Although I received no communication of any problems, there was no record of the prescription and the item had since gone on backorder. I won't belabor this review with all of the ins-and-outs of the experience but suffice it to say that I will not be using this pharmacy ever again due to the way a man behind the counter jumped in to talk down to me. I would have provided 1 star (vs 2) if it hadn't been for the look of compassion on a few other staff members' faces when I noted that I had not done anything that warranted him speaking to me that way. It was not the first time he has taken that kind of attitude. And some of my friends have had similar experiences. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

The shelves are always well stocked. They drop what they are doing at the moment to help you find what you are looking for. Their customer service is superb. Their pharmacy is also fantastic. Their pharmacists are very knowledgeable in their field and are very helpful. The self checkout line can sometimes be long and so can the regular checkout lines so beware about that. Kroger's discounts are also very good and so are their deals. Other than the long lines sometimes my experience with this Kroger has been overwhelmingly positive.

A sub section, hot food like chicken, Mac, potato's, and etc, a salad bar,and take and go with prepackaged salads and entrees. The salad bar had a decent selection, but it still felt like something was missing. There were no lids for the salad dressing on the bar. But a nice lady from the hot food section helped me find something to put it in. The strawberry blueberry salads were only $5 which was a good deal and they were fresh. The chicken tenders were almost $10 per lb. That felt kinda pricey to me. So we got wings because there was a better deal. The staff was friendly and the store was clean and well stocked. My only complaint is some aisles seemed to small for 2 people to pass by with a cart. The water aisle specifically. I literally had to move over so someone could get by. That was kinda weird. It's a very nice store with a variety of things. They also have a store card for savings. I'd certainly shop here again. Check them out.
