Luckily the other flavors were on point to make up for the disappointment. Also, service was subpar. The cashier was incredibly friendly to the patron ahead of me but I didn't receive the same treatment. For example, she offered a bag to the customer and bagged all her items, but I had to explicitly request one and she just slid the bag across the counter for me to bag my items myself. I hadn't been to a Potbelly in years but clearly I haven't missed much.

But upon opening the sub...was the saddest sub I've ever seen. Let the pictures speak for itself. One super thin layer of ham on a thick bun. It was a foot long and I only posted a pic of half of it because I threw it in the trash. How pathetic. I've made better subs myself on a broke budget back in college.
