It's only 5 mg of oxycodone, but they were given to my neighbor and they delivered to the wrong apartment which on the piece of paper said 108. The driver admitted that he never seen me not give the medication to me. I have a letter stating I was in an intensive outpatient program and information from transportation about the I was dropped off, which was about an hour and a half after they were signed for by my neighbor the signatures didn't even match that being said this man who runs this was rude. He was angry. He wouldn't let me speak. You could barely understand what he was saying because he was so angry at you you had to be rude to cut so you can at least try to tell him about your evidence which by the way I have a video camera right outside my door. I don't know what else I can do to prove that I was not meds were delivered to the wrong place. I made a police report. He will not accept the police report nor give me my medication's and told me he doesn't deal with me anymore. He was rude mean treated me like a drug addict and I would never go there again and now I have to go a month without pain meds because he won't do the right thing that's required by law unless I start fighting him which I may actually do.

During the…read morelast 2 1/2 years I have: 1) Called pharmacy to confirm pharmacy hours for a pickup and been lied to and told an hour earlier than they close (this happens frequently). 2) They rarely answer the phone. You will listen to hold music and then it relays to ringing and the staff bumps it over to hold music again, over and over. 3) Been made to wait while the drive thru window receives preferential service. 4) Been given the wrong medication, intended for someone else. 5) Gone in for a walk-in vaccination 75 minutes before the pharmacy closes and been told "It's almost closing, you cannot." 6) Asked them a simple question and they immediately try to shut me down with something snide. I have to mentally prepare myself to ask a question because I know I will be psychically punched in the face. There was a shockingly friendly and adept person working there once and it was like a mirage. She seemed to embody the cheerful print ads of smiling pharmacists this industry is known for. But alas, she was gone soon. Perhaps she was filling in. On another note: the Walgreens app is terrible. You can tell it was developed for couponing for the store, not for the pharmacy. Most of the time when I attempt to order normal refills from the app, they do not work. I either use the old school phone refill system (aka "Press 1 for a refill") or I use the bar code on the label. I'm not sure what the QR code on the bottle top is for. The app allows you to--encourages you to--submit prescriptions that are sometimes not refillable. You actually select a day and time to picket up and then...nothing. There is no automated message to explain it cannot be refilled by this method (and not to waste your time going to the store.) And remember: you cannot get through on the phone. So, you go to the store, wait on line, and then you dare to ask a question...and the pharmacy staff metaphorically jumps you and chokes you. I have yet to determine how to pay ahead via the app before I physically pick up. I'm not even sure if you can on the app but the times I have asked staff, I have been immediately told something charming and defensive such as "We didn't CREATE THE APP." OK. Calm down. Eat a piece of bread. It. Was. Just. A. Question. They seem to attract staff who are either naturally obtuse or naturally belligerent, or both and not in possession of any discernible social skills. I could handle automatons filling my prescription but automatons are skilled and efficient and don't seem as if they are filled with rage and wish you would spontaneously combust. I'm not sure if the aforementioned is unique to this Walgreens, all Walgreens, or Retail Pharmacies in general, but the pharmacy staff at this location is either obtuse or just belligerent. Sadly, their corporate parent may or may not be terrible but it is insignificant: the pharmacists should set the tone for their assistants/techs. It's an unnecessarily unpleasant experience and almost makes me long for the day when Amazon will eat all the pharmacies in the US. Your best bet is delivery service: if you have the time to wait.

For a reasonable size space and location, this Walgreens is okay. It's pretty well stocked which…read morenever seems to be any empty shelves and overstocked. There is a large variety of products which includes medicines, cosmetics, birthday cards, food, and art supplies to name a few. I personally like this because of the selections. Some of the items found here can be a bit more pricey compared to other stores, which I don't find surprising. The two big things that stand out are the photo and pharmacy department, as it's fairly big while there's enough room to wait. Most of the time, the procedure may take a bit, so please do have patience. I'm deducting my rating by one star for two reasons: 1) Checkout line - not providing enough space when it fills up. 2) The parking lot leading to the main road doesn't provide enough space, leading to congestion when waiting at the light. Also, the pullover at Vera and Yeung's Kitchen can be an issue. Overall, just take caution when arriving and leaving. A slight improvement would be great.

Is it just me or do we feel like drugstores are gouging us again? This time of year you could…read moretypically find heavily reduced prices on Halloween candy while the stores made room for the Hanukkah and Christmas items. 33% off the elevated and artificially hiked candy prices was a bit of a joke. I actually went in there to pick up a prescription which the online service said was refillable. Made the trip over, waited on the line, which is always long, reached a seemingly disgruntled associate only to find my prescription required doctor approval. So I guess I need to be skeptical of the online information in the future. Nevertheless, while I was there, I filled my shopping cart with some sale items - a good value on brand-name cereal which in our house is a real treat, not a daily consumed item The consumable aisles are outrageously priced thanks to the tariff taxes on the American public, I suppose. Allegedly. Add that to opportunistic price gouging and you've got a dwindling number of super pharmacies, taking advantage of the public. I didn't come by the CVS decision, thoughtfully, in fact when Rite Aid closed other shops and went belly up, my prescription was transferred to CVS and it's close to my home. I'm rethinking that decision, but meanwhile, they managed to get over $200 from me for what amounted to two bags of consumables. My three star review reflects my disappointment and discussed how not just CVS but their partners in crime are gouging the American public - Gillette razors, artificially inflates their regular price and then offers you some kind of "special deal if you buy two so you wind up paying the same thing you would've paid a year ago Only you have some false sense of emotional gratitude Forgive the snarky review, but three stars is generous. My suggestion to CVS is to put more pressure on their suppliers to tone down the pricing while we get through this financial crisis we're in.
