My granddaughter takes Vyvanse. why does this Pharmacy insist that I can't call it in the night before so I can pick it up in the morning so she has her medication. she normally takes it about 8 am. I called the night before and they said call in the morning. I didn't want it that night o just wanted to be able to pick it up when they opened. I couldn't get it until 12:52 pm on the 5th. Everything needs improvement in the entire store. My Doctor sent 4 prescriptions to this C.V.S upon arriving there they said they only have two. One\nOf the 2 medication was 200 times more.The cost than florida health care pharmacy. I told her if I could afford it.I still would not buy it at close 22 hundred dollars. She then told me the other ones were never called in.I need to contact my doctor. I took the one that was no charge to me.Then went outside and called my doctor. My doctor said 100%.He's positive.He called in five prescriptions. My doctor returned a call to me when I got home said he called the pharmacy and they told the doctor that I took all 5 prescriptions with me. That is a bold face flat out lie. Now I have no prescriptions for up 23 months. Because the head pharmacist lied and said I took them with me.I called her back and she says I have them here. Then She changed her story. I don't have them here. You took them.. That is not true.I walked out of the store with one prescription. I need to bring legal actions against these people.For falsifying documents and lying. Never again, will I walk into AC?V?S pharmacy. Extremely pathetic employees. Also I recorded them making fun of an old lady in the drive-thru because she was very confused.3 male employees were laughing their a**** off.One female was laughing with them. My family had just returned from an 8 day stay on a floating germ factory: aka a cruise ship. Since my body is typically impenetrable to these pesky bugs, I went out for the prescription meds. My stay at this pharmacy was short thanks to the great service of pharmacist Letty and technician Kari. My questions were quickly answered and, in a few minutes, I was back on my way home to dispense the drugs. read more

Very disappointed by this location. They LOST multiple prescriptions, got refills wrong and were constantly calling my doctor when refills were already available on my prescription. Used them for a year but this last mistake is the final one for me. read more

This is the second day I have been put on hold to speak to the pharmacist. I gave up yesterday after 15 minutes on hold, and this morning, same thing. I have been without my RX since yesterday, and my doctor called it in yesterday morning. I am guessing that they are short on staff. Something is not right. read more

During recent months, CVS seems to have undergone some big changes in top management. Now, they want to be involved with giving me injections for the flu and other stuff without my doctors knowledge or consent. In the last 3 months, I have taken a recurring prescription to them and they have been unable to fill it. Worse: they didn't know when they could fill it. Waiting in line has become unbearable. Most recently, my doctor gave me a prescription and CVS refused to fill it because their computer said it was 'TOO SOON' since it was last filled. After an investigation of their Rhode Island headquarters, an anonymous source advised a compatriot that CVS now has a computer program determine what products and what quantity of each item is needed at local stores -- overriding the local pharmacist. In addition, corporate computers now decide the staff schedules which explains the long waits in line. They are interfering with my doctor's directives. The override my doctor. They want to intercede in my relationship with my doctor without his knowledge. The waits in line are horrible and on top of all that -- they cannot fill my prescriptions in a timely fashion. They want to remind me to take my medicine. Tell me when to refill a prescription and then have the nerve to tell smokers what they can (and cannot) do. I already have someone telling me how to run my life: that's my wife. I won't stand for this anymore and am taking my business elsewhere. read more

Somehow the pharmacy manages to mess up my prescriptions every time I contact them. It's an incredible hassle and often causes me to run out or nearly run out of my prescriptions before they manage to get things right. They also fail to call when they are unable to fill a prescription or even when a prescription is filled unless it was automatically refilled. If it weren't for my insurance, I'd take my business elsewhere. read more

This CVS was clean and neat, but I guess that doesn't necessarily mean it is organized well. The cashier had to explain multiple signs for us because of inconsistent product placement. I felt really bad for him because he felt bad and was flustered by ill placed signs and some discounts not being set up in their checkout system. read more
