Pharmacy is always wildly slow and understaffed. Forced to use cvs by insurance or I would go anywhere else.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. 10 -12 calls for one simple proscription and they still can't process the information accurately or respond at all. They just don't care. They have had my proscription since Tuesday and have not even ordered it and now say since they didn't order today they cant order it until next week. Who knows when it will arrive. They just waste your. Their HQ could care less about customer service. read more

Bathrooms were filthy. The main floor area was not kept well. It just needs an overall clean up.

CVS Pharmacy @ 17201 Pines Blvd is the worst. The customer service deserves a -10. The pharmacist/manager (female Indian looking) is horrible, seems to have some prejudice, she of all who is also a minority! Just called for a refill and the were so rude...stating the system is down and to call back in 3hours to place my refill. Horrible!! After this refill I will definitely change my Pharmacy and use a pill box or Sam's Club Pharmacy! Take heed consumer. read more

Second time I come to this store and it's not opened on time.... It's currently 8:11 and no one is here

so CVS just decided to call MY DOCTOR, without my permission or notifying me at all and order a medication which is generic instead of what I take, and not the same strength as what I'm taking now. They now text me and say it is "ready for pickup"! what moron at this store location thought this was a good idea. Lucky I'm not old or a little senile and trust them like I should be able to, as I would be taking something that might be harmful. Morons, complete morons read more

Not sure why this store doesn't have more stars. They are friendly when I stop in here. I mostly go to the drive they pharmacy for medication and they are helpful and kind. The pharmacist is always helpful and does his best to assist people with questions they may have. I love the extra care dollars they give you to spend. read more

If i could leave 0 stars i would. This is the worst pharmacy staff. They are uneducated in their field and not helpful at all. They never have any prescriptions in stock and cannot provide you with any information but to call the 1800 number (which is not helpful in the situation). read more

This review is specifically for the pharmacy and (lack thereof) of customer service. I am specifically referring to in-person vs drive thru. I've never had a problem with staff manning the drive thru. I went in yesterday for a scheduled (non-Covid) vaccine. So, I waited under the consultation section. I mean...I'm not there to pickup or cash out. I stood there, waiting. And waiting. A tech was right in front of me working, and probably in mid-thought..after a few minutes of standing she tells me 'someone will be with me shortly.' Cool beans. So, I continue waiting...then another employee to my left finally 'greets' me asking if I need something? Wtf!? No, I'm just the invisible woman standing under the damn consultation sign for no reason. B/c I *know* this woman saw me before as she was tending to another customer. soooo, then I tell her I'm there for a vaccine, she asks if I have an appt, I tell her yes. Then she says "he'll be with you shortly." AGAIN- who is he?! No customer service. Just basic. So, I'm like where do I sit/go? B/c apparently that's too much for you to assist with. I end up sitting near the pharmacy register at the semi-enclosed area. At least the PHARMACIST Dr. Lee was pleasant! The entire staff there needs a lesson on customer service! Just blasé and rude. Amazing job y'all. I don't know why I have such a hard time with pharmacies. I usually have to deal with every version of the prescription not making it over, not being ready after calls that it is, and the techs not doing the follow up they agree to in obtaining prior authorizations. With that being said, I switched everything over here and we have not had hardly any trouble, one cranky girl but that is minor compared to the other CVS locations. read more

They open late. Suppose to open at 8am but usually open at 8:30-9. You always see the pharmacy staff and employees waiting outside for whoever is suppose to come and open up. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. We have to go here because of insurance. They are very slow and never seem in no big hurry to help. I went last week to pick up prescription and they were laying all over the floor. He had to get on his knees and start looking through them. Then he stopped and went to do something else, came back and looked some more. Very unorganized. It's impossible to get them to answer the phone. And closing for lunch?? Seriously?!?! Be very careful going to that pharmacy The worst customer service I ever received from a young Men at the register very mean and disrespectful no only with me also with the staff member . He charge my husband for medication UNDER THE WRONG chart of the patient and when I went back to tell him that I call the insurance and that he never run the prescription under my insurance is just said I remember your case we was about to close and we told him the they don't paid for liquid that they pay for pill ...So I told him you telling me the yesterday when I call Care Mark The lie To me ....and I guess he realize something was wrong but he did not apologize and continue in a very disrespectful manner ,he said that girl is 14 years old and we not able to change prescription ... I reply back what are you talking about she is only 8 and that moment I handle both receive to Him he realize it Was The Wrong Patient chart instead apologizing he continue with an actitud with me and ask me give me the real date of birth of the her .... Still acting that it was our mistake and instead apologize turning things upside down .... So sad for the other employees they are doing a good Job and one person is putting the entire group in a bad position not only that also the Name of CVS Pharmacy a very Professional place with a Bad reputation. Hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever used... been in several times and have never not had an issue... they even mixed up medications one time, gave my wife a hormone instead of an antibiotic, when i called this possibly health threatening mistake to their attention they acted like I was the idiot. read more

Why don't you open your pharmacy 24 hours? The closest 24 hour pharmacy is in Miami Lakes. There is no 24-hour CVS pharmacy anywhere along the I-75 highway. Nothing west of it either. You guys close at 9pm. Please let us get prescriptions if we get out of the ER in the middle of the night. read more

This review is specifically For the pharmacy. They take a long time to fill prescriptions, unlike Walmart where you have a prescription ready in 20 minutes. I like that there is a drive thru so I don't have to go in to fill my prescriptions. Other than the long wait time, the pharmacy is very good. Unfortunately the inside of the store is poorly laid out so I find it hard to find what I'm looking for. Not to mention the grossly inflated prices compared to the completion: Walmart and Publix. . Overall. I don't mind the pharmacy bit if you're in a rush, try Walmart, Publix or Target pharmacy. read more
