I first heard one of them say "Jesus Christ" then "damn it" (I'm not uptight and don't mind bad language, I use offensive language on a daily basis when I'm not at work) then one of the receptionists said "fuck" which I think is inappropriate for an office setting. The waiting area is very large with a fish tank and a play area for children. Hopefully the receptionists watch what they say when kids are there.

No beating around the bush, at this point he's almost like family... but not in an icky way... lol. The office staff is courteous and the check in/ check out process is streamlined. They have those newfangled patient tablets that are easy to use. Gone are the clipboard days with pages and pages of info to fill out! My appointments run on time with no waiting. The staff is either a team of angels or were trained by Chick Fil A. They are kind to every single person...even the ones who are surely a pain. My personal treatments were not bad, so to me it is like visiting a spa. They will bring you a warm blanket that feels like heaven and will bring snacks and treats per your request. I feel very spoiled here. The staff is meticulous about the medical details and genuinely seem to care about every single person. Some people can be jerks but they handle them with caring words and kindness. My nurses were Jean and Jenn and I would highly recommend them though everyone here is excellent at this. They are very special people and they will forever be remembered. Dr. Vanlandingham is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with her advice. She barely spoke to me, came across as if she had an attitude, and overall was not professional or helpful given the situation. If you're going to turn someone away after they've driven 30 minutes for a confirmed appointment, the very least you can do is communicate respectfully and show some level of customer service. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Better communication and customer service would have prevented this situation completely.
