I've been coming to this pharmacy for 8+ years and have never experienced the disrespect I experienced tonight. The pharmacy closed at 8 pm, I arrived in the drive thru at 7:55 pm - behind 1 car, when the car pulled off and I pulled up- they closed the shade at exactly 8 pm - I could understand if I arrived after 8 or at 8 - or some communication. I blew my horn and alerted them I was in line before closing - and they chuckled and turned the lights off. I came inside to complain and the store manager was very nice and apologized but she was not the pharmacy manager so she could only relay the message. Nothing I can at this point besides transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy, which I will do. I do not tolerate disrespect. read more

Unprofessional with appointments. Bad time management . Staff has no experience or problem solving skills

If everything runs smoothly then all this automated stuff works. But once there's an issue with doc's office or something, they act like they can't pick up the phone and call the patient or MD to get it sorted out. Been waiting on this med refill that I called a week in advance. I thought it was waiting til 3 days to fill. Insurance needed higher quantity to fill. Okay, if MD don't do it then notify pt, so we can call. I know it's busy there. There's some meds that can't be missed. Then I get MD to send script on the day I'm out. I called to make sure they got it etc. then lady says it'll be ready at 4pm. 430 pm comes and still says processing. The heck?! Should call me so I can rush the office. Now, office is closed, and I'll just have to pay cash because I can't miss my meds. Thanks for nothing. If y'all would've called me last week during the weekday, could've had it handled. read more

The pharmacy here used to be good then idk what happened, maybe a new manager or what, but now I can never get medication filled on time and they never notify me when a prescription is ready for pick up. We don't get prescriptions often, just usually when the kids are sick and it's just awful having to wait a whole day to get common things like albuterol and inhalers. Especially when your kids are sick and they used to have these kinds of things filled within a couple of hours. The last incident, my son was sick and needed a refill on albuterol and one other prescription, well, I called several times to see if they were ready and they said it was still processing. Nighttime came and he still needed his meds so I called again, this time the automated service says the albuterol was ready for pickup but sorry we're closed. Why didn't I get a text??! The whole system sucks! I would leave no stars if I could. read more

WORST customer service ever in the pharmacy at this location. I've been a customer for years, but the service in the pharmacy has seriously declined over the past few years. I can understand the pharmacy being busy and long lines, but this location has deteriorated to the point that they are unable (or perhaps unwilling) to provide adequate service to customers. The lines are always ridiculously long, and the wait time is unacceptable. There have been several occasions in which I have been in line inside or at the drive up window before the pharmacy's closing time, and they refuse to help anymore customers at 8 pm even if the customers were in line prior to the closing time. The pharmacy appears to have no urgency to serve as many customers as they can before closing. The pharmacy team also shows no empathy and just closes the window in your face. No respect for customers' time and medicine needs. This store needs to immediately add and/or replace resources to meet the needs of its customers. read more

It doesn't have anything to do with COVID , customer service should be the last thing a store loose amid COVID . The only reason I went there it was because my husband decided to get his COVID vaccines there. But customer service is the worst . Not only employees do not help at all, they were laughing at me for not being able to used self service register, in front of other customers.Making me feel stupid and embarrassed I'm even a cvs rewards member. But that's over, I'm canceling it and I'm not ever stepping into that store again! read more

This CVS is a convenient location for those who live nearby or for those just passing through. The reason for passing through was to get a few candy goodies to stealthily take along to the theatre. Shhhh. You know you have done the same thing. The store is clean, organized, well lit and has a helpful staff. The candy prices are great, especially for the packs of goodies like Raisinettes, gummy candies, Junior Mints and other sweet delights that come with a not so delightful mark up in price at theatres. It isn't just because of the price, which I have paid at theatres when I really wanted candy (and when do I not?) but besides a lower cost, CVS does have more selection. I took a quick look around the store and the stock seemed to be plentiful in every category and, again, organized. I did not utilize the pharmaceutical service here but the line in that section seemed to move quickly and efficiently as did our checkout process at the front of the store. Even though busy, the staff was friendly and greeted all customers. This location has lots of parking along with easy entrance and exit so you can be on your way to enjoy a movie while toting your secret sugar stash. read more

I filled a prescription for an inhaler this afternoon, and the pharmacist did not provide me with proper instructions on how to use it appropriately. This is one of the key responsibilities of a pharmacy. As a result, the first dose I attempted to administer was wasted. I felt rushed, even though no other customers were waiting at the pharmacy. The only positive is that my wait time was 10 minutes or less. Will fill at Walgreen further down the road in the future. Shame because this location just opened up in Richmond. read more

I went here to get bunch of balloons for a birthday party an there was no workers in the store...then finally after 15 minutes a worker came out...i wanted to know the price she didn't know ....she brought the manager which look like a very young ditsy girl....she didnt know the price and she didnt know anybody who can inlate the ballooon....cvs needs to do a better job of hiring people with management degrees to run this place instead being cheap and hiring dropouts to manage this place.. read more

Goodbye Walgreens! I've transferred all of my family's prescriptions to this CVS location. I really only use the pharmacy and have been satisfied every time. They fill all of my prescriptions quickly and contact me immediately if there are any issues filling them. In addition, they are very good about letting you know if there may be discount coupons for name brand medications if they know of any. The service is excellent and the pharmacy staff is always friendly. read more

Extremely rude staff! I showed up to pick up the photos I ordered the night before. The clerk told me "It's probably the ones we threw out" and pulls a huge stack of photos out of a box and puts them in front of me. Mine were there mixed in with OTHER PEOPLE'S photos. I said "I ordered 100 prints. Are they in this stack?" He said "I don't know!" I asked for a manager and he laughed and said, "That's who threw them away!" The manager comes over and in a similarly rude tone says, "I didn't throw anything away. That box isn't a trash can!" I told him the clerk is the one who said that, not me. I was told they would have to reprint, meaning I have a 20+ min wait. Not once did I get a simple, "Sorry for the inconvenience." My aunt with me (whose order it was) is a nun - this is how they treated A NUN. What the hell is wrong with this location?! The photos themselves were very low quality, but it also bothers me that they purposely gave me photos that belonged to other people. That seems like a breech of customer privacy. I will never order photos here again. The staff behavior was shocking. read more
