A year later I've made progress under her care .,my visit this May 10th 26, I have a problem with my nails , Dr. was very helpful on how to care for them she sat and listened to me complain about old age . My appointment was at 2:30pm, but was seen 30 minutes later. Then the medical assistant sat with me to get information, set up my patient profile, etc. Then I waited another 20 minutes for Monique to walk in. She never cracked a smile, said nice to meet you, nothing. I had my questions and concerns written on a piece of paper, but the more she talked, the more I wanted to get in depth about "the new regimen" she wanted me to be on. I was trying my best to address possible medication side effects and make connections between hair health and acne medication, but Monique was already headed to the door. I literally chose this place b/c it was dermatology and hair. She took her clipboard and said "The girls will answer your questions." I swear to God the look she made on the way out was clear she was fed up. I find that fascinating, because I had more of a right to be irritated. Instead of listening to you boast about your 35 year career, it might be wise to listen to what the patient potentially has to say. What works for the majority may not work for everyone else. I alerted the insurance company and inactivated all prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. This is all so funny to me, b/c when I visited my friend in Fort Lauderdale last winter and accompanied him on his dermatology appointment, I asked his doctor if he didn't mind me asking some questions. That man answered all my questions, and didn't make a dime off of me. Yet, here's a doctor who's overbooked, rushed and clearly irritated that you need more time WHILE SHE'S GETTING PAID. Not anymore though! Good luck, your style is definitely not mine, only for those who are just a number. Patient: Hamed Hamad

Recently, I had an appointment and while on the way the freeway was shut down due to downed power lines and traffic was at a standstill. I called ahead to inform them that I would be late and offered to reschedule due to the inconvenience. They were very accommodating and still saw me after I was 20 minutes late. I can't say enough good things about this dentist office. I dreaded going to the dentist, but not anymore.

The dentist with all the rave reviews had retired or was on vacation I was told when I arrived, and…read morehis son would be working on my teeth instead. I was still willing, but the way the receptionist said, "That's okay with you isn't it, that he takes a break??" was a bit unpleasant. I didn't even know the guy! I expressed my concern about having unnecessary xrays taken. They assured me it'd just be one. The dental assistant was clearly just learning, though and she ended up having to retake the same one three times. Then I tried to confirm with the 'son dentist' that he knew the safe protocol for Mercury/silver amalgam filling removal. He was clearly not thrilled at answering questions, let alone having to be there in the office - he slogged around the office slowly and kept loudly sighing - It'd have --- almost --- been funny if I hadn't needed him to fix my teeth... The dental dam was placed incorrectly. My mouth underneath it by the end was full of broken pieces of silver filling. He didn't cover my body or my face during it, they don't use oxygen to breathe instead of mercury vapor, it was just a mess of incompetence and this grudging attitude. A few months later I called and requested my records and X-rays be sent to a new dentist. For some reason the receptionist was nasty and I could tell she wasn't going to do it. I called many times, but they never sent them - so I had to once again have unnecessary xrays retaken. Every single review for this place was written by someone who has only written one or two reviews total. See that? That means those reviews are likely fake. Take care of your health.

I see Libby for lash extensions and cannot sing her praises enough. Every 2-3 weeks, she ensures that my lashes are on point and I am not sure how I could ever live without them now! I believe that finding the right shape and length is truly an art and Libby has a good eye for this. I have never had extensions last as long as they do since I have been seeing her- another huge bonus! I am looking forward to getting botox and fillers with Libby after I have my baby and am no longer nursing. I always feel safe in her care and trust her without a doubt. She is incredibly professional and is a perfectionist- exactly the qualities that one should look for when trusting someone with their face! The practice itself is very clean and tranquil and the staff is great about fitting me in for appointments and returning phone calls in a prompt manner. I am so thankful to have found this med-spa and highly recommend checking them out!

Clients Beware, You Are NOT Being Told the Truth About Where Your Money Is Going…read more For two years, I tipped my nurse injector at Radiant Divine Medical Spa under the belief that my gratuity was going directly to her, the person who performed the service. What I didn't know, and what no one at the spa ever disclosed, is that all tips across every Radiant Divine location are sent directly to the co-owner, Ryan Devault, a man who is not a licensed medical professional. According to a phone conversation Ryan had with my husband, he personally collects all client tips and redistributes them to employees as he sees fit, including staff members you never interacted with. Not only is this incredibly deceptive, but it's also unethical. Clients are never told that their tips won't go to the person who cared for them, and I was never given the chance to opt out of this hidden policy. Even more troubling, Ryan's wife, Rachel Devault, is a licensed nurse and also a co-owner who works at one of the spa's locations. While I can't confirm whether she accepts tips herself, her dual role makes the entire system feel like it was designed to exploit a loophole, to benefit from client gratuities without disclosing where that money actually goes. When I found out what was happening, I called to cancel my membership and voice my concern. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with resistance and eventually offered a refund, only if I agreed to delete my Google review. That moment told me everything I needed to know about how this business operates. Radiant Divine presents itself as a high-end, professional medical spa, but behind the scenes is a web of non-disclosed financial practices, conflict of interest, and reputation damage control. Clients deserve transparency, especially when it involves money, medical professionals, and trust. Please think twice before doing business here. If I had known the truth earlier, I would never have stepped foot in the place.

She is not only a consummate professional, but a pleasure to work with. Her microblading looks just like eyebrow hair. It even fooled my hairdresser! So nice not to have to pencil in my eyebrows twice/day. She is not only a consummate professional, but a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of color and how the permanent makeup pigments fade is amazing. I had a small hypo-pigmented scar and she matched my skin tone perfectly, knowing exactly how to handle the delicate scar tissue and how it would react to certain pigment. If you have an area where there is a loss of pigment due to scarring, hair loss, chemical or surgical, you should definitely get a consultation with Ann. Ann's studio is an historic building in Glenwillow & she rents out the bottom to a hair salon and her studio is above. Her studio is extremely clean and organized. Ann's pricing is also quite reasonable. I plan on using her again in the future and recommend anyone needing scar camouflage or permanent cosmetics to talk with Ann .
