Surprisingly, this time, I was met with a very polite friendly young lady named Sarah. Of all the times I've been there, they've always seen my insurance card, nobody ever put my information into the system. Sarah took her time and did so and my medication was ZERO CO PAY LIKE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE! I was wondering why was I paying so much for my medication when I never pay that much for it. And then to wait so long when I'm in pain. All of a sudden, the pharmacist wants to play nice with me. Oh no, it ain't happening with me lady, because I heard you back there forgetting to put the label on my medication and I was missing a medication and if I had not checked my bag, I would've gotten all the way home and not had the main medication that I needed. I'm not even from Maryland and I don't know my way around this place. Walgreens has caused me the biggest inconvenience ever and you owe me money for not checking my insurance.

This company is owned by Adapthealth. They are terrible at billing and collections. They treat you…read morelike a criminal. They want everything to be digital -- ordering, payments, and customer service. Senior citizens are being ripped off by their abusive practices. They try to force you to sign up for "auto pay" which is a license to steal. They do not send send out invoices automatically. You never know what you are paying for. They put you collections mode before the due date. They do not tell the truth. A customer rep will tell you that everything is covered by insurance; then you get a bill! They will not let you know the price of an item before insurance subtractions. Do not use Adapthealth. They are the business to steal money.
