I give a one star because I can't give less. The pharmacy Michael is the rudest person. He really should not work in healthcare. After already being acknowledged he stops the transaction form being completed because he needs to send everyone on break at the sametime. In what universe does a pharmacy that serves the community around them shuts down and stops a customer from having their prescription completed because everyone has to go on break at the sametime. As someone who works in healthcare I can't tell you how unprofessional this is. I am all for breaks but this was wrong on so many levels. He wasn't even nice about it, he was rude. He needs some classes on professionalism and learning how to manage a pharmacy efficiently. I would not recommend filling your prescriptions at this location if this is how they treat their customers. read more

Michael was super helpful in doing our Covid shots. Helped out after we had trouble with other locations not having vaccine in stock.

Very slow. Apparently they don't have enough employees for the amount of customers. It doesn't seem to matter what day or time of day. It also takes its toll on the employees. You can tell they're stressed, frustrated. So some of them are less than pleasant with the customers. read more

When in the drive through line to pick up medicine for my 3 year old son every worker in the pharmacy ignored me like I wasn't there. I was in like since 7:45pm. There was a car in front of me so I had to wait. The car receive is order at 8:03 so when I pulled to the window it was covered. When I waved to the workers, they all saw me and ignored me. Very unprofessional and no integrity. If you can please use a different pharmacy if you can. Also no productive in communication!!!! OVERALL BAD ! read more

Horrible pharmacy location to use. The wait time for a fill was way to long. It took them almost 20 minutes to ring me up mind you I called ahead. The lady found mines and another males and then she left us waiting while she handled production or one of the million other things she was attempting to manage. I will never use this location again. I also talked to the pharmacy manager and he did not help the line but eventually he even realized let me get him out of her. I already told him I was getting more anxiety and would most likely get a panic attack soon. Im use to New York CVS which is fast and friendly. Also the pharmacy was extremely dirty and dusty and unkept. They need to be updated on work flow and hit those metrics. read more

This is like the 3rd time that I'm the only person in line then someone comes after me and they get serviced before me, it's really annoying being ignored and watching them help someone else she literally told me to give her 2 minutes then someone else pulled up and got there medication before me. Went in for second vaccine shot ended up with a bacterial infection that happened during the vaccination process. The vaccine cabin was messy trash overflowing on the floor , the person that administered me the shot maybe didn't change her gloves or did something wrong that caused the infection. Had to go the clinic they gave me antibiotics because the infection swell my lymph nodes. Make sure u ask them to change gloves and clean area before they give u the shot. Regret going there big time. read more

I love CVS and sadly this pharmacy is changing my mind. For starters they need more people, apparently they are very busy. Every time I call, wait in line for 10 minutes. Unfortunately I have not experienced kindness with some of the pharmacists here. Not very courteous and certainly don't know a thing about customer service. If you are helping people, you are in the customer service field, specially if you are behind a counter or wear a white coat. Please hire more people and train them on kindness, friendliness, sympathy and customer experience. read more

This is a very poor run pharmacy. Staff very unorgainized and drive thru a mess. No customer service at all. Was on hold 20 min to verify my persciption was ready. I went to store an hour later and they had no persciption. They looked further and said not filled they needed 10 min. well 30 minutes later still not filled the 1st tech did not do his job. The drive thru tech had no customer ssrvice and after allowing a customer 20 min or longer in pick up window told me I was in drop off lane and when ask her what I needed to do her response "I don't care" and that is CVS at this location. read more

Nothing out of the ordinary, I buy medicine for my son. Their auto reminder if quite convenient.

Had to come back here a year after my initial visit because they were the only pharmacy open on a holiday for an emergency prescription. No improvement at all! The location is still filthy inside and out. There is actually trash on the floors. I returned when told to pick up prescriptions given by emergency room and they acted like they had never seen me before. The pharmacy staff kept passing my prescriptions off to each other and no one would communicate with me. When I finally asked if there was a problem, they said I didn't have a profile (I have a profile in CVS system and had just dropped these off two hours before). They just kept walking in front of me and not communicating whatever issue was occurring. Then they said my order had to be process "after closing even though I came 44 minutes prior to closing as directed. I definitely won't be coming back again. I would rather drive further away than deal with this location. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Walked in tonight to find suppositories for my 10 month who had a fever and wouldn't take the regular Tylenol/Motrin. I've always bought fever all from Walmart for around $5. Cvs charges 10+ for the same product. Why? Why are you charging your customer DOUBLE the money for the same exact product,quantity, brand!! You aren't offering a better product why overcharge someone? Spoke to a sweet cashier who tried to help but the man she called to the front to ask if he could price match he said no sorry, it's probably not the same item or quantity. I went to this cvs store today to purchase some stuff, since I came into the store the employee named Ashley didn't even greeted. I was shopping around and I found this false promotion of 75% off on the backpacks, I decided that I want to purchase two of them. When I went pay, I said "buenas noches" in Spanish, she didn't look at me, been polite because she probably didn't understand, I said "hey how you doing today?" this lady called Ashley didn't answer at least to say hey. I'm sorry but this is very unacceptable, if you work on retail you may have to be at least a little bit polite and greet the customers. When she scanned the backpacks the system read them on the regular price, I asked her about the discount and showed her the picture, her answer was " yes I know it says 75% off, but I cannot do anything if the computer read the regular price". Very disappointed about it, she didn't even try to effort to help the customer, she just doesn't care about customer experience. I hope CVS improve on the training of their employees and teach them how to treat customers. read more

THE WORST AND SLOWEST PHARMACY!! I go to get 2 prescriptions and only walk out with 1 didn't notice until I got home. Called to complain and they said it would be ready for pick up in an hour. My husband goes to pick it up an hour later and they said it wouldn't be ready until 12pm the following day!! And apparently they don't answer their phones after 6 because I've been waiting for someone to answer the phone for more than 30 minutes. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Will definitely be changing. read more

This store definitely needs new management in the pharmacy, on more than 1 occasion I have had problems here with having no ny prescription ready on time or having required availability of medication. I have been told to return in a hour then told they did not have after returning two hours later. When trying to call the pharmacy I was placed on hold and waited 30 mins before having to hang up. Hire some more people if necessary or hire a manager who can. read more
