of the registers. The poster board was located with the help of a friendly staffer. We walked back to the pharmacy and waited for a consult for my daughters eye. The gentleman was super nice and showed us a cream and a CVS equivalent to save money. Checkout at the pharmacy smooth. Overall good experience with what we needed and helpful staff. However the store is dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning.

This store is located on Chauncy Street in Mansfield, close to the "center" of town. The next business to the north of it is a Rite Aid, whose lot always looks bare. The store is average size, and has the normal departments in any CVS (grocery, health & beauty, greeting cards, household cleaning, electronics, health and beauty, medical, and more), and even a small section of seasonal stuff. The ExtraBucks machine works well, and besides having very little space in the checkout area of the store (that gets so wicked crowded!), I enjoy picking up a few things I need without having to go in to Walmart or Stop&Shop.
