Have been here several times and the staff are helpful. A young man was helping a lady with the photo machine and was very patient. Then a gentleman needed help picking out a charging cord and he helped them too, all while being patient and kind. The location is great as it's next to Target. Worst place to get passport photos, the older guy at the desk the one who takes the pictures, don't even ask you if you like the pictures or if which one do you want to pick. Sorry but he is so old for this job, he puts the camera so close to your nose, the pictures end up looking like the ones, police takes to criminals before puting them in jail. Even in my small poor country I get better pictures. So disappointing with the quality of this service. read more

Open on First day of the year. Two employees, barely any customers. Lady was nice and spoke slowly and clearly. Place was clean. Music was playing, not necessary clubbing music, like some stores. Easy location close to highway. Ample parking. Pmenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. read more

Five stars for service by Ashley on July 12th!!! I inserted my card too fast and needed to change and she was super friendly and accommodating about redoing the whole thing. Nobody else was in line, so it didn't affect other customers and I just really appreciated her good attitude about a pain in the neck transaction. The young man who is a manager here who helped me with a return recently was also excellent. These employees know how to retain customers, even when I wasn't wild about this location due to crummy bathroom and often slow service. The older gentleman who worked here within the last couple years was on top of things as well. read more

RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The staff can be rude especially in the pharmacy, they are not knowledgeable of the system that is used to process refills, refills are constantly being mysteriously canceled with no explanation, the list is overflowing with other things that this location is incapable of doing. I do have plans to move my prescriptions to a different Walgreens, however it's just so disappointing because I'm less than five minutes away from this location. I've never had such an experience with a pharmacy like the one I've had with this location. read more

Not only does it take days longer than first stated to get your prescription , if you do actually get notice your order is ready, expect to spend another 30-45min in line at the pharmacy waiting. read more

Level of incompetence at Plymouth, MN Walgreens pharmacy on Vinewood Lane is the worst I've ever ever experienced. Pharmacists don't do what they say they'll do. Staff must be told repeatedly to make corrections of data in their system and still they cannot get it right. This location puts up a large sign in the driveup window stating there is no Pharmacist on duty and that no prescriptions can be filled or picked up. The store Manager stated the Pharmacy team forgot to take the sign down, while the Pharmacist stated the 3 staff seen huddled together today couldn't handle the volume of drive ups, counter costumers and calls so they deliberately put that sign up to wait for a 2nd Pharmacist to arrive. I was the only person in the driveup, with 2 or 3 cars in the lot, and some cars probably owned by employees. Cannot recall a single transaction at this pharmacy that wasn't handled poorly by staff over several years. I should also state this is not a post Covid problem. Prescriptions are never ready for pickup with days of notice, lack of correcting outdated information in their system, likely causing repeat problems, so they just don't fill prescriptions until you show up and repeat the same information you asked to be stored on your profile again and again. One employee says the corrections are entered, then the next person says they were not. You may get messages on your voice mail for people that don't reside at your residence and then need to repeatedly ask to have them fix the issue. Staff are mostly rude when you bring up that there is a unaddressed problem you'd like them to resolve. They'd rather act as if your the problem. Pharmacist on duty the morning of 6/25/24, told me "Well you can leave" and "The service is no better anywhere else." I guess he assumed I hadn't used several other pharmacies besides Walgreens, and have much to compare. Nope, they really are the worst! I don't expect corporate will do anything about the lack of responsibility the staff at this location refuses to demonstate. The Pharmacist with all the excuses and attitude today is right, people should go somewhere else. Why put up with lack of service or put trust in them to do the right thing, because I'm telling you regardless of your approach or level of patience it just won't happen. The staff may say they're short staffed and underpaid and that all may be true, but there still no excuse for the abundance of errors and attitudes. These employees agreed to work for Walgreens and if they don't want to perform the job with some dignity they should leave. One can only be tolerate for so long before they give up on hopes of a more reasonable outcome. Seems like there has been a lengthy concerted effort to lose customers so staff can get corporate's attention, which never works and places frustration in the wrong direction. Then they can also waste time complaining about customers that are not thankful for awful service. No such thing as being part of a solution at this pharmacy, so I recommend going elsewhere. read more

The lady checking me out absolutely tweaked at me because I pulled out my card before she asked if I wanted to use my rewards. Like what??? She literally screamed at me and i wasn't even trying to pay. She then went on a rant about customers just trying to rush out. It's a Walgreens. Not a luxury spa. Horrible pharmacy service. Ridiculous wait times and the pharmacy attendants answer was just "we'll try and get to you..."

I would recommend avoiding the pharmacy at all cost. We have had problems in the past with refills however today is a perfect example. A prescription was sent in (this is a refill and a common medication) around 1 PM. We went in at 4 PM and told that they were busy and it would be ready in an hour. We returned at 5 PM and told they were working on it would be ready in an hour. We returned at 8:15 PM the store was not busy at that time. There was only one other person in line. At that time we were told they were still working on it and would be another hour. Right now I do not have the medication that was needed today. For the past four hours we have been told it will only be an hour before it is ready. The pharmacist tonight was very pleasant and apologized and stated that she would try to get it done as soon as possible. The ancillary staff was rude and short and Curt. One said she wasn't worried about it because she was gone and clocked out. read more

As much as I love the convenience of the Walgreens concept, the staff in Plymouth/Vinewood just gets me frustrated. They simply don't understand customer service. It's not okay to consistently wait in the pharmacy line for 15 minutes+ to pick up a prescription. read more
