I never thought I would say this but I just Love this store it's my go to store. It's a little pricey but you rack up on coupons and there you go. I like getting makeup from here. Plus they send me coupons to my phone then I go into the store and get more coupons from what I just purchased so you definitely can't go wrong. Plus my Mom only gets her allergy medication from CVS foe some reason she can't find it any where else Plus she gets other items and then I can use my coupons on her purchase so it's a win win for me she's happy and I'm . Then there's my favorite employee there Bobby he is really nice, friendly and very helpful. I remember one night I stopped in to find an adapter for my new phone and he was so helpful trying to find me the adapter. I just love his accent really nice. This place is getting worse and worse. The day time staff is slow and awful and dismissive. If you want good service hope for the late night pharmacist Sayid. I hope I am spelling his name correctly. The new day time Pharmacist, a younger female is combative. I have been coming here for 9 yrs with no issues until her. I get the "I don't know you, this is a controlled maintenance med, you need a denied prior Auth, I will not fill your prescription!" When I have always paid for it with my discount card when insurance denied it in the past, and it shows in the record, I paid last month with my discount card because insurance wouldn't cover it. Yet she still refused to fill it, and YES IT IS A MAINTENANCE MEDICATION, I AM DUE AND NEED IT to function at work. Sorry to put it like this, but this place is getting 'ghetto' read more

This pharmacy is unreliable when getting meds filled. They close often for unknown reasons. Yesterday 4/23 they were closed because no one had keys to the pharmacy. How do you not have keys or the ability to get the keys. It takes 2-3 days to get a script filled. All they say is we're short staffed over and over. No apologies from them. When you need the meds and it takes days to get them filled it's unacceptable. I get that everyone is short staffed but when the patient's health is being impacted then corporate needs to step up and do something. This is a 24 hour pharmacy but not open 24 hours. Then when you call to ask about when the meds will be ready after waiting days they immediately text they're ready. Makes you think they were ready all along they were just sitting there. I will be leaving this pharmacy due to their lack of filling meds in a timely manner and claiming doctors denied refills when in fact the dr approved them via fax or e prescribing. THE Pharmacy had terrible communication with the patient. Do not recommend this pharmacy at all. read more

Thought it was a pretty standard CVS. I was here for my COVID booster shot and they were quite efficient with it. I thought the pharmacy area was a bit crammed/small. The store itself doesn't seem too busy as it's located in a somewhat rural area. The parking lot and main road access is quite easy and smooth though. read more

When you are at the doctors office and they put you kno the spot for an pharmacy you just pick one. I happened to have picked this location for my perscription. When I arrived, admittedly two days after it was sent over, it was super quiet but it was also at 8am on a Sunday. There was a wonderful gentleman who greeted me as I headed to the pharmacy. The pharmacy was supported by two employees one of which was on the phone. The pharmacist immediately greeted me and said that she would be right with me. She would be with me? She walked over seconds later greeted me again, took my name and gave me the best customer service experience I've had in a while. This was an warm experience. read more

Pharmacy staff as dry as the winter air! No greeting. Didn't even get a "one moment" they just kept doing what they were doing until someone was free and asked if I was picking up. The store is fine it is the pharmacy that is horrible!!!! I don't care when I call there I hold on for at least 20 minutes and hang up extremely aggravated. No way to treat your customers and shame on CVS Corporation for allowing this. Staff is courteous and did not wait for services. I was asked if I had any questions about my Rx and if I needed refills in the future (they will take care of it). I signed up text alerts to remind me about refills and the CVS app. So far so good read more

Came in to print ONE picture and have been waiting for over 45 minutes! The sign says "ALL TECHNICIANS ARE KODAK CERTIFIED".....NOT!!! THEY CAN'T EVEN CHANGE THE PAPER!! NO "SORRY FOR THE WAIT"...NOTHING!!! I'm too nice to describe the two employees attempting to change the paper...It looks like one is the manager and the other is "clueless"... District Manager...It you're interested to know who these employees are that need Training 101 in how to change the paper in the Kodak, check the schedule for who was working on Saturday, January 9th at 8:15 pm. Their CVS is one of the worst pharmacies to go to in the area. The staff and the manger that work in the front of the store are awesome. When you go to the back to get your medication no one acknowledges at all. Sometime you wait 5 min before someone assists you. When they do there's no greeting at all. They have no customer service skills at all. I went to pick up medication that my doctor sent their over 2 days ago and it wasn't ready. I was told by a pharmacy tech that they are a week and a half behind on filling prescriptions. I know that has to be a lie before people can't wait that long on their medication. If I could give zero stars I would. If you can help it go somewhere else but here. read more
