This office is a little older than the other one, but the quality in care is the same. Everyone I got to talk to during my time there was very attentive and took the time to listen to my needs. My appointment was with Ms. Ashlei Wooten and she was absolutely wonderful. I usually see Ms. Candace at the Huebner location, but I am glad to found a second nurse practitioner I can trust and that cares about your well-being. If you are looking for a new family doctor, I would highly recommend R Family Medical Group!

It looks almost like a pawn shop or a bank teller, complete with a walk up window behind a clear pane. Love the box of masks and sanitizer available. I'm just glad they have a couple of chairs to wait in. There are a lot of young folks working in the back; it's gotta be up there with the most bustling pharmacy I've seen. Normally we see a pharmacist and a couple of pharm techs moving around slowly, but at NVision it was a little party. I appreciate that they were professional and friendly; I was in and out in no time. They also offer curbside pickup and free home delivery. The staff appears in experienced as they keep coming to the front to ask a more experienced staff member how to do their jobs. My mom waited over 2 hours and has not even seen the doctor yet. When confronted about the length of time the answer given was "There was extensive testing that needed to be done". The staff never told us it would take 2 hours worth of testing before she can be seen. Communication is key and had someone let us know we could have planned better. I'm positive the testing process could have been sped up if the staff had not kept leaving their stations and having pow wows with the reception and gossiping. This is not a physician I would recommend unless you have a whole day to be treated by an inexperienced staff and left in the dark for hours.
