I then waited another 40 minutes in the store to see if the second one came through. After that second send, I heard the staff in the back admitting to each other that their system was "taking forever for prescriptions to come through." Despite knowing the delay was their fault, they gaslighted me. They acted like I "didn't know what I was doing" and treated me like a massive burden. The second they realized they couldn't just put a prescription in my hand, their attitude completely flipped. It felt like I was being discriminated against based on my prescription type. While they were "buddy-buddy" with other customers, they treated me like a peasant because I required more than two minutes of their time. The disrespect peaked when I said I'd just go elsewhere and Chris literally laughed in my face. I am leaving for a business trip and need my medication. There is nothing "funny" about a pharmacy playing favorites and judging patients. I already took my business elsewhere in October for the same reason. I thought it was a fluke, but it is clearly a toxic culture. I have officially cancelled my prescription here and will never return. I would rather go a week without meds than be mocked by these people. Go literally anywhere else.

Everyone should have a go-to pharmacist like Joe Z. from ECO Pharmacy; - I'm talking EVERYBODY…read more And I can say this because there is something extra special about ECO Pharmacy and that would definitely start with and be due to Joe Z. , the dedicated owner and sole pharmacist of this establishment who happens to be there every single day Monday thru Saturday during business hours. - That's dedication and passion right there and if you go in yourself and talk to Joe, you'll know and feel exactly what I'm talking about. I had such an unexpected/above & beyond positive/memorable (first of many) visits to ECO Pharmacy and this is due to it being way more than just a pharmacy. How'd I find this? Let me share : I happen to charge my electric vehicle in the same parking lot that is in the vicinity of many businesses including this special gem of a pharmacy. So, while charging my vehicle (aporox 8-9 days ago) , I took my pup for a walk and while passing by, I looked through the glass and noticed an array of. organic teas, herbs and other unexpected items I didn't expect to see so I had to go I am on in and check things out for myself. Upon entering, I was greeted by Joe and he stopped what he was doing, gave his full undivided attention, and took his time to thoroughly answer several different questions; - (yes, I have an inquiring mind) regarding liver cleanses, beneficial vitamins, supplements, drug free remedies, teas and more. The senior (whom is as good as family) that I have been assisting/taking care of for several years has recently been stricken with some other major & unexpected ailments (putting it mildly). We have become very serious about taking other routes excluding (first & foremost organ damaging) drugs. If there are natural remedies that could do the same as some of his prescribed medications (that he's been taking for 20+ years) , - then we are all for it and open to trying these other non harmful options. After explaining some of these issues with Joe, he graciously took this time to explain what different herbs & teas were good for particular ailments and recommended a couple of natural and drug free remedies. I left with a mix of organic herbs, teabags, liver cleanse, free samples, a natural CBD product for relaxation, and more. And regarding pricewise, -no more expensive then the big chain stores. Nice. Oh! Joe even extended his help to my pup, who is going on 15 years old and has issues with his joints and anxiety. I ended up leaving with a bottle sample of 100mg tuna flavored CBD oil that I have been giving to my pup daily and he seems much more at ease. Thanks for that as well, Joe. And if you know me, I especially like to give attention and credit where credit is due (In this case, overdue!!) to Joe and his passion and empathy and more for Eco Pharmacy and the services he extends to Everyone smart enough to walk through that front glass door. I'll definitely be getting all future prescriptions right here and I have a couple to switch over for the senior that I take care of. This will be our go to spot as long as we are in Florida and it may be permanent. Time will tell and if so, I definitely would like to have one regular primary pharmacist. It just a lot more personal and simply smart if you really care about your health and/or loved ones, etc. etc. Bottom line, - I'm looking forward to my next (very soon) visit and receiving some more valuable advice that I feel confident about. Lastly, I am proud to say that I'm the first to review this extra special pharmacy! :)

And I managed to make it here at 559 was told that they cannot cash out my son's very important prescription. Because the registers were already closed down. I mean, there should be a courtesy or grace period or they shouldn't at least shut down the cash registers until it's actually 6 o'clock. It's like they're already shutting down before they're actually supposed to, which I don't think is fair, it's something so small, but I should have been allowed that minute because technically, they shouldn't have been closed until 6 PM. All I got was A. We will reopen at 8 AM. Like, thanks for educating me, but I kind of knew that already. Guess I'll be back at 8 aM sharp and I hope they're not freaking late, not even by a minute.\nReally not happy

I recommend everyone get their flu shots...just not HERE! Actually, unless you're willing to…read morecomplete the entire check-in process on your phone, you're basically told you CAN'T get a flu shot. At least not on Friday, 11/29/2024! To explain: I made an appointment that morning online for a few hours later that day, completed the required info, got the confirmation text, etc and showed up a few minutes before my appointment time. Got to the store, went back on my phone and clicked "I am here" to check in and walked to the pharmacy in back. At the window I was told that "your zip code has an extra digit in it, can you please redo your info". Fine, no big deal although I am 99.9% certain *I* wasn't responsible for entering my zip code incorrectly. I was then advised by the woman I was speaking with I needed to go back onto phone to RECOMPLETE all of the required agreements. Mind you, I have limited data on my phone plan and try to use it sparingly when not at home. I asked if maybe there was just a form I could complete instead. I was told "No, it's all digital now". So I asked what would happen if I didn't even have a phone. Basically I was blown off. I tried to compete the online forms again, being made to (by the app, not the woman) to download these forms again, twice, because I was having some issues getting through this. Again, I asked if it was possible to just give me the forms to sign. She told me she could help me with my phone but at that point I honestly didn't want to be eating up any more data just trying to get through forms that I KNEW they had to have behind the counter (seriously, what if I didn't own a phone like some don't including family members) and asked, again, if there was just something I could fill out by hand instead. Told no, again. At that point I told her I didn't need a flu shot that badly and walked out. I got in my car, went to CVS, was given a short form and got my flu shot. Mind you, I've had multiple issues with this particular location a few years back and just stopped using Walgreens entirely. I made the mistake of thinking enough time had passed and maybe the staff at that pharmacy was different now. New people, same lack of assistance.

The owner asked me how much my mother weighed and recommended a toilet seat that cost $70.00. Once my mother got discharged the day after, I realized the toilet seat was too small and immediately took it to the store to be exchanged. The old man who sold me toilet seat welcomed me back with a major attitude and asked me how I can help you like I was some sort of criminal. I explained to him that the toilet seat raise he sold me the day before was too small and needed a bigger one. He flat out told me that he doesn't accept returns and needed to leave his store. I told him I was never told about their return policies when I made the purchase. At that moment, he pointed out to a separate piece of paper that was attached to my receipt by the older lady who I believe to be his wife. I told him they have a very deceptive practice because they need to let their customers be aware items sold in their store are non-refundable and not just attaching a piece of paper in the receipts after the item is purchased without customers' knowledge. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything at Rose Pharmacy due to their dirty and deceptive practices. I was left with a useless item that ended costing me $70.00. See attached pictures.

Paranormal Publix -…read more According to Waze, this was the closest Publix to our hotel at Holiday Inn Express and Suites N Executive Airport, about 17 minutes away. I did some research on places that sold ready-made food because eating out every night gets super expensive, not only that, we were very tired and jet lagged and didn't want to get dressed and go driving around looking for somewhere to eat. This particular location was on University Avenue (very busy) and at times my knuckles turned white on the steering wheel but I made it into the parking lot in once piece. There was a nice section of ready-made foods like potato salads, sandwiches, California rolls, soups, and curiously a container of "butterscotch pudding" in the middle of the savory stuff. I don't know why I didn't take a photo, because the night before my husband said I was talking in my sleep and I said "oh yummy, butterscotch pudding" - which was super strange because normally when I talk in my sleep it's 99% unintelligible. I have never seen butterscotch pudding ready-made to eat in my life before. Very strange. I wandered around and saw a line of people at the deli, so I followed. It was a hot deli where you could buy a half or a whole sandwich. As I was in line, the guy before me just turned his entire body completely 180 to stare at me. STARE. For seconds, just stood there and stared. I dared not look at him because he looked frightening. I wish my husband was here, but he was snoring back at the hotel. I ordered both of us half-sandwiches, which were very good by the way (me - veggie, husband - hot honey chicken). I believe half a chicken sandwich was in the neighborhood of about $7.00, very reasonable. Publix also carries gourmet cheese, exotic orchids, hard to find fruits like the Florida Pineberry, which I managed to snag for dessert. It was scary driving there, being there, and returning in rush hour traffic but we saved a lot of money and enjoyed the moderately cheap eats, including wine.
