They did however make the point that I would not be given any sort of refund. Even though good Rx is a bit more expensive it's worth it. I had a prescription at Kroger that was supposed to be free. They charged my son $11.48. When I called for a refund they refused to give it to me even though they agreed it should have been free. My advice? Don't waste your time or money as they are unprofessional

Very easy to fit in prescription pickup with grocery shopping - free checks with blood pressure, too. Also have flu shots, drive up window, and get fuel points. Wonderful people to know when you are sick or need drug advice for your prescription. A bit busy, as all pharmacies today are, the wait is not too long and they can text / call / email you for pickup. Thanks for taking care of our family's drug needs!

This Kroger was the nearest grocery store to my dentist office, so I decided to go in. I am glad I did, specifically for one reason: it had Boars Head Deli meat. I love Boars Head Deli meat. I am originally from Florida, and I would buy it weekly while shopping at Publix. My usual place to get Boars Head Deli meat is under renovations, and another place I frequent for it does have it. Neither place, though, have the large variety and selection this Kroger Marketplace has. Case in point, it sells Boars Head Rosemary and Sun-dried Tomato Ham. I have not been able to have it since leaving Florida in early 2020. I was so happy! The deli workers were very patient as I gave them a large order to fulfill on many of the Boar's Head products. Besides that, I did do my rest of the grocery shopping while here. I did find some beautiful roses for $12, that I got for my mom's birthday. I had ordered some from a flower shop and since I have another vase, I thought more flowers can't hurt. My mother loved them. Great shopping experience, and I will come back.

She informed me this is not the Meijer way, and she appreciated the review so they can solve the issues. Because of Miranda's kind heart, and willingness to call, look at the camera, investigate, and resolve, I will continue to be a loyal customer at Meijer, and hope the rest of you do as well. This was the worst experience I have seen or encountered at Meijer and there is no way I can just say nothing at all and never go back to this store. I will switch my medocations to another pharmacy and no longer shop at this store if customers are now going to be treated like I saw today. I had Jen L. Wait on my husband and myself for tickets. Prior to waiting on us, she was talking crap about the person ahead of me in line, loud enough where we all could hear her. In the mean time I recieved awful customer service, alot of standing around waiting, alot of bad attitiude from Jen L. check your cameras at the Goshen Indiana Meijers. In the mean time the other woman took at the custlmer service desk was helping an elderly man who came in to pay a bill, he gave her the slip, gave her $400 and told her the amount he wanted to pay, she refused to listen to him. I heard him myself telling her while I was waiting on Jen L., and then the other customer service person put the mans entire $400 on his bill instead of paying the amount he asked, then she informed him, its too bad, she couldnt give him any of his money back. He was upset but handled it much better than I would have, then instead of finishing up with me, Jen L. Starts bad talkimg the elderly man as if he was the one in the wrong. What if that was all the money that elderly man had for the month and now doesn't have groceries for the month? Your evil ungodly Meijer employees didn't care. Appaently good customer service is a thing in the past at Meijer.

They had a sale on Frito lays products where you could buy the small bags of chips for 2.99 if you bought 3. I bought 2 bags of chips and 1 bag of cheetos. they were going to charge me full price because I didn't buy 3 bags of the same item. They were able to find a couple of staff members who didn't work in delivery, and they got the chair to my home at5 PM. I haven't had an issue with the compounds or anything product related, however there is a…read morediscrepancy with insurance that is rather troubling. Myself and a coworker, we both carry the exact same insurance from our employer, we see the same doctor, and we are on the same progesterone compound injections from that same doctor. We take identical doses, of the same exact compound, through identical insurance. I am paying full price for my progesterone, because this pharmacy told me that my insurance (which they do accept) will not pay for it. My coworker had the same issue, but she contacted our insurance to see why it isn't covered, and they told her that it IS in fact covered, but it is being rejected because of how it is being billed by FW Custom RX. Her husband went in and argued with the pharmacist several times, telling him exactly how to bill our insurance so that it would be covered... Now since they file her progesterone differently, she gets hers for $30 less than I pay for mine... I've talked to Fort Wayne Custom RX on the phone about the insurance billing issue, and explained to them how they bill insurance for my coworker and that they need to be doing it the same for me. The man on the other end was extremely rude and refused to do anything about it. So I am still paying full price for my progesterone, when my insurance DOES cover a portion of it, but they won't do anything to correct their filing problem.
