CVS is the worst, which makes this pharmacy location the worst of the worst. You would think being extra busy would make this a more efficient pharmacy but it is not. I wouldn't go here if it weren't for my company having CVS pharma insurance. Nothing is easy here...long lines, impossible to call and speak to a person, etc. never waited less than 20 minutes to pick up automatic refill prescriptions. Look for another pharmacy to fill your prescriptions. I don't use CVS, but after a visit to their Minute Clinic, I figured it would be easier to have my two prescriptions filled there. Boy, was that a mistake. Per the NP's recommendation, I checked in at the counter to let them know she had sent over a couple of prescriptions for me. I was given a curt response, something to the effect of we're working on them-one is done, just waiting on the second one to be filled. After 40 minutes of waiting, they called me up to the counter to tell me the second prescription was out of stock, has been ordered, and would be available the next day after 1pm. I almost went back to the NP to ask her to call in the prescription to Costco, which is where I get all my prescriptions filled, but figured a day delay wouldn't be that bad. Again, bad move on my part. The next afternoon around 2pm, I got a text from CVS to say they had placed an order for the medicine that was supposed to have already been delivered. When I tried calling the pharmacy, I was connected to an automated system that told me my prescription would be out of stock for several weeks. Fortunately, I was able to get in touch with someone at the clinic, who got my prescription transferred over to Costco and I picked up my medication that night. That will be the last time I ever fill a prescription at this pharmacy. read more

If I could leave a NEGATIVE rating, I absolutely would do so because the Pharmacy Supervisor is a complete joke. I was just informed that I had to contact CVS headquarters to have a printout of a prescription faxed to an insurance company (because she was "unable to do it"). That was actually a total and complete lie (according to CVS Headquarters!). This 'supervisor' simply did not want to be bothered to do what another CVS did in ten minutes. By the way, this entire situation wouldn't have even been necessary if the pharmacy hadn't billed the prescriptions to an insurance policy that had already ended (when they HAD THE CURRENT INSURANCE INFORMATION ON FILE). This CVS pharmacy is a joke! There are 6 people working and they still cannot get it together. They didn't return my call within an hour ( never called) so I called back on the pharmacist line. I got yelled at for doing so and told that I called on the pharmacist line. Before I could explain she said she had to go to another computer. I was on hold for 20 minutes and then the call disconnected. I drove down to get my RX only to be told they couldn't fill it. I had to contact my Dr. well since it's now 6:30 that's not happening. Had they called back I could have taken care of this ASAP. I have never have seen anything like this before. It's like you are troubling them. So rude. Will never go back again. read more

I'm completely leaving CVS, my husband went to the emergency room, we need his antibiotics pronto; they dont open until 9am which is BS and they have their phone system rigged so no one picks up the phone. I'm leaving any company I do business with that has adopted this practice. it is complete BS! read more

I usually purchase all OTC products from this location. However, today when buying over the counter cough and cold type medicine for my family, I was given incorrect information from one person on staff who suggested that I try to make a purchase at the drive through where I waited for 10 minutes only to find out I could not do that. I had to go back inside and wait in yet another line for 23 minutes. The techs in the pharmacy were not very understanding. I was not getting something for myself and I was being asked to wait in an additional line. I had a very sick family member waiting for me at home. The process was difficult. read more

Alison as a pharmaceutical supervisor doesn't know how to send for prior authorization so insurance can cover for prescriptions, when I asked her, instead she got really mad and hang up the phone while I really needed my prescription.Their system never gets updated due to untrained pharmacist and supervisors. read more

What amazing service!!! I went to urgent care and all the ladies were so nice. I'm literally sitting in my car writing this review before I pull off so I don't forget. First I saw Linda (I think that is her name ) and she was so kind. She wanted to make sure they could really help me before charging. Then came in Susan and her student who really talked me through what was wrong and gave me advice about how to prevent this in the future. The whole time I thought I had a nasty cold brewing and it was sinus issues. I learned so much from this appt about myself. Then they walked me over to the aisle where the meds were that I need and helped finalize everything. To finish it up I checked out with this sweet young man. He had the best energy and spirit. I am so glad I drove 30 mins to this cvs!!! What a blessing . read more

Please pack your patience when going to the pharmacy. Many people that live in the area go to this pharmacy and it can get crowded during lunch and in the evenings after work. There's a Minute Clinic located inside, which is a great without the long wait that you may endure at Patient First or other emergency clinics. They offer sports physicals for students as well. The store itself has a wide variety of items that I'm unable to find at other stores. There's also a Red Box located outside of the store. read more

This drug store/minute clinic is the worst. The store is always understaffed and the customers can tell. The staff just does not care. Even though I avoid CVS like the plague sometimes it can't be avoided and I have never once seen an employee smile or look remotely happy to be there. Last Thursday when I asked if my prescription was run through insurance I got an exasperated eye roll. The minute clinic is a rip off, you have to put a credit card on file and then all they do is blood pressure, listen to your chest and tell you to go to a PCP if you're not better in a couple of days. Most of us know that. 10/9 the pharmacy manager just called me. She was gracious and kind. I would give a zero if I could. The pharmacy staff members are rude and slow. They act as if they do not want to work. Very unprofessional and unfriendly. Chris might be the worst by far. Many times they are out of the medication we pick up on a monthly basis. The good thing is there is a pharmacy literally on every corner. Please check the accuracy of your prescriptions before taking them!!! This location has made multiple mistakes, one resulting in a visit to the ER with my 2 month old. I tried relaying details of the incidents to the District Manager, and after emailing her twice and being promised a call within 24 hours by corporate and the pharmacist, have yet to receive a response. That was over a week ago. I'll definitely be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. I can't stay with a pharmacy that I can't trust and that doesn't make their customers feel like they matter. read more

What is the point of making an appointment at the clinic if the doctor isn't going to even pretend to adhere to it. I made an appointment two hours after the current time, go there and wait for an additional ten minutes just to have to doctor come out and say it's time for her lunch break! I called 5 hours ago waiting on my inhaler. That I needed asap. I was told over the phone it would be ready in a hour. 3:00 pm turns into 8:00 pm and I am waiting on a phone call or text about my inhaler that it is ready. I never receive any notification so I called. The girl I spoke with at 3:00 said she was the pharmacist and she would not give me her name which I find very odd and sketchy. I called again at 8:00 pm and Cory who he said was the pharmacy technician which I believe is a lower level of a pharmacist. Told me that it has been ready and that technology can just be like that sometimes. I find it very unacceptable seeing that it is almost closing time and I am having a hard time breathing. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I will be finding a different pharmacy. You would think the pharmacist or whatever he was would think it's important to let their patients know that their medicine is ready when they need it to survive and breathe. read more

I went to the pharmacy inquiring about my script as it is usually automatically renews and updates on the app. I was told they would need to reach out to the provider and in the meantime gave me a partial. I checked the app to see if and when I could go pick it up and nothing appeared. I used the last bit of my meds and called as I haven't heard anything. I was told they never put in the request and or it was rejected and I couldn't get another partial. I told the rep I have seizures and can't go without my meds. She said the only thing we can do is wait for the doctor to approve the script and or I call the doctor myself. Also these are not narcotics. I asked her what do I do in the meantime if the doctor can't get to it today? She said all she can do is deal with what's in front of her. CVS dropped the ball big time. They never notified me that the script was not put in or rejected or I would have called the doctor to have it faxed over myself. read more

THE MINUTE CLINIC WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. The nurse practitioner was a joke. All OTC meds are not working and she had the nerve to tell me to go back on day 7, today is day 4 of feeling horrible. UPDATE: Went to another clinic later that day, Dr stated I had a horrible sinus infection and prescribed abx and steroids. Reiterates how much time I wasted going to the CVS Minute Clinic. read more

If you are a diabetic prepare to be ridiculed and interrogated. I realize every pharmacy makes an effort to ensure the people buying syringes are doing so for medical purposes, however every other pharmacy I've been to has handled it professionally and with respect. The staff here is downright rude. Once, after dropping a (unrelated) prescription off in the drive through, I went inside and sat in the waiting area. The pharmacist came over and said "Didn't I just tell you it would be 40 minutes in the drive through?" even though I had said nothing to him. It's worth the extra time and gas to go to one of the other nearby cvs pharmacies, who generally have nice staff. read more

I went in feeling horrible. I requested a strep test, but was refused to be given one because the minute clinic nurse was determined it was the flu. Tested negative for the flu but was recommended to start Tamiflu. I could not afford it, so did not take it. Two days later I was no better and went back. I was "allowed" to have a strep test...and guess what, I tested positive. Not only was I to endure two extra days of feeling crappy, I was charged a second $100 for the second visit. I tried fighting the second charge, but was told I had to pay for both visits. This was very frustrating to me. read more
