Customer service lacks because it's difficult to find staff available to help or that actually speak English or understand anything about basic products , like soap. Just say'ng Years ago, the Belvedere store had a very different atmosphere, with retirees supplementing their income and students working part-time. Today, the workforce are TPS Haitians , and for some customers, that shift has changed the overall experience in ways they find frustrating. Walmart is low rent. They come into our communities , the crime follows , our house values go down and our mom and pop businesses will close.

He has been going to this pharmacy for a few years now…read more Over a month ago, he picked up his prescription, from his Dr, that had 5 refills on it as he sees his Dr every 6 months. My Community Pharmacy has been filling this script for a while. When he finished the first month of his 6 month supply, he went on the APP to have his script refilled....it then said processing. He went to the pharmacy to pick up the second month supply, 2 days later, and was told that there were no refills. He looked at his bottle, and sure enough, written on the bottle were "0" refills. He complained and was told..."Sorry, you have no refills". Did they not have the original script to refer back to? My husband had to take time to then call his Dr and go to their office to pick up a new script, for the same medication. The script once again said 5 refills after the script is filled. Today, we went to My Community Pharmacy, with the new script, and waited for it. We took the bag outside and before we drove away, my husband looked at the bottle..."0/Zero" refills!!!!! AGAIN...THE SAME MISTAKE. He went back in to how them of their mistake, for the second time. They looked at the bottle..."0 Refills" and looked at the script...."5 Refills" Not even an apology. This is very concerning....their pharmacist is not on the ball. If this can happen on something so simple, then mistakes can also be made with prescription strength, mislabeling or even the wrong medication all together. This is the only prescription he gets filled there as he likes this one particular generic brand, that our other pharmacy does not carry...otherwise, he would not go back. In the future, he will be making copies of the prescription and checking the bottle before he leaves the store....I suggest you do the same if you also go there. I hope the owner also reads this review and makes sure other more serious mistakes are not being made by those that work behind the counter.

Extremely poor customer service…read more I called Community Compound Pharmacy in West Palm Beach to ask a simple question about a prescription. The person who answered said I'd need to "find out," then put me on hold. I waited an unreasonable amount of time and was eventually disconnected by a recording saying the mailbox was full. I called back four more times. Each time the call went straight to hold music -- no greeting, no staff member, no opportunity to leave a message. They simply do not answer the phone. If you need reliable communication, this pharmacy is not dependable. Very frustrating experience.

I really appreciate the friendliness of the two pharmacists and the time they spend helping to make sure the medications are right for me. Other staff members are friendly and the pharmacy also provides delivery! The pharmacy has a small retail store and some products are pricey - you can probably get better prices elsewhere but in my experience you will not find the friendly competence of pharmacists elsewhere.

The manager then told me 2 minutes past 10 I needed to leave. Rude! Horrible customer service! I understand they want to go home but i wasnt milling around looking at cosmetics or candy!! What ever happen to morals or customer service. I was going as fast as i could considering the situation. They could have helped me or directed me to another store that has an open pharmacy so i could ask questions. Unfortunately for them they have no idea the consequences to their actions and words.
