He never came back so the phone kept ringing and then ended the call. Nobody tried to reach back out. It's pretty apparent that these workers do this to a lot of customers. I just moved to the area and the last Walgreens was absolutely amazing (shout out to Phil in Weeki Wachee/ Glen lakes). Sad I had to switch, and sad there aren't a lot of people like my last Walgreens guy out there.

Pharmacy staff are actually happy to see you, very helpful and a HUGE plus, my prescriptions are actually significantly cheaper. This was my first visit so my expectations weren't very high. I was SUPER excited to have my insurance verified and my scripts ready in LESS than 5 minutes. I was in shock and disbelief. The pharmacist was EXTREMELY nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm immune compromised, so that fact that EVERY pharmacist had a tight fitting, properly worn mask was a HUGE plus and made me feel so much more comfortable. I highly recommend King's Pharmacy over any pharmacy, especially Walgreens.

Incorrect doses were repeatedly being sent, and they didn't fix the problem but cut me off. I…read moreprovided proof in several photos and nonstop videos showing deliveries from the opening of the delivery bag thru the process of counting the doses and showing the bottles were emptied doing so, and that there were consistently not enough dosage provided being sent by Promise Pharmacy. The amounts on the labels and the prescription bottles were not the same. The supply was insufficient many, many times which grossly impacted my treatment. There were shipments when the water/air sealed tight packages arrived clean, and dry on the inside and water and dirt was inside the package with my medication with the top open, so this happened when it was packaged at their facility as it would not be possible during transport for delivery. When I called and informed them and got sent replacement it too was wrong. They have gotten defensive and had a bad attitude when I asked about the dosage deficiency being made up or if they could investigate this as it was happening more than not. I started in end of June 2024 and they cut me off October 6 2025. During that time, they messed up 9 bottles of medication dosages (5 consecutive). They need to fix the problem not cut people like me off that need our medication when they prove to them their doses of medication being sent are not correct.

Keith even called me once to caution me on one particular drug I was taking. They always look for the cheapest price to save me a few bucks. They are some of the most personable folks I have met. The quality of their service is consistent. Great team. The Walgreens App is convenient for online shopping and medicine refills. The store is clean, and it always has inventory stocked. The only complaint I had was with its photo department. I ordered a passport photo with dimensions provided, and that kid messed it up anyway. Overall, it's a good neighborhood store.

This time it was for a new Apple laptop. The clerk checked asked for my name, checked on the shelves behind the counter, asked if I had a tracking number (didn't have it on me), tried to get the handheld device to work. She then went over to the spot where more packages are stored which is right next to the kiosks and seating for people to print their own photos. She found the package, went back to her device, had lots of trouble getting it to work, then asked me to sign the device. I asked her "Don't you need to see an ID". Her reply "You gave me your last name.". This store is a "Porch Pirate's Dream". Someone can come in, pretend they're working on their photos, glance over, remember the name and address on a box, go to the front and have a clerk give it to them! "Porch Pirates" know what a high value box looks like; laptops are relatively the same size box with a big battery warning icon on it. About a year ago I had to go there to get a package from Leica - a very expensive camera and lens, around $16,000. Clerk didn't even attempt to use a handheld device, said they don't keep logs of what packages come and go, found my package in a pile, gave it to me - no ID and no signature!

PH pharmacy was great! I had to get my daughter tested for Covid due to her elementary school…read morebanning her for having the sniffles (she has severe environmental allergies). PH Pharmacy had many open appointment times that were convenient for me and made the process quick and easy. I booked the test appointment online and provided the payment card. All fees were disclosed and explained on the website. When I arrived I stayed in my car per instructions and called the pharmacy to let them know we had arrived. The pharmacist came out with the test and was very polite and caring towards my 9 year old daughter, also tried to be as gentle as she could while swabbing her nose. I was handed my receipt and told that I didn't have to wait there if I didn't want to. They called me and emailed my daughters results. I am not sure how they handle positive cases as my daughter was negative and didn't need much more info beyond that result. I'm sure the pharmacist would provide any additional information needed for people who test positive. I liked that PH Pharmacy had a rapid PCR test that only took 40 minutes to get the lab results. Many other places only have the rapid antigen test which is less reliable.
