The guy at the liquor store register seemed drunk. He was happy, but sloppy. Made inappropriate comments to customers.

If there were a zero star rating that is what I'd give the service at this pharmacy. The clerks are rude and impatient. Someone from Walgreens corporate ought to read these reviews and overhaul the pharmacy "customer service" (NOT!). They need to realize that a good portion of their clients are elderly and dependent on their medications. read more

Extremely frustrating dealing with sales people that don't know enough because they're not trained properly and high personnel turnover. Today the doctor gave me handwritten prescription and a prescription I have been taking for 9 years and had to go back to the doctor four times to revise and fix it for them because the first, second and third sales person didn't read the entire Rx. I wish I could find my generic prescription at a pharmacy that buys from a decent manufacturer whose drugs don't have bad side effects. I had to take an Rx for 9 months that was so mentally distabling! What is it that insurance companies and this pharmacy are not able to understand side effects from generic drugs? Or they just don't want to buy a better quality generic. It's a shame to do that to people in Medicare. read more

I have been a client/patient of Walgreens for over 15+ years and throughout these many years I have used different stores.... this pharmacy by far has the worst customer service. They are combative and difficult to communicate with. if you must go here, I would highly recommend setting your expectations very low and to have somebody outside of the pharmacy manager able to help answer your questions and facilitate any needs. Your medical condition would require as it is not simple and it's always more challenging with the store than it has been with any other store I've ever been in. The customer service here is non existent! I made a stop in to print pictures. I've printed pictures many times before so this is not new to me by all means. However this location has a machine that isn't user friendly. Again, I've used these machines often as I'm constantly printing pictures from my phone and sending them to family members or giving to friends in a card. Today the machine (not their fault) was not working well. I followed the on screen prompts and nothing. The guy at the photo lab saw my frustration and walked away. No hi, hello, or "hey, do you need help?" Whatever, I move to the other machine. Different issue there. 3 other employees at this point are there and you can clearly see I am frustrated and looking to them for help. Maybe I am doing something wrong after all? But did they bother to help? No. One just kept staring at me, the other two turned their backs. Out I walked. Never again will I stop/shop here. I'll stick to online ordering. I'm huge on customer service and they failed drastically. read more

Called about a price on a medication they put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on me when I called back they connect me to the front she connected back to the pharmacy and took another 5 minutes before anybody would answer the phone and then did not want to tell me I guess I was bothering them too much but I won't be doing business there anymore I'll take my business elsewhere read more

Terrible pharmacy!! TERRIBLE, I say!! I will never use this pharmacy again! I have literally never seen such rude service. It's like the whole pharmacy staff has a bad attitude, from the manager down to the pharmacy techs. I witnessed one pharmacy employee berate a poor customer who was trying to fill a prescription. And in my own experience, they spoke so rudely to me that I couldn't believe it. I thought I was on some type of prank video show! Also, the pharmacist lied, among other things, by telling me that they needed to contact the physician who wrote the prescription and that they couldn't. However, the physician had spoken to the pharmacy the previous evening!! As it turned out, no one bothered to document the conversation. The whole experience was atrocious! read more

Its New Years day and my husband who need a prescription the Dr had to call in for him today ! Googled Walgreens and said it was open ! WAS NOT ! WENT TO ANOTHER ONE THAT SAID IT WAS OPEN WAS NOT ! Then was told that the closest one open was Palm Coast Florida! Then stopped at another one and was told Palm Coast was not open the closest was Winter Park Florida ! Ok Winter Park is 56.2 miles 1 hour 21 minutes ! Palm Coast is 42.9 miles 43 minutes ! By the way my husband has cancer not just a cold ! Ive counted 18 Walgeens in Port Orange, Daytona Beach ,New Smyrna & Ormand Fl and not one open ! This is ridiculous! There is no minus on your rating so I cant rate you ! I Hope that who ever does the scheduling for these holidays runs into the same problem and maybe they will use a little bit more compassion for the rest of us out here ! HAPPY NEW YEAR! read more

Absolutely HORRID pharmacy!!!! On my last visit, I had just left the Emergency Room right down the road and needed to fill my prescription quickly. I was told the wait was an hour (there was no one else there waiting), so, I sat down and waited. After the hour was up, my prescription still wasn't ready; I was sick and tired.. I really wanted to go home. When I got in the car, I counted the number of tablets (my prescription was for twenty) to find that I had only been dispensed seventeen. When I brought it to the attention of the pharmacist, I was called a liar. The pharmacist told me that I must have taken three of the antibiotic tablets while I was walking out which I had not done. After being treated the way that I was treated and seeing that others have been treated just as bad, I refuse to bring any of my business here. read more

Do not go to Walgreens to have any of your pictures developed. I took 2 disposable cameras there to get developed, they told me it would take a week. A week rolls around, i call and they still aren't there. They also tell me they have a later pick up date written on their end. Another week goes by, i call and still no pictures. It's been 2 weeks now, they finally call to say they are there. I pick them up to discover half of the pics aren't even mine. The photo guy says i can have my money back and he will find my pictures. They find them, i pick them up to discover some of pics are not there and there are doubles of just some of the pics. These are pictures we took when we went to Colorado. I am so disappointed in the carelessness of some people. Never again Walgreens photo. read more

Don't expect any better from the non-pharmacy portion of the store either. Just completely unhelpful employees. They don't seem to have any concern about you or your needs. I guess I'm the dumb one for expecting to be treated like a valued customer. If you have another option, shop somewhere else. I used to say I'd never shop at a Walmart, and that is why I use Walgreens. Now I am rethinking that whole plan. Thanks Walgreens for all of the poor service. read more

Dont waste youre time here. They are rude and very slow. If using the drive up window you may wait up to 20 minutes. They over charged me at the window and I didnt catch it until I got home...I went back and it took an act of congress to get a refund. They need to shut this one down read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. The only reason they're getting a star is because of Ashley. She's the nicest person and does everything possible to please her customers. Unfortunately her coworkers don't do the same. The supervisor blamed ME for my prescription not being filled correctly. On top of that, they needed my ID for one of my two prescriptions. No instructions were given to provide an ID for the fill. When I called to ask where my second prescription was, the supervisor began to give me excuses including "it's the first of the month". I wondered why I wasn't contacted when they realized they had two prescriptions for the same person yet only one was going to be filled, even though they were for the same issue. These prescriptions we're imperative to my health and needed to be taken on a time schedule (which did not happen). After questioning why I wasn't contacted, the supervisor then told me that it was my fault and then proceeded to hang up on me. This is absolutely crazy! When I picked up my prescription the first time, why didn't the tech ask me then if I still wanted it my second one? I waited 15 minutes in line alone behind ONE person just to pick up my prescription the first time. The only thing saving this pharmacy is Ashley. If you aren't dealing with her, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! read more

TERRIBLE pharmacy. I got the flu and needed my meds asap, I went through the drive through and literally sat in line for 25 minutes as cars piled around the building behind me. No sense of urgency at all. It's literally like this every time, even if you go in, but unfortunately it's the closest to my house. read more

Cannot understand why other people had complaints! Was here because I forgot my meds in Europe. I have insurance that is not compatible with the system in the US (they basically put me down as 'uninsured' and I have to pay myself and claim the money back from my insurance over here). I also have no experience with being sick or injured in the US. Since I really need my medication, I was panicking! The pharmacist on duty told me it was no problem and sent me over to Urgent Care a few yards down the road. The gave me a prescription and a refill (in case I should forget my pills again or they get stolen, lost or taken by security at the airport). Walgreens then figured out meds that were pretty much the same as the ones I get over here. I payed a more than reasonable price, they were friendly, I was really impressed. read more

Terrible pharmacy. Not only did they LIE to me, they made me feel like I was doing something wrong by simply following my doctor's orders. I am prescribed Adderall, 10 mg. I was give 60, 28 days ago and told to take 2 a day. That is 56 pills. That should leave me with 4 pills. Wrong. I only have 2 right now, because 4 days ago, my doctor increased my dosage to 3 a day (2 in am and 1 in pm). So I only have 2 left. The tech took my prescription yesterday, and agreed to have it filled by 9:30 this morning. I went in to pick it up, and the man (not sure if he was the pharmacist) told me insurance would not cover it until Monday, because of the date. I told him that my DOCTOR increased my dose, and I started the change in therapy that day. He told me I should have waited until my current prescription ran out (BECAUSE HE OBVIOUSLY KNOWS BETTER THAN MY DOCTOR). He DID say I could pay cash without insurance (which I would never consider, and I thought it was super shady of him to say that, are they trying to pull one over? Do they do this often as a money maker?) So I called my insurance company. The agent I spoke with said the script had been processed and approved, and there is no reason they should withhold the prescription because it was a change in therapy BY MY DOCTOR! She said if they have an issue, they need to call the pharmacy number listed on my insurance card. I called back in to Walgreens and explained this, and the pharmacy tech (a girl this time) must have talked to the guy I was dealing with before, and she said the pharmacist has chosen to not give me MY medication. So, before he was lying about my insurance, and now he is just being a jerk. I asked for my prescription back and I will certainly NEVER shop or fill scripts as Walgreens again. Not only was this man completely rude, he is a liar, and he went out of his way to make me feel completely uncomfortable. At NO POINT EVER should a pharmacy or their staff make someone feel uncomfortable about filling a prescription. It is such a private thing they have access to, and I felt judged and lied to today. Shame on you Walgreens. I will also be having all my family, including my father who has Hodgkin's Lymphoma (and, needless to say, has A LOT of prescriptions to be filled) change to a different pharmacy. I will also be sharing this with my doctor, as the person at Walgreens said, even though my doctor told me to start my upped dosage on Wednesday, I should have gone against doctor's orders and waited until Monday.
