CVS, you do not have the full medical picture of me like Michigan Medicine does so you are NOT in a position to evaluate if I am up to date on vaccinations. So in the future please back off and let me simply pick up my prescriptions which have been ordered by Michigan Medicine and spare me your opinion on the matter of my vaccination status as you are in no position to make an evaluation. And a receipt for my purchases would be nice in case I need to return something.

Although they are "just a pharmacy" and don't sell cosmetics and small appliances, they are great at what pharmacies do. The staff(pharmacists, cashiers, techs, etc.) are all super friendly, and take the time to answer your questions about insurance or your medication. One other plus-they sell a great variety of Unjury protein products, including small envelopes(unflavored, too!) so you can try them. I am in the process of changing all of the fam's scripts to this pharmacy, because they are so much better than any large chain in the area.

I needed to pick up a medication for my 6 year old daughter he did it quickly, with a smile on his face and was very informative about the medication and all it required. He made sure my kids who were with me were happy, included and even made sure he gave each one of them a stick and let me tell you it made their day! I recently switched over from Walgreen to have my prescriptions sent here and I have had nothing but amazing expperiences thus far. Whatever you all are doing here is magic and as a fellow person working in the healthcare industry places like this are what we strive for in patient care and patient experience. A huge Kudos again to the whole team but most of all to Akaaljot for making a stressful day just a little better.

They proactively engage in conversation and want to interact with customers beyond the bare minimum of their job requirements. I personally respect those who set out to have a good day instead of hate the world because they have to speak to someone. This place is clean, organized, and efficient. Lots of traffic to the register but never a long wait to get there. A few times now I have had extra care bucks or coupons that I thought I sent to my card but didn't. My bad and they could've just moved me along but they didn't - they manually input the discounts for me just to help me out! Every CVS looks the same on the outside, inside, and on the bank account... but this store makes a great deal of them just average. I would've given 5 stars but I'm still bitter over not being able to buy cigarettes there anymore (just realized that isn't nice of me and it's not their fault so they now get 5 stars).
