I spoke with someone (I believe her name was Amberor Anna) who was short, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering her. Instead of simply checking, she snapped that they had "over 100 faxes to go through." When I explained my doctor had already sent it, she cut me off and said "Honey you don't understand we have over 100 faxes to go through." The tone was condescending and completely unprofessional, This wasn't about being busy; it was about basic courtesy and willingness to help. RX3 phone staff has consistently been unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with, and I wish there were other local options so patients didn't have to put up with this. How do you not have keys or the ability to get the keys. It takes 2-3 days to get a script filled. All they say is we're short staffed over and over. No apologies from them. When you need the meds and it takes days to get them filled it's unacceptable. I get that everyone is short staffed but when the patient's health is being impacted then corporate needs to step up and do something. This is a 24 hour pharmacy but not open 24 hours. Then when you call to ask about when the meds will be ready after waiting days they immediately text they're ready. Makes you think they were ready all along they were just sitting there. I will be leaving this pharmacy due to their lack of filling meds in a timely manner and claiming doctors denied refills when in fact the dr approved them via fax or e prescribing.
