He offered to take my picture myself but then the photo lady came back from break. Additionally, I've seen the store manager, I think his name is Scott Libby, help numerous customers find certain products they could not find on their own. Scott never boasts on who he is, or use his position as a authoritative advantage. The store is clean all the times I've been in. I would come back again to use Walgreens for my needs. Today I get there & she says they won't fill the prescription, they'll only do 1/2 for the agreed price & the balance of the other half of the pills would be retail -- OVER $1000!!! This was supposed to be $26/180 tabs not $1014/180 tabs. There was so many excuses & both the clerk and the "supposed" pharmacist (more likely a pharm tech) were rather belligerent. He has been extremely rude on multiple occasions, including asking me to come inside and join another line after waiting 45 minutes in the drive through line just because I needed to use a manufacturer's coupon for a long-standing out-of-pocket medication (not covered by insurance for years). He refused to process it and told me to return another day. I've witnessed him being rude to other customers as well. This behavior has caused significant anxiety and made me afraid to pick up necessary prescriptions here. Walgreens needs to address staff conduct and training. Patients deserve respectful, efficient service when picking up medications. We're there because we are ill. A kind word and kindness in general goes a long way.
