While I like the Drs I go to, with tricky medical situations Key has stepped up and filled in the gap more than once so I would be taken care of. WORSE AP EVER!! Even though I have an account for myself with a credit card for med refills. They refuse to allow my payment info to be added to my poor blind dogs account. These meds are for his eyes! They also refuse to take my payment by phone! They put me on hold several times and kept. Awful service. Compounders are famous for not dealing with insurance. These people take it further by not providing any information that you can make your own claim for. We asked for something simple - what is the cost of what you charged us broken down by ingredient? They gave us the cost for the entire supply in their office (hundreds of thousands). They claim "that's all we can print out" and then just stare at you. Do yourself a favor and go to another compounding pharmacy that will work with you. read more

My daughter is a registered pharmacist and is nothing but compassionate, professional and skilled in compounding and retail pharmacy work. When I arrived and asked to speak to the pharmacist, I heard him yelling in the background and saying "I don't have time for some long run out conversation right now!" When he came out to speak with me, he was very short with me. He was out of the products he was recommending and when he finally found the B12 I was looking for he didn't give me any directions on usage. I had nothing but a positive experience with this compounding pharmacy! My doctor ended up sending the wrong script and I wouldn't have been able to get it till Monday next week when it was Thursday since it was Fourth of July weekend. Amazing staff! My son was in crisis and the nearby Walmart did not provide the medicine prescribed. I was directed by his ER doctor to Key Health Pharmacy! Immediately greeted by front seat staff who were professional and friendly. She didn't believe my insurance would cover the compound but had it ran and found out it was covered. The facility was closing but she sensed my urgency and asked the owner, Key Lam to mix the compound and he did. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful way they treated me and how excellent the medicine worked. I totally recommend this pharmacy. Great customer service!!! There was a mix up from my physicians office and when I went to pick up my prescription late Friday afternoon it unfortunately had never arrived.... It was very upsetting since I was traveling out of town the next morning and really wanted to have the cream for the weekend. So far I am so impressed! Dr. Virgil, my primary has been beyond amazing a managing my pain. That's a separate story. But he is the reason I found Key Health. So far so good. The customer service was amazing and I truly felt comfortable in the office. The environment definitely feels like a "local business" and I really hope they don't change in a negative way. I truly felt pampered by the pharmacy staff and Pharmacist. Now on to the product, I have only been using the compound for about 1 week and I feel really good. Granted I havent been to the gym this week so I will really put the product to the test this next week and hit the gym hard as usual. Had our veterinarian write a NEW Prescription that was triple the regular quantity we had been buying from Key Health pharmacy. Ki Lam, the manager, CHARGED THREE TIMES the amount for a new prescription. Originally was $47, he charged $147.00. I called another compound pharmacy and they quoted $49.00 for the increased quantity. I met with Key Lam, the owner today and asked why he charged triple, He said because he could" I said that was not right. He threw the bottle at me on the counter and demanded I leave. My dog was diagnosed with valley fever this week. She will need to be on fluconazole 2x a day for months. A local pharmacy wanted $540/mo. I called this pharmacy and they refused to give me a quote for the medication until they had an R/X sent to them. I am a retired surgeon who suffers with severe osteoarthritis in my knees and lumbar spine. I have minimal cartilage remaining in my knees. This is commonly referred to as bone on bone disease. I have tried multiple oral and topical anti inflammatory agents in an effort to avoid surgical knee replacement. My Primary Care provider recommended trying Dr. Lam's topical compound. The formula contains a combination of drugs in specific proportions. (Ketamine,Lidocaine,Diclofenac, Baclofen, Gabapentin,Orphenadrine). I had tried some of these individually, but not in Dr. Lam's specified compounding combination. I did my own research on their product. I was skeptical at first, but I am now convinced of it's efficacy. I have been using this compound for 4 weeks and my knees and lower back have not felt this good in 5 years! I highly recommend Dr. Lam's compound for anyone with chronic joint pain. I suspect it may also be effective for chronic muscle or nerve pain as is seen in cases of patients with Fibromyalgia or chronic Neuropathy. Please discuss your issues with your own doctor. I love this pharmacy and the staff. My primary physician works with the pharmacist to develop compounds that work specifically for me. I'm a 20 year breast cancer survivor and have had feminine issues from menopause and aging. I can not take estrogen orally like other women. For a few years I've been using a topical cream made of Gabapentin, Lidocaine, Hyaluronic Acid and VB cream. It works for me and I think it could help many other women who might be in my same situation. Stop by and visit with the pharmacist or talk to your primary. This was my first time in this pharmacy, I walked wasn't even greeted and I approached the window for my drop off, the employee seemed like she didn't wanted to be bothered, I was told to "go to the other window". I then went to other window, key the manager approached and asked "can I help you" with an ugly attitude like if I was in the wrong place or something. I ordered my prescription and I was told to pick it up wasn't even notified about the free delivery choice, anyways I went home and went on the website to leave a review, saw that they had free delivery so I called and spoke to key and told him I was just in store early but once my prescription is done can you deliver it, he said no because there's a 5 mile radius rule and not to mention I'm 4 miles away, this shows the managers integrity, anyways he also said that your prescription will be ready around 4 and our delivery guy will be gone home by then. Few days later when my prescription was ready I was called around 1:30pm and told to pick it up, I saw the time and asked to have it delivered since it was early enough, they put me on hold came back and said our delivery driver has left for delivery and can't deliver, keep in my mind it's well within delivery time, and she mentions that he will be gone because he goes to a few cities around us well within 20 miles she mentioned, basically there is no 5 mile radius rule and I'm just 4 miles away. Wow! I'm just shocked at how unprofessional they are and run that place with such integrity and no honor! How can we trust these people to make Medicne for us, when they can't even be honest and provide even a decent amount of customer service.
