I parked right away and stormed into the store. Waited for another 15 minutes, gave the guy my name, told him I received a phone call stating that my prescription was ready. Big, old guy with gray hair gave me a dirty look and said, I'm sure you did! He checked the beans and told me that there's no prescription for me. Beyond ridiculous! Walgreens! train your people how to work customers!!!

I worked in retail management for 10 years, and I just don't understand what the problem is with these people. Recently I went to go pick up a photo order, told the woman working the front my last name. She told me that I have no photo order, asked me if I'm sure. I showed her the e-mail confirmation and she insisted that I told her my last name was "S". Which doesn't even make any sense, my name sounds nothing like that. Fine, you can't hear, great, moving on. So she finally found my photo order after 10 minutes. Then I came in another time to purchase an item and I had a coupon for it (a big coupon too, $15 off an item). After 3 people (including the "manager") could not figure out how to "apply" the coupon, I was eventually turned away. Are you serious? That's something you figure out on the back end as a manager after the customer has left. I knew things were going nowhere when the called over the woman who couldn't find my photo order to help. Oh yeah, she'll take care of this! Then the manager asked me if I still wanted to buy the item after all that. I'm like, uhh no. There was instructions on the back of the coupon for how to accept for crying out loud. I work full time, have 2 kids, I'm just so sick of incompetence!! Now I'm in there again (I know, I'm crazy I just keep going back expecting a different experience), 3 of them trying to do a return for an old lady, talking about points, and several transactions, etc. I stood in line for 5 mins and walked out. Enough is enough. I have to say the people in the PHARMACY are great! They are totally competent and friendly, and get you in and out. They should spread out the smart people so they aren't all in one place :)

Big competition to some of the funky frames I found at online retailers They have some big name designers brand too if you are in to those. The pricing is fantastic I got 2 frames w/o my insurance (EyeMed not approved at Costco) The total cost was less than 1 frame at my optometrist office with insurance!!! The opticians are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Now I haven't gotten my glasses yet but will update this review when I do So far. Top notch satisfied!

It's was nice. Then we got a hot dog combo cuz it was noon and we were hungry. Just know there is no one cleaning any tables. They were very dirty. As usual hot dog combo is great. We then went around looking for the few items we wanted to pick up. Navigating through a few hundred people. The layout is pretty standard. Samples guys and gals all around. They do try and keep the clothing area as neat as possible. However in this location there is a guy that folds clothes and he needs to take a shower. Every time I go and walk past him, he smells. It strong and someone should tell him. Everything else is pretty standard as Costco goes. Staff is nice. Products are well displayed. It's just crazy busy. So be aware if you come here.
