NOT HAPPY! The pharmacy LOST my insurance card! I reluctantly gave it to the tech and told him I didn't want to because I never leave my card, but he told me he would return it when I returned to pick up my prescription. Go figure, I returned and they had lost my card! I received a call after I called and left a message asking them to update me, but was told to call my insurance company and request another card. Zero stars if I could. Prescription sent at 3. Showed up at 4 and was told it would take another hour. I couldn't take the medication that late at night so I showed up at 8:30 the next day and was told "it would take another hour." After calling him out on his BS (he was the one the night before that said it would be another hour) they magically had it ready in 5 minutes. Save your time, go somewhere else. read more

Affordable meds, friendly staff. I've been going to the drive thru pharmacy and they're always super friendly. My prescription at Walgreens was $267 and only $63 at this CVS. Apparently, they run it through a "savings finder". Why Walgreens won't do this for you but will happily charge you 4x? The team that works in the pharmacy clearly cares about their customers and, for me, they have gone out of their way to help. Friendly, problem-solving staff makes all the difference when things get complicated. I have traveled around and been to many CVS pharmacies across the US, as I live in Washington m, DC., and I can conclude that this particular store checks all the marks for quality and service. Every time that I phoned into this store I was able to speak to a pharmacist without delay or long hold. What a nice surprise! read more

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use these guys for Hawaii travel Covid testing. We have now missed one flight and at great expense rebooked to a later flight and still have no results. And good luck calling them at the number they give you at the test specifically to check on results. You end up in a call center voice mail loop. I've been on hold a total of 3 hours today (3 separate attempts calling in to the pharmacy) trying to get someone from the Pharmacy to assist me. Nope no thank you! I will never be returning to this location after my last few experiences. The new pharmacy manager Mike and I do not get along. Due to this Mike likes to use his knowledge of the pharmaceutical system to purposefully cause issues to frustrate me and cost me unnecessary money. By having his position He uses his resources to accomplish his satisfaction of making my life misreable every time I have to have an interaction. We have been waiting for an entire day for an antibiotic for my sick child, and I continue to be told, "we are just too busy to check our voicemail." I know for a fact our doctor left the script on their VM 6 hours ago. And when I ask if they can let me know and ETA on checking the voicemail, I get, "the pharmacist has stepped out." I guess they aren't too busy to step out. For the health of your loved ones, avoid this pharmacy!! Sounds like they have enough business anyway - and don't need ours. read more

I had the most pleasant experience at this CVS recently even though I was not feeling well. Not only did the girl at the regular store counter acknowledge and greet me but the pharmacist and two techs also greeted me immediately upon walking in. Terrible wait times in-store and in drive-through. I came here instead of the CVS in Target because I wanted to be able to pick up my prescription and go, but I will never make that mistake again. Apparently they just got a new pharmacist. My trip was 40 minutes too long. I got there to pick it up 3 hours after my doctor's appointment to make sure it was filled when I drove through. Took them 20 minutes to "find" my prescription and then said I should get the over-the-counter version. I asked to talk to the pharmacist (another 10 minute wait) and he told me the same. I went in and saw they recommended kids' medicine. I went back to the counter to pay for my prescription instead of the cheaper kids' alternative. In line, the 2 women ahead of me were told they would have to wait "20-30 minutes" until their prescriptions were ready. When i got up to the counter, they told me it would take 30-40 minutes to "put together" my prescription even though they should have had it done already when I drove through to pick it up 3 hours after it was ordered by my doctor. Do NOT come to this CVS unless you want long wait times and bad customer service. read more

Customer service is it non existent! Don't come to this pharmacy...they ripped us off on the price and I called to verify with Express scripts. They chose to gouge us instead of offering the 0 copay option. Express scripts said they could have reversed it. The pharmacy techs exact quote was "you should know your plan"... I do know my plan thats why I questioned you. This particular CVS location is the only one I've had a problem with. Go to the one down the street and save yourself with a headache and rude customer service. read more

I would have given them 0 stars if that was available. Terrible service. We are 8 hours from home and my husband has a bad toothache. We called our dentist who called in a prescription to this CVS. We went to pick up the prescription and it was 8 minutes before closing, the pharmacist told us he knew the prescription was ready but that we would have to come back in the morning as it was to close to closing time to check him out. read more

CVS was running ad on tuna. 4 cans for $5.00. I went in to purchase 4 cans. I was told I would only be able to purchase 2 cans at the sale price even though the ad specifically said 4 cans for $5.00. I asked why the ad said 4 cans for $5.00. Again I was told I could get 2 cans at the sale Price. I was told they had the right to limit the amount of cans purchased. To me this sounds like false advertising. I ended up not purchasing anything at that store. I then went to another CVS pharmacy and purchased 4 cans for $5.00. The sign on the shelf where the tuna was, specifically said, must buy 4 cans in order to get them at the sale price. I then purchased 4 cans and was charged $5.00. At this time my curiosity got the best of me. I ended up going to another CVS pharmacy. Again the sign on the shelf where the tuna was, specifically said you must buy 4 cans in order to get them for $5.00. Someone from corporate should truly look into the store located at 24865 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway Peoria. It isn't the customers fault for their inability to order enough product support their ads they run. Look forward to hearing from somebody from the corporate office. I had schedule a COVID19 test appointment for this morning so I arrived about 5 minutes early. There was no signage on where to go or what do and a long line of cars so after waiting about 25 minutes in the drive-through line I finally made it up to the two lanes. There was a hand written note on what appeared to be a brown recycle paper napkin, which was hard to read, stating the COVID test were being given in lane 1 only. Nothing on the napkin or markings on building indicated what was lane 1 or lane 2. I wound in lane 2 and when I someone answered the intercom I was curtly told I was in the wrong lane. The person on the intercom didn't seem to care one bit that I waited in line or would have to wait again. By then there were 5 more cars in line and to leave and come back through would have meant another 25 to 30 or more wait. I was very disappointed that a company like CVS would have hand written notes. There was a total lack of customer service and professionalism. My patient called the office today saying CVS (@ phone# 623-566-1110) told her they have been trying for days to contact me regarding refills for an anti-seizure medication - she'd since run out of her medication. According to her med log, she should have had plenty of refills available to her. I called CVS saying our office had not received any calls or faxes regarding her refills. The pharmacist did have record of my calling in the past, but none of the additional refills I'd requested for my patient had been written down or initiated. When I talked with the pharmacist about the office contact information, he gave an unfamiliar number. I told him the correct number, but was told that the number he gave me was the one that had appeared on the caller ID in the past and now it cannot be changed. I tried to explain that it may be a number to one of the other facilities I had worked at and that if that incorrect number was called the office would not get the refill request. He said he would not change the number. I then tried to confirm our fax number, but he said that he did not need the fax number because there were now plenty of refills. I tried to explain that they may need to fax the office in the future regarding patient refills, but he would not check the fax number. He is a fill-in pharmacist. I guess he either didn't understand what I was telling him or was too busy to care my patient ran out of an anti-seizure medication. read more
