This CVS Pharmacy refuses GoodRx even though this location is listed on the GoodRx app. Staff had zero explanation and overcharged me $35.

I don't understand why Thomas at the front desk refused to even scan my manufacturers coupon. He was combative and aggressive and said because I was using a CVS branded coupon of 30% off he wouldn't even attempt to scan my extra bucks rewards or my manufacturers coupons. I told him I had been making purchases using all of these coupons for years and they worked at CVS and with every other associate. At my insistence he finally scan only my extra bucks rewards and of course they came off the total purchase. He shrugged and said "you got lucky". I pocketed my manufacturers coupons annoyed. What a terrible experience. Why the rudeness and aggressive behavior with associates? It's my money! The reviews for this place are terrible. What's going on with management? CVS sucks. read more

I had a cart with nothing in it, and was planning on shopping around the store. Everytime I passed the checkout this black women cashier did nothing but STARE at me. I'd give zero stars if I could. I was having an issue at self check out and the person who came to "help" me was terrible. She was very rude and actually insulted me several times saying I wasn't following the directions (which I was). She went through the directions exactly as posted at the register, which was exactly what I did. The step she said I was missing was not in the register directions, nor was it in the verbal directions she had given me. In the end, she wasn't even able to figure out the problem. Apparently the step she reprimanded me for not doing wasn't the right thing to do after all. read more

This pharmacy is terribly understaffed. They have one person working the register who isn't exactly speedy Gonzalez and she also works the drive up window. I once had two people in front of me and I was there for 45 minutes waiting in line. I recommend if there's more than 5 cars in the parking lot to come at another time because it's just exasperating. They will not fill more than a 30 day supply of diabetes test strips. As if they are a hot item on the black market and I'm going to go run and resell them in a dark alley someplace. I have run out multiple times only to be told it's not time yet. I'm supposed to test twice a day and I only have enough to do one a day because of this idiotic rule and their refusal to fill my prescription. Horrible experience every single visit. Terrible customer service. Rude. Simply trying to make a purchase and received zero help.

Stay far far away. This freaking place is NEVER OPEN when you need it. Phone is all automated, and you won't speak to anyone even if you wait on hold super long. They will slam the door in your face at 8:00 on the dot so coldly it seems like a cartoon. Customer service this poor must come from the top down. Just look at the reddits on CVS and Walgreens. These companies milk every ounce of life from their overworked employees and underpay them. This is the second bad experience I've had here. The first one was when I came to get blood pressure checked after I had just had a baby. I was told or I found online there was a blood pressure machine but when I got there surprise surprise, it was closed. Why close a BP machine? That's the whole point of making self service machines isn't it? So you never need to close them? And Walgreens is no better. For all the money spent on prescription drugs in this country, how in the hell are the two big chains so lousy? Find a mom and pop. Or a 24 hour. Or online rx subscription service or really anything else. Stores like this peaked in the 90s, back when they were open 24 hours and the carpets were still sort of new, and now aren't going in the direction they could be if they were smart. CVS, pay your people if that's the issue, which most likely it is. But even still, if I were underpaid I still wouldn't be cold and rude to people, you can be tired and still polite. Ridiculously slow pharmacy team. They do a lot of 'busy work' but it's clear to me that in-person customers are a lower priority.

1h for 7 pills of amoxicillin...this is ridiculous and they are not even sorry for making your wait. horrible service !!! go somewhere else

This is not a review based on just one experience. This is a general warning to anybody who is contemplating using the pharmacy at this particular CVS in Plymouth: don't do it. It will assuredly be a terrible experience. Thrice now have they claimed that their "system went down" and either didn't get a prescription that had been sent over for me or my family. They also couldn't fulfill my wife's BC prescription in its entirety because they didn't have enough. A pharmacy. Running out of birth control. I love CVS in general as a store and have honestly never had a bad experience at another pharmacy. I now make it a point to have all my stuff sent to the CVS in Delano (which is closer to my house, but not on my way home from work). read more

I had to pick up a prescription from this place and although the store employees are great, the pharmacy technicians have a lot to improve on with regards to customer service--one woman in particular does not know the meaning of customer service at all lol. I guess customer service is not a priority for them especially since the pharmacy is understaffed. read more

This pharmacy is horribly inefficient and takes SOOO long to fill a prescription. First worker said 45 minutes, came back in an hour and they said "we are like 3 hours backed up." Waited another hour and they said they are 5-6 hours behind but will fill it anyway? Wha? Many bad experiences here, not just this. Next time going to CVS in Chanhassen. read more

I moved to the area approximately one year ago and it has been my experience that both the pharmacists and the pharmacy technicians have been extremely helpful and have gone out of their way to assist me. I have seen the reviews regarding the long wait periods and poor customer service but this is a VERY BUSY location and they are short staffed so I don't blame the employees. It's up to corporate and management to make the necessary changes. I will be a return customer because the staff at this location has always made me feel like a valued customer. Thank You! read more

I've read some negative reviews on this pharmacy location. I have to say, I've been getting my prescription filled at this location for over a year now and have never had a complaint. My prescriptions are always ready on time. Their customer service is great, staff always friendly and helpful. I plan to continue using this CVS as long as I live in this area! read more

This pharmacy is awful. I have had medication errors, constant long waits and one of the pharmacy "technicians" that works here is beyond rude. Worst service ever! Had my prescription called in yesterday at 4pm which never did get filled that day. Called today was on hold for 42 minutes and they never answered. Drove there and the drive thru was closed, upon entering the store it was packed with customers waiting. Apparently they are extremely short staffed and are swamped. The only way I can get my prescription is by having another pharamacy call them (which is impossible for them to pick up) to get the info switched over?! I'm beyond disappointed with this CVS! If they cant get a prescripition filled in 24 hrs, they dont deserve my business. Done. read more

Minute clinic extremely slow. Signed in and the computer told me I had a 50 min wait and could be texted 30 min prior to the appointment. I received the text and came back only to wait an entire hour. Total time waiting for my appointment was 2 hours and I couldn't leave once I has received the text because I didn't want to loose my appointment spot. read more

After numerous experiences in filling a prescription at this location I moved it to Walgreens. How many times can you possibly be out of a medication that is needed on a monthly basis, and you hold the prescription? I think they need a new purchasing system and a "prescription ready" notification system - tired of driving there for a prescription that isn't ready. read more
