As far as the pumping experience, this chevron makes getting pumped full fun. There is easy access from multiple entrances, so you can take your pick on how you'd like to get pumped depending on which side you need it on. I have to do it on the driver's side, so I usually go in from the North. If you fill up the tank, you get a discount on a car wash. it is one of those automated deals, so you'll end up sudsy and clean after you get filled up. If you are hungry or need a smoke after all that hose and bubble action, head on into the station. They have all the cigarettes, cigars, and snacks a person could want. Is Chevron a little expensive? yeah. Do they have a rewards program? No. Is it the biggest station in town? Nah. They'll fill your tank, clean you up, and make your belly happy though!

I came here to pick up prints because its close by but it proved to be more difficult to pick up than necessary. Overall, the store itself is clean and fully stocked. The service wasn't overall a great experience. Not sure if the person that was at the photo center was meant to work there but she had a sour demeanor and I felt like a burden just asking a simple question. Although hesitant to help me, she gave me my poster board and told me to check out at the register. When I went to check out, the lady at the register was also not helpful. She scanned my barcode and told me to pay although I already paid online. With a lot of back and forth, I finally left after 10 minutes with my posters when they realized that I had already paid. Staff just wanted great or helpful at this location.

I am currently visiting from out of state when my daughter became very sick and had to be taken to the hospital at midnight, where she tested positive for the flu. Her prescription was sent to the nearest pharmacy, which was this CVS location. When I arrived the following morning, I was met by an overwhelmed employee at the pharmacy counter who immediately told me to go to the nearest Walgreens due to insurance issues. I understood that my insurance might not be accepted and was fully prepared to pay out of pocket if necessary. However, instead of being offered options, I was simply told it would cost "over a hundred dollars" and that it would be in my best interest to go elsewhere. I drove to Walgreens, where the pharmacist informed me that the situation would be the same and suggested I return to CVS and ask about paying out of pocket. They also recommended looking for a coupon online, which I fortunately was able to find. When I returned to CVS, there was a long line. I explained what Walgreens had told me, but the same employee seemed unwilling to assist and initially refused to help. It felt as though I was inconveniencing her by asking for support. Only after further discussion did she mention that she had coupons available. This left me wondering why this option was not offered from the beginning, which would have saved valuable time during an already stressful family emergency. I was then told it would be another 20-minute wait. As someone visiting from out of state and dealing with a sick child, this experience was extremely disappointing. A little more willingness to help and clearer communication would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, this left a very poor impression during what was already a difficult situation. I do recommend registering for their rewards program to get good deals and earn points to use for the future. As someone who worked in Retail Pharmacy before I understand how and why most pharmacies can take a while to fill out medications, or why we may have to wait for a while before our medications are ready. I've also had my fair share of falling in line to pick up prescriptions (either for myself or for a family member) and it would take a loonng time, 40+ minutes. But I would like to commend this pharmacy. I had my prescriptions filled here a couple of times, and Most of the time they would be ready by the time I need them, and in times where in I had to wait, it wasn't that much of a wait (maxx 10minutes). and one time the Technician working actually helped find a coupon that was cheaper with what I had to pay with my insurance.

My most recent visit was especially frustrating. I was simply trying to explain that the Instant Value Coupons (IVCs) I presented did not need to be kept by the store. Instead of calmly discussing the issue or verifying the policy, the manager began getting increasingly loud with me. I even asked her to contact Walgreens Customer Service so the policy could be clarified--not just for me, but so another customer wouldn't experience the same issue. She continued raising her voice, and with a line of customers forming behind me, I ultimately decided to leave rather than continue the confrontation. To make matters worse, she also kept my Spend Booster, but it was never applied to my account. That was extremely frustrating because I handed it over expecting it to be used for my transaction. This is also not my first negative interaction with this manager. On multiple visits, I have found her to be rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist customers. I shop at Walgreens regularly and understand that mistakes and misunderstandings happen. What I don't expect is to be spoken to disrespectfully or have a manager raise her voice instead of simply verifying a policy. Management should be setting the example for professionalism and customer service. I hope Walgreens addresses this situation and provides this manager with additional training on coupon policies, boosters, and--most importantly--how to communicate professionally with customers.
