Terrible customer service in the pharmacy drive through! I will never use this location again! How can you accept my credit card for payment but not my insurance card for Rx benefits??? The point that f the drive through is convenience! CVS take note: Running insurance through your drive through should be allowed!!! But no worries, your pharmacy rep could care less! This is the typical cookie cutter CVS and I received a pleasant greeting from the friendly cashier. I have never used this Pharmacy so this review is strictly for the store. The store is clean, organized well with very little product in isleway for re-stocking. The signs above each isle covers most of product on isle. For the few things I didn't find the cashier was very helpful. At checkout she gave me the opportunity to run to my car for my CVS card in order to receive sale prices. I'll be visiting this location often while in town. read more

I will make a point to avoid this location like the plague. I am in absolute awe of how unprofessional this location was in particular. I told the guy at the window (who, to his credit, was as helpful as he could be, but didn't really seem to have any answers) that I spent over 20 minutes on hold the day before pick up because I had questions about my son's Rx, and if someone had answered the phone in the pharmacy they not only could have answered my questions, but they also could've told me they only had Part of the Rx available before I drove there with three small children in the rain (and I Did receive a text stating the Rx was ready). When I explained to him that I had called multiple times but no one answered, some lady stepped over and said "just call us". Lady, I Called. I waited. No one answered. "Are you sure you dialed the right numbers?", she asks, as if I'm going to reply "You know what? I bet I just had the wrong numbers". Meanwhile, I am listening to some alarm go off in the pharmacy stating "4 pharmacy calls" repeatedly - and not one person in there is answering the phone the entire 20+ minutes I was at the window. She then tells me I should've just kept holding until someone answered, or pretend to be a provider when I call in because "those calls get priority". Nothing about this experience was professional or considerate of the customer. I don't like to be 'Karen' about things but I was treated like I was a dummy for not waiting on hold for people that demonstrably Do Not Answer their phones. It's cool though, my son can suffer without his meds while y'all let Rx's fall through the cracks because you can't perform the most basic parts of your job. read more

I keep hoping this pharmacy will get it together. I went 3 weeks with my doctor calling at least 6 times for face medication and they never could get it filled. Like they kept "losing" it? Then my doctor would call in new prescriptions, I would expect to go pickup and then they had only put them on my profile. Isn't that the point of a pharmacy - to FILL prescriptions?? There is a HUGE turnover in pharmacy techs here. I wish they'd get better because it's super close to my house. Otherwise I just try to get more mail order. read more

Agree with all other reviewers. This is an awful pharmacy. You definitely have to know someone here personally to receive service. I waited for an hour while the two people who followed me in were acknowledged by name and waited 30 minutes or less! And there were only 3 of us and at least 6 pharmacists working! read more

I haven't used the services of the pharmacy here before. I'm only speaking about the customer service. I came in and was greeted by the manager. Her name is Angela. I was walking around and saw a great deal. They had the swabs and round sponges that were in packs that are 2 for $4. I thought that was awesome and bought a couple. I got to the register and they were ringing up a different price. I informed her that the price stated on the tag is different and showed her where I got them from. She did an override and corrected the price. Later that day, I came back to get some more. The 2 for $4 tags were still on there, so I grabbed more. She checks me out and tells me that I can't buy any more because the prices are actually marked wrong. How are you going to say that when I bought them earlier and there was no problem!? She tells me that this isn't her home store and that she's just filling in. She begins to explain that most of the tags in the store are marked wrong and that she won't change the prices. It's not my fault that the employees made the mistake. Calling customer service about this. Left everything I had in my cart because they were all "mislabeled" and she wouldn't override the prices that are advertised. read more

I was on hold with them today for almost 15 minutes.....and that's before I hung up the phone. The Better Business Bureau will be contacted.

My husband and I have now had problems with this CVS on multiple occasions and have quit sending our prescriptions there! The latest incident was that our pediatrician sent albuterol in with instructions to administer with a nebulizer and the pharmacy would not give us a nebulizer without a prescription! They finally got the doctor to call in a separate script for the machine, but it would seem obvious that instructions to administer with a nebulizer would necessitate the instrument! In the same visit, they gave my husband liquid antibiotics but did not inform him that they had to be refrigerated so they stayed out most of the afternoon/early evening. Finally, we had to call in a different antibiotic because my son didn't take well to the first (which we wondered if it had to do with not being kept cold!) and when I went to pick it up hours after being called in they said that they didn't have the drug in but they would get it in the following Monday. This was a Friday - were they going to inform us of this or just let my son not get better?! We immediately called other drugstores until we found one that had what he needed and transferred the prescription. I understand running out, but I don't understand not contacting the patient! After this last incident we will not return to this location! read more
