This is the absolute WORST, INCOMPETENT customer service experience I've ever experienced. I was…read morepromised a phone call by the manager that she would go to pick up my supplies personally and that I would receive them the following day. No equipment, no phone call. I made 6 trips to the Sweet Water store over a 4 week period and was never afforded the courtesy of phone call to be told they DID NOT have my equipment or an apology for the inconvenience. Instead, I was given excuses by the manager, Jennifer Butler, that "I had an emergency and couldn't pick up your supplies", no phone call again. When I finally received my mask it was the wrong size.
