I had a great experience with 2 associates on Saturday afternoon 4/18/26. While pumping gas the screen displayed a discounted beverage offer for members so I joined on the spot. Absolutely the worst experience ever. We went in for the 85 gas and they did not let us know they were out of that fuel. Jeremiah & his coworker who lied about his name refused to give us a refund, giving us the worst customer service ever in front of multiple customers, giving us attitude when we tried to pump gas several times and treating us very poorly. Walked up as I usually do, and an employee named Jeremiah had the doors locked and wouldn't let anyone in. He let in one gentleman who paid him $25 to allow him access to inside. Went on the take customers "orders" at the door and refused to let anyone else in unless they paid him. Absolutely unprofessional and will not be returning. RaceTrac is one of a few gas stations on Southern Boulevard that generally has decent pricing to fill up your car. Like most RaceTracs, the inside offers plenty of cold and hot drink options, including filling up with ice coffee and hot coffee, teas, hot and cold food options ranging from hot dogs to pizza to sub sandwiches to charcuterie to donuts, and more. They have bathrooms that are generally clean and easily accessible. It's a good alternative especially if you're running low and don't want to wait in line at the Costco. read more

After a real early get up, hours of fishing, a coffee is what i need. Now i realize its Fla, its hot, its the afternoon, but its coffee, everyone drinks it. Im heading back from the Big O, a day of kayak fishing, for some reason i crave French vanilla coffee and a sweet of some kind. Sweet tooth, yes. My thought was its a new place they have to have a coffee station kinda set up. Its a nice convenience store. I walk in and the clerks are huddled at the register, a family pounding down some ice cream, a make your own sundae. Thats nice but its coffee i want. The french vanilla thing only spit out a milky hot liquid, yuck. Whats with that water? The powder concoction was empty. I dump out the water like substance, slide to the left y'all. Theres the coffee. ITS A VENDING MACHINE! MORE YUCK. I followed the directions placed the cup, great two thirds of a cup. A vending machine? I guess its a work around of having employees that dont work real hard. The coffee station was dirty too. The coffee was lousy, the choice of sweets was lousy. At least i know the lousy coffee i drank at 3pm is the same lousy coffee id get at 7am. Glad the girls arent pushing themselves to hard. Newly opened, this Racetrac is very clean, and well-lit. Normally Racetrac attempts to beat nearby pricing; This location the price hovers around the average of nearby stations (about the same as 7-11 and a few cents higher than Costco). They offer Regular, Mid, Premium, Diesel, and E-15 gas. No Ethanol-Free at this location. The interior is exceptionally nice for a convenience/gas station and the staff are very friendly (so far). Their "Swirlz" Soft-Serve Icecream is always very good and the toppings-bar is very well-maintained, much like other newer Racetracs. They use the new grind-on-demand fresh coffee machines, which brew a better cup of coffee than you'll find anywhere else in Royal Palm (IMHO). Their warm food options are well-stocked, clean, and closely monitored. At present, I feel this is the best gas station we have in the Royal Palm Beach area. read more

So I like this gas station.... Remember, I said like not love! It is clean and convenient. There's a traffic flow problem, but not the worst one I have had to deal with. I have never had to wait for a pump...but I do wish the hoses were longer so you can come to the pump facing either direction. Why you would have the extension type hose is just weird. I do not like the way people just get up and leave their cars at the pump while they go in a shop for a snack etc. I mean, seriously, why?!? move your car to a parking spot... the pump is not a parking lot folks. The frozen yogurt is always an issue. Either the machines are not working properly, or they are out of toppings, or they are out of cups/cones. I just don't get why they can't keep this up. I love their coffee and for the price, it is my go to if I am close to it when heading to work. Lots to choose from and all kinds of things to add to your coffee. It can be confusing to anyone who has never been to a racetrac... I looked a long time at the area trying to figure it all out. It is a pretty decent sized store. There is a lot to choose from as far as drinks, snacks etc. I do like their donuts. I hate having to give them 3 stars. I just can't stand having to go in and try and get a yogurt, and can't, or having to go around cars parked at the pump. Love the prices (comparable to costco prices), like the coffee (price and flavor), and the location (traffic sucks). Won't stop me from going, but won't be a 4-5 star place as of today. read more

I have gone to this racetrack several years. I attempted to use the ATM today 070823 and the machine immediately took my card for Fraud. I then go to the clerk and he advises me it has been malfunctioning and it will give me my card back. It never returns the card and the clerk then comes over and tries to resolve the situation without any results. I then ask to speak to the manager and he went back and returned and advised she is not going to come out. I then advised him I spend several thousand dollars a month there due to owning a Landscape Business and he advises me he knows me. I then ask him to please ask the manager to come out again and he goes back and then comes back and again advised she refused to come out since she can not resolve the issue. I was advised her name is quala. I now am going on vacation and it is a Saturday morning without my atm card and Quala couldn't even give me the time of day. I advised the clerk I appreciate his time but it was completely wrong that Quala could not even come out to try to resolve this issue. I am now taking my business elsewhere all because of Quala's actions. read more

The staff is friendly and helpful. This location is by far one of the cleanest racetrac station I have been in across the eastern seaboard.

mindless and rude. i like racetrac. good prices. good rewards thru the app and its nearby. usually, they are overly polite. hell of an atmosphere for a place that basically a gas station. really like it. BUT!!! today as usual my app was connecting and i wanted to use points for a free hotdog. glad it was free...happy for the rewards, dont get me wrong. BUT!! at checkout the clerk didnt know how to help me with the app not connecting so he called over the manager. this guy knew absolutely nothing about the app which is okay BUT!! proceeded to berate me by making shit up and saying it was my phone. really?? not a biggie BUT!! it gets worse. he keeps hitting a button that say "reward purchases" telling me that is where my reward is. now im no it guy BUT!! i do know that thru our english language "purchases" is past tense. which to me...would show me a history of past rewards...which it does. BUT!! when i tried to appeal to him about the wording and maybe looking at some other avenue he down talked me as if i was a problem and told me "when you get home take some time and look at it and you will see". very degrading in tone and past me off as if i was a big problem. is this where we are now in customer service? being mindless BUT!! also having the gall to pass the stupidity on to the customer?? not having a grasp of the english language? who cares....open to any and all languages. BUT!! your going to scold the customer when you have no clue? all the training and customer service racetrac pushes on them and they can just piss it away because they dont believe the customer is right nor that he has the right to be. this was a manager by the way. fyi...just a gas station..just venting. probably my fault...just pay at the pump, eat my hot dogs at home. :) read more
