This is a decent CVS, It's kinda old school & dated but it's in a cute location, a block from Walmart. If you can't find what you need here you can just bounce over there. Last visit, I cut myself with my new Chef knife, didn't have the bandaids I was looking for, but I got enough stuff to stop the bleeding finally. What I do like about this CVS is that it has a very natural, shady, park-like parking area. "Please stock more bandaids." Stay Cool, and don't poke yourselves with knives. Will Return. read more

CVS Pharmacy - entrance... - Drugstores Near Me - PENSACOLA, Florida

The pharmacy is not well run. 3 people behind the counter, and no one at the drive thru, yet I can't get waited on.

Absolutely Ridiculous!!!! I normally never use this pharmacy nor will I ever again even in an event like today being a holiday and my normal pharmacy being closed! We dropped off two prescriptions at 9 am and was told they would be ready in 1 hour which is ridiculous anyway!!! We live 30 minutes away so drove around came back after 1 1/2 hours only to be told it wasn't ready and they had not even started it!!! It doesn't take that long. The pharmacy I normally use has you in and out in 20 minutes max no matter how many prescriptions you have! Very very poor management here at this pharmacy and they are very rude!!! Horrible pharmacy the only reason I imagine they are still in business is because they are 24 hours!!! I wish I could give them zero stars!!!! read more

I was rudely talked by manager or bossy emplloyee. She would not give me my batteries so I had tow wait while she liesurwly chatted up a man. Worst place I td her I would not come back here and she said ok. She could care less about customers but worse she cares less about cvs read more

This is the absolute WORST PHARMACY STAFF EVER! They are disorganized, rude, and you should never use them EVER. The staff at the Davis location is absolutely wonderful though. If you love your family do not use the CVS on Ninth Avenue and Creighton in Pensacola. read more

Worst CVS I have ever experienced across the country. They are understaffed & completely disorganized. Waited a week for a critical medicine, to be told it was on back order when I went to pick it up. Where is the Regional over this store ? They need help, staffing and an organized system. Whatever you do don't use this pharmacy if you ever want to get someone on the phone or need your medication quickly. absolutely the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had or dealt with. after three days I finally called my doctor an had him call my script into a different pharmacy and I got it the same day. read more

Worst customer service in Pharmacy. CVS you should Send in mystery shopper or better yet try yourself. Only one register to wait on customers so they say. Pharmacist hide behind so as not to interact with customer. Young clerks left to try and explain poor way business is run. They say there are no managers when you ask. What kind of business has no managers or no one in charge? If my insurance would allow another pharmacy I would any other place than be treated 5his way. read more

I have been to the 24 hour CVS on 6888 N 9th Ave, Pensacola, FL 32504 requesting for Chicken Pox Vaccine. On the pharmacy itself it has a sign that states it offers that shot and many others. I feel like maybe I am being victimized and I asked both times within the last 7 days and they just say they don't have it. So why even bother putting at a sign right when you walk thru the doors its on the window glass. Its pretty frustrating when a company's offers a product but then doesn't deliver false advertising. I just want the vaccine! its covered with my insurance. read more

I've filled 4 prescriptions here since June and EVERY TIME they are off in their estimate by HOURS! Either be honest about the time frame, or take the 30 seconds to pull my medication off the shelf. Especially when I confirmed time frames and have already waited 5-10 minutes in line. The last time at the drive thru they asked me to wait in the parking lot for 10 minutes, then drive back around to wait in line again and then it would be ready. (after they told me it would be ready well before I showed up) They really need to get it together. This is not a one time occurrence for them. read more

My complaint is about the pharmacy. Took my daughter by to have an RX filled. She had the prescription in hand, it was not called in. We had just come from the ER. We arrived there at 6:30 p.m. At 7:57 p.m. she received her medication. There was one pharmacist and one clerk in the pharmacy. It's not like there were 500 people in line. There was one person ahead of her. It took us longer to get her medication at CVS than it did to be seen in the ER. I have been a member of the medical community for 40 years. 1-1/2 hours is absolutely ridiculous to have to wait for a prescription to be filled and shows a total lack of respect for customers. read more

I have been in here a few times and the employees are very helpful. They always seem to have plenty of the items in stock, the big sale ones. I personally didn't think it was dirty but I normally get what I need and go and don't pay that much attention in a cvs. read more

Prescription refills were lost when they were transferred from another pharmacy to this CVS. Also, the medications I usually take have been out of stock the past few times I've tried to refill them. read more
