I paid for 90 days worth of medication and I only received a 30 day supply. When I called to attempt to fix THEIR mistake, Candace repeatedly cut me off, told me I wasn't listening, and said that she would not give me the medication I was charged for. I have been coming to this pharmacy for over a decade and it has always been terrible. Extremely high turnover rate, rude, incompetent workers, and constant issues So many times I have gone without my medications due to this pharmacy's inability to function properly. The ONLY reason why I have stayed with this pharmacy for so long is because it is open 24 hours a day. At this point, I am going to get my prescriptions mailed from a different company's pharmacy. I am extremely disappointed with this pharmacy and will never shop at Walgreens again.

The "Physician" on duty I don't believe had ever performed a DOT physical before. I've been having this done for over 15 years in the trucking industry. Horrible, very bad idea. To add insult to injury, the fee I paid knowingly for my physical wasn't the only charge they hit me with. Some kind of first patient sign up fee for almost $200 on top of the $250 DOT. I gave up fighting them over it but I'll never willingly go into another CVS again for anything. Did I mention horrible people? Thanks for your time. I am not a BOT!!

Yesterday I went into this store around 9:00 am to pick up a few things quickly since I had to be…read moresomewhere soon. The staff was really helpful, cheerful, and fast. When I couldn't find something, a staff member helped me quickly find what I needed. I thought, " I should use this store more often." However, while I was there they kept calling for help at checkout. I had to stand in line awhile at the front checkout since nobody responded to help, and there was only one check out line open. Also, for some reason, there is a door near the parking lot that is Entrance only. Customers cannot Exit that door. It won't open from the inside. Why? Since by this time I really was in a hurry, I went to this door which was closer to where I parked, and I literally could not exit the locked door. (It was mid morning, not late at night.) I had to walk around to the side exit. This was annoying. I probably won't use this store more often after my experience.
