Worst pharmacy ever. Every single time you call to refill a prescription and they tell you it will be ready in a couple of hours, you show up four hours later and they say they have no prescription. They say they will have it in 20 minutes, you come back and they haven't started on it. Someone needs to manage his pharmacy! Terrible customer service. read more

We don't have to take any prescription drugs..but just had one and sent it to our closest cvs store...along with the prescription came a discount coupon..after 5 days and numerous calls..they said it was ready to be picked up..at the drive in window we are the 4th car back..wait in line for over 20 minutes..finally get to window and give them name ..info and coupon..now there are 5 cars behind us..clerk says it will take 30 minutes to process the coupon and to drive back around and get back in line..when we tell him we have already been in line for 20 minutes..he says they were closed for lunch until 2..it was almost 3pm by this time..so how do we know when they are available and why delay processing coupon they issued? read more

I am writing this review as I stand in line completely unacknowledged. It's like I'm invisible. Every one keeps their head down and doesn't want to be bothered or disrupted while they count pills. Customer service is not a priority. read more

Always a problem with this pharmacy. Communication is extremely poor. Orders are never ready days after prescriptions are sent.

They have been most helpful and polite to me. I just moved in December and had to transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy and get signed on with my Medicare. They did everything extremely fast and courteously. read more

If I could give less than a one star review I would. My baby is sick and needs his antibiotic and it was sent into the pharmacy at 2:30pm. I tried calling there around 4:30 to see when it would be ready and I waited on hold for about 30 mins until I got frustrated and hung up. I went up to the pharmacy at 6:45pm and the guy told me he had not received an RX. I was like are you sure? He said oh I found it. Can you pick it up tomorrow? I said no I need it today my baby is sick. I then asked him to transfer the rx to Randall's and he states he couldn't do that because Randall's has to call them. I left and called Randall's and they said they can not get ahold of anyone there for days because no one picks up the phone. I understand it's rough times for all places due to pandemic and all but they need to hire some help. It's ridiculous! I will never ever be going to this cvs ever again. This pharmacy has the worst service I've ever experienced. They're lazy and sloppy and if it puts them out at all to help you, they just brush you off in the hopes you'll go away and leave them alone. I've had several prescriptions I've had to wait on for weeks while trying to get to the bottom of what's going on; unless you micro-manage them they will screw things up to the point that you can't even get the medications you need. I finally gave up on them and transferred all my scripts elsewhere. Avoid them at all costs. They'll just make you sicker with all the stress of having to deal with their crummy service! *Edited to add: Be VERY CAREFUL if you get a prescription for Concerta filled at this store. I just discovered that there is only one FDA approved generic for Concerta, and the others out there are not the time-release formula. My current pharmacy (Kroger) knew this and they were the ones who told me about it; sure enough I looked over some of my old prescription bottles from this CVS and they had been giving me the NON-APPROVED, non-time-release formula for over a year. If you get a generic and it is not rounded on the ends with a little "hole" at the top of it, then you are NOT getting the FDA approved version of Concerta. Buyer beware!!! read more

Be very leery of this pharmacy. My wife had a procedure done and I went to pickup the antibiotic and schedule II pain med. When I picked up the medications, Jon could not find her name. I questioned whether a second account had been opened for my wife, why this would be done, and the fact that it was odd they asked for her insurance when dropping off the scripts. Littled did we know, The pharmacist who dispensed the medication, Elizabeth Renee Everett (License # 59048) (found on the the board of pharmacy website and always displayed publicly in the CVS in which they work), dispensed my wife's schedule II narcotic under an incorrectly spelled last name. Somewhere along the line, my wife's information was entered incorrectly and somehow was processed with insurance which will be an issue in the future, thanks for the poor practices CVS and Ms Everett. I asked Jon twice and then he conferred with Emily about the following: I asked whether it would be an issue with my wife carrying a CII controlled substance in the car or around the city with the incorrect name, and Emily asked if we live around here or if we live out of state. I said we both live and work in the medical center, She waved it off and instructed me that it would not be a problem. This is highly incorrect, for controlled substances "A pharmacist cannot change the name of the patient, name of the practitioner, name of the controlled substance prescribed, or the date the prescription is issued." Unless notifying the prescriber. Let this be a lesson to customers without a medical background and to misinformed staff that medication errors are a reality and they can be illegal. When my wife went to have these labels changed the pharmacist on duty was very cordial and complied but the assistant (pharmacy tech?) Emily proceeded to be argumentative and discourteous. I haven't been there is the past few months, but I had the honor of working in this establishment for a year under two hard working store managers. Before I worked here though, this was my go-to store. As a team, this store tries to provide help that I've never seen happen in other stores and I want you all to look beyond the pharmacy because, let's be honest, pharmacy work is messy to begin with. You are dealing with people's medications and lives so of course if one little thing is up the customers are going to get very sensitive. I personally know most of the pharm techs and pharmacists that work in this CVS and I have to tell you they rock, ok? They work hard. This entire store works hard and if you are polite and need help they will help you. They are people just like you are but their teamwork is what makes this CVS shine above others. read more

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. My doctor sent them a prescription at 3 PM and they said they didn't have it until I called back at 4:30 to check and they asked me what it was. Then they didn't call until 7:45 to tell me the doctor sent the wrong prescription for what they had to mix. Meanwhile my son has a terrible diaper rash and he's SOL. The lead pharmacist at this location is absolutely terrible and has an attitude every time we've gone here in the past. Brushed me off tonight when I let them know how terrible they were. Every single time we go to this pharmacy to pick up my daughter's medicine there is always an issue my daughter had surgery yesterday we went in today to pick up her medicine first of all it was only supposed to be a 10 day supply and they were trying to give her a 90 day supply this is not the first time they had messed up on her prescriptions second of all I went inside and waited 20 minutes and argued with the tech about a co-pay which we do not have a co-pay because my daughter pays out over 300 for her insurance every month so there is no co-pay on any of her medicines ever , every time we go in they try to say there's a co-pay that we need to contact the insurance the insurance company tells us they need to contact them and then when we went through the drive-through because The prescription was wrong they told us to move along or they were going to call the cops that they were trying to save lives they are not trying to save life's they are not doctors ,they are drug pushers ! We will not be going back here if I have to go somewhere else and pay a co-pay it will be better than dealing with these idiots. Do you yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy ! read more

The pharmacy staff has "its not my job" attitude. We submitted prescriptions and 2 needed to be submitted to their cvs Caremark via fax. We asked for them to submit and they said it's best for us not to be involved. We asked for their fax phone number and we're told look at your insurance card and call the number on the back.
