An hour in the drive thru has not been abnormal. 45 inside the store in line has been typical. The app they use doesn't work well, not checking for new scripts when there are no refills left. I've had rejections from insurance because they tried to fill things twice, not even looking in the recently filled bins. Calls go unanswered, and this adds to stress. They recently filled a very expensive prescription and my insurance denied it after it was filled and picked up. That's it, I'm done.

I am aware that they close 1:30-2 pm for lunch each day so I waited until after that to drive there. I'm sure it was a staffing issue and I understand that. I do wish they could find a way via text or Facebook to notify customers when that happens so we would not make unnecessary trips to pick-up RX's wasting time and fuel. They could have a Facebook page and post early closings. When asked if they would be open tomorrow, all they could say was "call before you come". I'm sure they would love to have to answer the phone hundreds of times a day just to let customers know whether they will be open normal hours or not.

As I was leaving the guy ahead of me at the check-out probably did have $700 worth of merchandise. The woman at the door seemed to be checking EVERY item in his cart against his register slip. I went around and headed for the door. She yelled at me that I needed to stop and have my cart checked. A second employee also yelled the same thing. I turned and told them both that I wasn't an employee of theirs and that if they didn't trust me then they needed to hire more people on the registers. Absolutely the worst shopping experiences of my 77 years. I can only hope Costco opens a store closer to home.

The service has always been friendly and they are willing to answer any questions in regards on how to take it to what the side effects (with no impatience like the next door CVS pharmacy mind you!). They've always been very kind to me. Also they double up as somewhat of an antique store selling things from greeting cards to little trinkets. I am taking one star off though for the long wait time I occasionally experience. I do strongly feel for the local business competing against big chains like CVS and Kroger neighboring Crouch's, so please support local businesses!!

That had me wait 15 minutes after several people to return just one item. Every time I have a return it's the same issue. I don't know why they have a service desk if it's never staffed. They should have a sign telling us which line to go in for returns so we don't have to wait for no one to come and someone to notice us waiting. That means no money orders or checks or any other services the desk offers is available while there are dozens of people behind the desk doing nothing. Bad customer service at this location in regards to service desk but the rest of the employees are friendly. They are out to stock often so come in early for perishables. The produce section isn't very fresh and I would no lt recommend it.

I've had the same encounter with a pharmacy employee twice. I gave my info and shared what…read moremedication I was picking up. She said they didn't show I had a prescription to pick up and basically dismissed me. I showed her my phone and that I'd received a message that the script was ready. After taking her time to find it, she confirmed it was there. Never apologized nor took accountability for her poor customer service. A couple days later, same employee and a similar situation. This time, my doctor sent the script to a CVS out of state. I showed her my message and I wasn't aware it went to a different CVS. She comes back and says it was sent to a different CVS and again, attempted to dismiss me. I asked her to transfer the script to their store and fill the script. She did and it was ready in 10 minutes. What happed to customer service and attempting to find solutions to problems? I give grace to everyone working with the public, especially this time of year when everything is busy. The point is to slow down, be kind, be patient and provide excellent service. Their reviews are reflective of the poor service provided at this location. I haven't had issues with any employees at this location, with the exception of the aforementioned. CVS, you have some work and training to do with your employees.
